床や水回りが汚かった。到着後に自分達で掃除からスタート…繁華街が近くにあるから飲食には困らない。もうこの施設を使うことはない

この施設を利用するのは2回目です。
前回利用して良かったので再度利用させてもらいました。

今回はハッキリ言ってガッカリしました。
とにかく清掃がいい加減。
調理器具は汚れているし、部屋に備え付けの掃除機はゴミがパンパン。
部屋の扉には直前の宿泊者が書いたと思われる手紙が2枚貼り付けられたまま。
(施設の従業員や他の宿泊者に向けて書かれたものではなく、完全にプライベートな内容のもの)
ベッドの下は埃が溜まっていて、バスタブには髪の毛が。
宿泊施設で清潔でないのは本当にキツイです。

冷蔵庫が効かず2日間不自由で最終日にやっと少しだけきいてくれたので大変困りました。
後コンビニでの手続きが分かりづらく順番待ちの列が出来ていて大変でした。

家族4人で宿泊しました。チェックイン・アウトも特に問題なくスムーズにできました。施設については、白を基調とした室内で清潔感があり、寝室にベットが3つ、リビングにソファーベッドが1つあり、4人で寝るには十分な広さでした。また、いつも宿泊するようなホテルとは違い、リビングと寝室の2部屋あることで、子供を寝かしつつリビングでのんびりできる感じが良かったです。
洗濯機(洗剤あり)やキッチン等(皿等あり)も付いているため、長期間の滞在も可能と思われます。
景観は市内中心部とあって、カーテンを開けると向かいのマンションから丸見えな感じなので、カーテンは締め切ってました。駐車場は近くのコインパーキングで一泊1,500円〜でした。

今回、初めて通常のホテルのようにフロントやロビーのない中、チェックイン・アウトをしました。電話での対応良かったです。
連泊しましたが、１日目にはルーム清掃がしてなくて、ゴミの散乱、ベッドシーツなどのシワ・ずれが目立ちとても不快な思いをしました。電話での謝罪はありましたが、残念でした。

與其他同類型酒店相比，check in手續比較繁複，處理垃圾方面相當不便，垃圾分類有特別多規條，又不是每天有服務員處理，其他同類型酒店都可以分類好放在房門外，有服務員收回，而這家是沒有的，房間內的整潔程度相當一般，衣櫃亦沒有掛衣架可以掛衣服，唯一賣點只是交通方便，地點方便

Demasiado ruido proveniente del piso de arriba, los departamentos tienen duela en mal estado que hace ruido como tambores al caminar.
La ubicación es buena, la limpieza promedio, manchas de moho en el baño.

Love the space! With a family of 5, there is ample room for everyone and space for 4 big luggages and loads of shopping bag. I stayed for 12nights, and tne only con was that there isnt room service where the rooms get cleaned. It got a little dusty after a week and got a bit uncomfortable.

But overall, great place and location. We enjoyed it.

1.隔壁燒烤油煙味很重 即使完全關閉窗戶 依然會很明顯聞到
2.附近到半夜2點 依然會有人在外面喝酒嬉戲
3.樓層間隔音不好 常常半夜還很明顯聽到 人員走動 跟拖行椅子的聲音

Recommended place as it is walkable whether you go shopping, dine and transportation. . Despite there is no heater, it is all good. Would definitely come back and book in this hotel in the future.

4 out of 5 stars.. 7 of us, just got out of the airport and tired, Check in part was all done online, so internet access is a must, mine internet was slow so check in didn’t go as smooth.. But when finally got in, the room was as described, walking distance to Dontobori and Fish market..Communication was done online. Would stay again..

Cons: check in didn’t go as quickly, specially when your tired from long plane ride

어른5 아이2 총7명이 숙박했습니다
도톤보리 시내에서 가깝다 생각하여 예약했는데 생각보다 꽤 먼거리여서 동선은 좀 불편했어요
그래도 근처에 훼미리편의점이 있어서 다행이였고
체크인 하는 방법은 처음엔 좀 어려웠지만 메일로 안내가 와서 차근차근 보면서 했어요
바닥에는 생각보다 먼지가 너무 많았고 청결상태는 그렇게 좋지 않았어요ㅠㅠ 그리고 침대이불도 겉보기엔 괜찮지만 자고나면 몸이 가려웠어요
그래도 수압은 쎄서 씻는데는 괜찮았습니다
화장실이 숙소 안에 있다는 점과 에어컨을 자유롭게 사용할수 있었던 부분은 맘에들어요

The property is located centrally to Dotonbori area and easily accessible to the subways. The area is safe and quiet. With a family of 4, we appreciated the separate rooms for toilet and shower. The kitchen was well equipped for light meals. NEGATIVE: One of our duvets had multiple blood stains. We asked for a new blanket but none arrived. Also, their communication was not timely and when we asked for a new blanket, they asked for pictures to be sent. However, the email address they sent was not useable and even though I requested a resend of their email address, there was no reply. Apartment was generally clean although a bit dusty. Unfortunately, we take HYGIENE AND HEALTH SAFETY very seriously, especially given the blood stains were quite fresh looking. The property did not take care of this matter and we were very displeased with their poor communication to correct this matter.

It is a little far from nanba station(20minutes walk)
But is pretty good place to access DOTONBORI(Tour place in osaka)

It is really nice and clean. 5 people are staying in here, it was very nice. I recommend this place, specially for Family.

The check-in process was highly inconvenient as there was no staff available for assistance, with the only instruction provided being to scan a QR code for check-in. The room was extremely dirty, with hair scattered all over the floor, black mold present in the sink and shower area, and a sewage smell emanating from the toilet. The toilet cover was dirty and covered in dust, while the walls exhibited yellow and brown stains. Additionally, all three comforters were yellow, and the shower towels had a noticeable mildew smell. Upon check-out, we discovered a bag of clean towels left outside our room in the sun, inside an IKEA bag. I HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Man we loved this place. It was the perfect location to walk to Dotonbori in 5 minutes and also about the same distance from the subway station. It's on the 8th floor, so it's quiet with a good view. It's also very spacious; you won't feel cramped, and I like how the toilet room was far from the living area and a separate room from the sink/shower area. Tons of options for convenience stores, restaurants, and of course the world-famous Dotonbori district. I would not hesitate to stay here again next time we are in Osaka.

Very comfortable and cozy apartment in beautiful Osaka! Comfortable and cozy beds, a good bathroom and kitchen area and sitting area! A great neighborhood with wonderful access to places to discover and explore and great restaurants!

Nice place near Dotonbori. Perfect for tourists. We were a family of 6 and fit comfortably. Metro stations were nearby and lots of shopping and food options.

Floors near the bathroom were a bit creaky, which disturb d my kids sleep in the middle of the night. I wish there were drawers to organize clothes in. We mostly had to keep everything in our suitcases.

Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. It’s not a 5 star hotel. It’s a comfortable and safe place to stay after a long day out. Overall it was good and I’d recommend it.

2023年底大阪家族旅遊6天5夜，都住在IKIDANE。附近就有兩個24小時超市，買食材回來煮很方便，重點是冰箱算蠻大的還夠放。交通方便，地鐵站很近，走路就可以到心齋橋鬧區。
是家庭式的好選擇。

It was a pleasant stay! The property was just right for our family’s accommodation. Clean, and the necessities are provided for. Walking distance to shopping areas and local restaurants. Easy non-face to face check-in and check-out. The only thing I was concerned about was security, but we had a great time during our 2 nights stay.

開心的4天大阪旅遊

住宿期間遇到吹風機是壞的，透過mail傳訊，雖然是星期日也是有處理，很棒而且住宿房間舒適。
樓下有燒肉店，雖住在高樓（9樓），味道仍稍明顯，但關閉陽台門後影響不大。
建議：當天事情有處理完可以直接mail通知，直到當晚回旅店才看到門口有送吹風機來😅
