お勧めしません

絶望的にエアコンが効かない。暖房の温度設定30℃にしても送風と同じくらい寒かった。
フェイスタオルに黒い手形がついていてとても不快だった。
価格とサービス（従業員態度含め）見合わない。残念！

駅近が好条件

駅から近くホテルのすぐ前に飲食店やコンビニがあってとても便利でした。
洗面所にコンセントがなくドライヤーが洗面所でできませんでした。(見つけられなかっただけかもしれませんが…)
備え付けのティッシュがハンドペーパーのような感触でちょっと使いにくかったです。
ただ、最初にも言いましたが駅からすぐでわかりやすかったので旅で疲れている中ホテルを歩き回って探すような事にならず大変助かりました。
お値段も安くて満足でした。

21時から翌朝9時まで受付が完全に閉まってしまうことが不安でした。部屋は狭いけど立地や設備は良かったです。女性の1人利用には向かないかなと思います。

雰囲気はとても良く、清潔感はあった。
しかし、大人二人で予約してたにも関わらず、パジャマが1着しか用意されていなかった。また、WiFiの案内がなかった。ティッシュがなぜかペーパータオルだった。そして、トイレットペーパーがすぐなくなり、コンビニで買い足した。もう行きたくない。

色々おしい

机はあるのですが、ベッドが邪魔して絶妙に使えません。シャワーブース式でバスタブはありません、またシャワー水圧もかなり弱めです。内装はところどころオシャレですが、あまり泊まるひとのことを考えた設計ではないため、新宿3丁目付近で飲んで後は寝るだけならば十分に活躍する宿泊地です。
たまたまなのかwifiが壊れており、テレワークには向かないです

This hotel was in a relatively convenient location, but otherwise was nowhere near the usual standards for Japanese hotels, especially given the price. The furniture and room was very beat up, with lots of scuffs and stains. When we arrived, there was hair in the bed, which concerned us about the cleaning process. The shower was fine, though the caddy that held the shampoo and conditioner fell off the wall. In the tissue box, there were only brown paper towels which were very rough and unpleasant to use. Wallpaper in bathroom was peeling off.
Overall, more of a hostel vibe than a hotel and at least the price we paid was way too much. Have stayed at nicer hotels in Japan for less, would not stay again. Maybe we got unlucky given other positive reviews, but this was our experience!

Excellent place to stay in the city centre.

This is a decent priced hotel seconds from the subway station that will take you anywhere you want to go in Tokyo.
The room was perfect for me as a solo traveler and had everything I needed. The A/C was powerful as it had to be in such heated weather. The bed was very comfortable and all the important personal products were present and working.
No usb charging so make sure you bring your own although there is in the super cafe downstairs which had some very tasty treats at reasonable prices and can be enjoyed in a wonderfully cool environment.
I only had a little contact with the staff as I encountered no problems but on the occasions I did, they were friendly and helpful.
If you're looking for a real taste of Japan this place is perfect it being surrounded by so many interesting places including a half dozen eateries within yards of the front door.
I would have no hesitation in using this hotel for my next trip.

One of the smallest rooms we’ve stayed in in Tokyo. There was a kettle but no tea or coffee. No ammenities that we could find. It is very close to a train station so that was good but I wouldn’t stay here again. I think there are better choices

Great location as its 2 minutes from the subway and there are great dinning options around. Was disappointed with the clenliness of the bathroom and the musty dusty air smell probably coming from the air conditioner. Unfortunately due to being on the second floor we couldnt open our curtains unless we were prepared to have street viewers.
Otherwise the bed and pillows were comfortable and the room had pleanty of space for 2 open lugages.

Good are, not very clean

The hotel is located in a super nice area where it’s a bit more quiet but there are still shops and a Doutor Coffee right across the street. The rooms are in a quite bad condition though. Also our room was far from clean. There was filth in the corners, an old fake eyelash in our “clean” towel and an old taxfree bag left under the bed.

an absolute oasis in this humid july

i cannot tell you how amazing it is to walk into an already cold air conditioned room after walking around shibuya in a extremely humid july. the room was perfect cold as you walk in big tv comfy bed and nice shower. theres nothing i could have asked more. there's also a family mart right across which is sooooo nice and the service from the employes is so refreshing theyre all so kind and patient thank you so much. i wish i could have booked another night. thank you book tea bed

Brilliant hotel. We only had the standard room and didn’t feel any of the issues others faced with the room size applied.

Hotel was clean and easily accessible. Great location close to multiple stations.

Enjoyed our short stay here and would absolutely come back.

Very helpful staff! We had questions about luggage forwarding and were given forms for Yamato and the staff even helped us to fill out our recipient hotel’s address in Japanese. Good room size and ideal location.

A really nice option in Shinjuku! Price wise it was very affordable for our time period, and really centrally located for everything we wanted to do.

The rooms are small - but that's just Tokyo. The bathroom and showers were great.

The bed is not elevated and is nearly ground level - so if you have a hard time getting in/out of bed might not be the best option. It's otherwise very comfortable though.

Last point - reception/services are not 24/7, so if you arrive early I believe you can't leave your bag until about 9am.

Book Tea Bed was a perfect homebase for our trip to Tokyo. The room had enough space to store two suitcases in the closet, and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't notice any street noise. The hotel is very close to a metro station, which made getting around the city easy.

Simple, but does the trick!

The location is wonderful! The check in and out process was very straight forward and they held our luggage a few hours after check out, which really streamlined things for us. The room was very small and simple, no frills or a place for two people to sit other than the bed. There was some damage to the bathroom and walls and the heater was a bit temperamental, but all in all it was a good spot to land. If you are wanting to hang out and relax in your hotel, this might not be the best spot. The price and location were top notch though, so it's just for what you are looking for.

Be advised that bed is only a mattress on floor. Room is very small with no chair. Can’t unpack since there is no room except for mattress. Bathroom very small but has heated toilet and bidet. Staff is very nice and location is great. Near subway. Definitely not a 4 star. More like 2 star.

Simple but great and good location

BookTeaBed is located in a reasonably quiet part of city but with excellent transport links. The rooms are small but have everything you need and the showers were great.

Being the first place I stayed in Japan, I was not disappointed. The little cafe on the bottom floor is cute and the location is wonderful with most things being walkable or accessible via the nearby train. I personally liked that it was located too near major tourist areas so that people were roaming the street all the time. It allowed for quiet evenings and such a plus that a combini was right across from it.

Hotel sympathique dans un quartier agréable

Petit hotel à taille humaine ce qui est rare à Tokyo !
Rue agréable et calme.
Chambre avec petit balcon (pratique pour les fumeurs qui ne peuvent pas fumer dans la rue à Tokyo !).
Chambre petite mais suffisante pour 2. Environ 15m2.
Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de double vitrage (mais est ce le cas au Japon?) !
Bien isolé des autres chambres.
A 50m de l'arrêt de metro, petite station tres pratique !
Beaucoup de petits restaurants autour de l'hôtel.

Value for size/location in Tokyo

The room was a little worn, but clean and very spacious for Japan. It was well worth the price, especially considering comparable hotels in Tokyo. The location was excellent and staff was friendly and helpful.

Great Location!

Good stay, Great location. The room was small but you can manage. Toilet had all the bells and whistles. A/C worked well. Bed was low to the floor but after a long day of discovering Tokyo you won’t mind! M/Red line train is two blocks down and connects you to a lot of tourists locations. Shinjuku and Golden Gai are walking distance. Yes, we would stay here again. P.S. grab Al Pastor tacos at the corner Taco spot, right across from the hotel. Thank me later.

Hyggelig hotell

Vi er veldig fornøyde med oppholdet på Book Tea Bed. Vi ble positivt overrasket over standarden på rommet. Det er noen flekker på vegger og dusjkabinett som sikkert ikke går bort, og litt støv bak gardinene, men det føltes generelt rent nok. Positivt med mange stikkontakter, varmt vann med godt trykk i dusjen, og god AC. Vil anbefale dette hotellet!

커플 추천

가격대비 알찼습니다.
남정네 둘이서 사용하느라 좀 오글거리긴 했는데, 침대가 넓어서 괜찮았습니다.
청결부분은 흠잡을 곳 없었고, 화장실도 좋았습니다.
방이 좁지만 분위기가 좋아 커플에게 추천해요.
근데 침대 모서리가 툭 나와있어 맨날 부딪혔슺니다. 진짜 아팠어요.
