駅から近く、どこへ行くにもアクセスしやすくて良かったです。
連泊だったので毎日のタオルを新しくしたかったのですがどうしたら良いかわからなかったので事前に聞けば良かったと思いました。

The in-room washer was great and it was easy to dry clothes in the shower enclosure (it has a fan and heater). The room was generously sized and we had 5 people in there no problem. Check in/check out were super easy

We booked a family room in June for e-Stay Namba. Among the features available is an elevator. We were only notified in November that we would be in the 3rd floor of their separate Annex building which does not have an elevator.
All of the features advertised were available.
The Annex building is 3 stories high and located beside the original hotel. Some people may notice the sound of traffic from the street.

Clean room with full amenities (washer with washing liquid, amenities for cooking, bathroom with dryer, vacuum and very near to attractions and train station. They prepare more than enough towels, toilet papers, toothbrushes, washing liquids, shampoo and body wash too.

It gets a little too dark at night. Found an onsen not too far a walk away. Overall a nice getaway from all busy place if you need some peace and quiet away from dotonburi area.

We loved this hotel! the room is spacious, has laundry in room, very clean and easy check in as well! It’s more quiet/less crowd but still conveniently located near everything, would definitely stay here again!

Great for families.

We had a wonderful stay at E-stay Namba. Easy check-in / check out. Great for families. Having a washer and kitchen was very convenient. My main challenge was the drying line. The bar was set too low so clothes may touch the ground.

Our appartement for 3 peolple was rather spacious et could fit 4 peolple if you use the sofa (if allowed by tenants).
The washing machine inside the appartement is really handy and you coud even dry a few clothes inside the bathroom as there is a ventilation system with a drying option with warm air. There is also a drying rack on the balcony. Just mind to wash small load of clothes at a time instead cumulating a larger load. Refrigerator, freezer, mini kitchen, microwave, air conditioning... For the price, it was really worth it

This is a very spacious room (by Japan Standards) - we had 2 bedrooms and a kitchen/dining area. Toilet was separate from shower room. The place was very clean, near many restaurants - Shinsekai shopping very close. Close to several subway lines. A/C worked very well. It was a little noisy - we could hear people walking on the floor above us all night and in the halls.

Property management was always available for all our concerns. E-stay namba is close to everything. Best and reasonable restaurants are just nearby.

Great location for getting around as it is close to several different train lines. Lots of dining options nearby, especially in Shinsekai. The room was reasonably spacious and was clean and comfortable.

No in-person help, all self serve. Get access through code to enter building and room. Check-in via web but didn’t work (unable to upload passports) and couldn’t get help via chat. Room was OK, smell of cooked seafood ( kitchen in the room).

Excellent place for large (7-8) parties in Osaka

Excellent place with two floors for our party of 7! Super comfy beds, kitchenettes (with fridge, microwave, kettle, cooking tops) in *BOTH* floors was great! It also had washing machines in BOTH floors, which we used well! Walkable to multiple metro stations, grocery stores, and 7-11. Had coin-operated lockers on its premises, which we used on our last day after check out. Highly recommended!

5 day Osaka family trip

Great location close to Ebisucho subway and Namba Station. Easy walk to Shinsekai, Namba, Kizu Fish Market and Tennoji Park.
Apt was clean, relatively spacious with great amenities such as a kitchen and washing machine with small balcony for drying clothes. Separate toilet and bathroom was great when traveling as a family.

Bra läge i Osaka, nära till mycket. Frächt rum, ligger vid en trafikeradgata så man hör mycket ljud, men man vänjer sig. Flera tunnelbanestationer i närheten, restauranger och mataffärer.

有改善還會再考慮下次入住

飯店沒有提早提供房號跟密碼,已找過信箱N遍就是沒有,當天辦理入住用電話溝通,說無法用英語(不適很OK)耽誤半小時才自己用收機翻譯功能LINE回答才解決入住問題
缺點我們的房門口有一塊磚入住5天每個人都踢到過(超痛)建議可以防保護住客措施
可以值得推薦這家真的離通天閣及地鐵近/房間乾淨/斜對面還有一家超市很方便

It's spacious and clean. It has an in unit washer. Kitchen has all the essentials. I love that no need for a key card and just a code for entry to main building and room. There's a room lobby for guests on the first floor that has free water dispenser and luggage storage. It's walkable. It's quiet inside the room and building even though it's located on a busy street. The bed is kind of hard and stiff but it's fine. We slept good. We have a nice view as we are on the 10th floor. We had a really nice stay. Thank you!

It was a decent place to stay and had all the basic essentials needed for travel. While the bed and pillows were on the firm side and not the most comfortable, the overall stay was fine for a short trip. It’s a practical option if you’re not planning to spend much time in the room.

Budget friendly. Overall you get what you pay for. Just a good place to crash with easy transportation access. No front desk but was lucky enough a cleaning staff was present and she let us in our unit early at 1100 instead of waiting for the check in time of 3pm. Family Mart and Lawson is just a few steps away. I’d recommend this place to family and friends. Cons: don’t use the closets it smells. Keep your clothes in your suitcases instead. Checkout was a breeze you just go and the door password just changes at 10am so be careful not to leave anything behind

The hotel was spacious and clean. The beds were firm but comfortable. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It’s walking distance to a lot of great attractions. There is also multiple train stations nearby to get you to further away attractions.

I would recommend this hotel and will return when I next visit Japan
