広くて静かな環境

事前に見ていた写真の通り、部屋は充分な広さがありました。周辺の道路は車通りがあまりなく静かな環境でした。
ワンフロアを占有できるのはセキュリティ面で安心でした。
ベッドルームは隅々までベッドが広がっていてスーツケースを広げておく場所がないので、二段ベッドの片方はいらないと思いました。
リビングのエアコンは匂いが気になって使えませんでした。

For a family Of 7, this was a great property. Better than any hotels. We were Anne to stay together and really love the kitchen and living space and two bathrooms. We were able to stay together as well as have enough space so we are not on top of each other. Also love that there is only one unit per floor and you use a code instead of a key. The toilet paper and garbage bags, towel etc were also well- stocked. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Property was clean, in a quiet area, close to 7/11 and grocery store, and walking distance to subway stations. The only negative is that they don't offer any service or solution for storing your luggage if you have a later flight. As such, we had to head to the airport super early and missed out on an additional 3 hours of exploring Japan.

The place is near to train station and some small restaurant nearby. Overall, this is a nice place to stay in when I am in Tokyo. I will be staying there again if I visit Tokyo.

I like the bed very much - cozy and convenient. Hot water is sufficient. Location is also very good. Only thing is that WIFI signal is not stable: some time it’s very slow and sometimes it’s broken.

舒適安靜的居所

旅宿的地點原本就是相對寧靜的地方，周邊有非常好吃的蛋糕店、深夜風呂十分舒服😌
旅宿本身一塵不染，該有的需求都被滿足到😌特別是它的床超級舒服，不知道是走路走太累還是怎樣，一躺上去就進入夢鄉睡得超安穩，我原本還是個容易失眠的人耶😆

The accommodation is big and comfortable to live in. It meets my expectations.

It may, somehow, improve the cleanliness by removing stains in the microwave oven and refrigerator. The filter of air purifier is a little dusty.
If more shelves or small tables are provided for placing personal belongings, it will be user friendly.

Convenient location, clean, comfy beds, and has everything needed during a stay (shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryers, vacuum, lint roller, fridge, stove, cups/plates/utensils, towels, microwave, toothbrushes and toothpaste, toilet paper. Highly recommend

稻荷町站最佳住宿

這次是我們四人的家族旅遊，選擇了淺草8是因為距離稻荷町地鐵僅五分中的時間，附近有超市和便利店。房間🈶餐廳客廳和臥室，最貼心的是大浴間和兩間廁所，讓我們在居住期間感到相當舒適。
好喜歡這裡，安靜的環境完全不吵雜，每一天都睡得很好，感謝淺草8提供如此優秀的居住環境。

Me and my 3 friends stayed here for two weeks and loved it. Plenty of room, space, in a quiet and and safe area close to stations, Akihabara, and more. If you do stay here go to Akihabara, for food here go to Ichi ni San. Also the was a ramen shop near the hotel room, walk out go left then make a right and it’s right there.

I liked how it was all hooked up to an elevator and check in was easy. I had a great time here and in Tokyo, and I definitely recommend this hotel if staying with 4 or more

I slepted in the bunk bed and used the upper bed to keep some stuff on top, for more space which was nice. Overall great hotel! Will come again and strongly recommend!

Other than the checkout process being a little unclear (we weren't sure what we we're supposed to do with the room before checkout), this place was fantastic and easy. Elevator and entrance area are a little small, though.

This is great condominium hotel. Cannot recommend it enough! We stayed there for 12 night. Several subway stations are a quick walk away, there is a supermarket about 10 minutes walking distance. The place is clean. Kitchen has all the necessities. Soft bedding. Loved it all. Will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Good size for a family, the bunk beds are sturdy and the queen beds are softer. Bedding was comfy. About 5 to 7 mins walks to the subways. The washing machine didnt clean that great and you need to hang dry which is hard when the weather is cool. Didnt find the check in process very clear, maybe it was the wording, but we ended up figuring how to dial from US cell to their building manager who walked us through it on the phone. Also, not sure who rented the condo below us, think local men, but a couple of days they were screaming, stomping so loud, at times sounded like someone getting murdered on Wednesday and Thursday nights from 11pm to like 5am...good thing I brought ear plugs lol.

Spacious, quiet, central with good facities

Spacious condominium with all the facilities for cooking and washing etc. Good Wifi in the condo, with good speeds, beds were comfortable and the place was perfect for my family.

Located in a more residential area, within 5 minutes walk to a few supermarkets, and lots of local eateries around. Walking to Asakusa tourist area was a 15 minute easy stroll and 10 minutes to Uena.

Highly recommend this place, if you're looking for a quieter base.

The location was good, with several train stations ans convenience stores nearby. It was good for a large group because there was space for up to 10 people. The staff was responsive and very thorough (they provide PowerPoint guides on how to get to the property from Ueno Station and a folder of what amenities are nearby and how to get there.

One MAJOR minus was the shower / tub that drains very very slowly. It took nwarly 10 minutes to drain the tub after just one shower. Given that there is only one bathroom, it means a party of 5 will take up to 1.5 hr just to get through bath time.

Perfect for a family!

Secure building with all the amenities you could hope for including kitchen and laundry facilities. Quiet, beautiful neighbourhood with easy access to (amongst others) Inaricho Station, food, shops and services. Easy trip to Tokyo Station, Asakusa, Ginza and Akihabara. Very clean and with friendly host and staff. A very helpful information pack left in unit with info about the area including where to eat and shop, and transport options. We'll definitely be back. Can't recommend highly enough.

Great location

I hadn’t got more nice accommodation than this place in Tokyo,It was perfect location and quite at night! There are fully liquids in the kitchen 、washing and bathroom,lt take about 15 minutes by walk and only one section by subway to Ueno station ,But we are very sorry that we didn’t cope with rubbish very well.

Wonderful Place to Stay

Amazingly large beds, nice kitchen, quiet environment, easily walking distance to subway stations. Clear check-in and check-out instructions for those who arrive late at night. This is a wonderful hotel for those who plan to stay in Tokyo several days for sightseeing, etc.. I strongly recommend it.

Idéal pour la famille, les commodités, proximité des transports, épicerie. L’appartement possède tout le matériel nécessaire pour les repas. J’ai adoré le fait qu’ils offrent un WiFi portable, très utile lors des déplacements dans Tokyo. Bref, c’est appartement se distingue par la qualité de l’emplacement et les petits détails qui font toute la différence (ex. Cahier de suggestions, services offerts, laveuse à linge, séchoir par ventilation dans la salle de bain ...)

Nice, clean, and roomy! Very prompt response from the host via email and check in was very smooth with detailed directions, easy to follow. The place is very Close to metro and train stations. Nice and quite neighborhood, close to stores and places to eat! We love it so much, we rebooked it on our return from visiting other cities! Excellent!!

깨끗한 새 집에 머물다 갑니다. 친절하게 맞아주겨서 감사했습니다. 아이들과 함께 머물 수 있어서 더욱 좋았습니다. 구경하고 돌아다니다보니 늦게 돌아왔는데 아이들과 지하철에서 걸어와도 전혀 위험하지 않았습니다. 기회가 된다면 꼭 다시 머물고 싶습니다.
