室内はキレイで非常にオシャレな雰囲気の空間で家具にもまとまりがあり、居心地が良かったです。京都の観光のために泊まりました。駅からも近く泊まった次の日にキャリーを保管して頂けるサービスは、コインロッカーの空きがなく探すのに時間も手間もかかってしまう観光地では非常にありがたいとサービスだと思いました。住むように泊まるというコンセプトの通りキッチンなど生活に必要な設備も整っており、1週間程度の中長期的に泊まる時にも非常に便利なホテルだと感じました。次回も京都に泊まる際は利用したいと思いました。ただ浴室にイスが無かったのが不便に感じました。

駅からも近く便利でしたが、宿泊税を払いにわざわざ行かないと行けないのがちょっと嫌でしたし、宿泊場所からそこまでの行き方ね案内もなかったので、そこまであるとすごく良かったと思います

5-7 min walk from train station. Has elevators! Shared kitchen and dining on 1st floor if you want to use it. Otherwise, there's a lot of food to choose from in Kyoto train station (it's a train station/mall/restuarants).

The room is very clean, the area is a block away from convenience store and few blocks from train stations. Upon check in, you will be told to take out your trash to the designated area which is just outside the lobby. There is no room service If you need luggage transfer, you have to bring it to their office which is 7-10 minutes walk, this is one of the hassle with Resi Stay. Also, there’s not much restaurants close by.

Nice hotel but no one works at reception except at night. They make you take your own trash out and clean your own room which is crazy for how much you pay. Not the best location but it was about a 10 min walk from Kyoto station.

We only stayed one night. The check-in was about a 5 minute walk to the actual accommodations. The fellow who checked us in was extremely helpful and friendly, we felt very welcome. He explained the facilities well. It is a self-service accommodation, no frills. There was storage facility at the actual building we stayed in, where we put our luggage. Check-in is only offered during specified hours, and there was a girl who somewhat assisted us. She pretty much just pointed to the lock-box and told us to get our keys there. There is a kitchen available for everyone, and washer&dryer in main floor area. I would definitely stay again, even for longer period. Definitely would recommend. But do not expect lots of service or amenities.

Nice little hotel. But that be aware there is no hotel staff outside the hours of 3-10p. So you can’t get anything outside those hours. There’s no housekeeping. There is free laundry.

辦理住宿的接待櫃檯位於京都車站附近的大樓，步行至住宿處也很方便，住宿及辦理櫃檯皆可寄放行李，接待人員都很親切。大廳的公共空間很足夠，有餐廚設備可以使用，有提供洗衣機及洗衣球的服務，一樓還有吸菸間，雙人房舒適，可在地上打開行李箱，盥洗用品皆有提供，下次還會再來！

The location is great, close to Kyoto Station and there bus stops nearby. Some good restaurants around. You can also visit the supermarket in a few hundred meters where you could find many fresh food at budget prices. The common kitchen is basic which only support very lightly cooking but still convenient. The free washing machines and dryers are very handy. We will recommend to stay in this hotel.

Resi NOT stay

The hotel is below medicore. I travel a lot and this was probably one of the reviews that I have given such low reviews too. The room was not what we booked, The room smelled like sewer and the towels were stained. There is no towel service, no regular front desk attendant, and everything is very remedial at the best. I would not recommend this hotel.

Given wrong info about luggage delivery service

Kyoto station counter staff gave us the wrong information about the luggage delivery service. We were told that the delivery service was suspended in the WHOLE Japan and delivering our 3 big luggages to Tokyo hotel before we leave for our 2 days trip to Shirakawa-go is not possible at all.

We were able to send it via the Kyoto Post Office after some mad rush and disruption to our itinerary. There was no suspension of service nor possible delay conveyed to us at the post office.

It would have been a disaster if we were to bring the luggages thru many train rides and bus rides in heavy snow during our 2 days trip before we arrive at Tokyo.

We did receive our luggages in time in Tokyo without any delay at the end.

離京都車站很近，附近也都有公車站，所以交通很方便，也鄰近很多餐廳，有各種選擇，房間設備齊全，還有洗烘衣機，有專門晾衣的桿子，是非常滿意的住宿

雖然check-in與住宿的地方分開，但check-in的地方很近京都站，而且由check-in地方去住宿不用5分鐘。地下有common area 及洗衣房（洗衣機及乾衣機）。附近有family mart, 7-11, すき家，王將、donki 等。房間乾淨舒適。我們四人booked 兩晚，只俾四條大毛巾，如想要毛巾，1set 要300 yen.

We weren't expecting much from this hotel, but Resi Stay Heart exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect. Not too far from Kyoto station, with a 7-11 & plenty of dining options nearby. Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. Once we entered our room, we noticed some very thoughtful amenities you don't often find in US based hotels such as a flashlight, vacuum cleaner, large bottle of water & slippers. The common kitchen which was shared with other guests, was well appointed with a rice cooker, microwave/toaster and all the kitchen utensils you'll need. The best part was the complimentary laundry facilities (that included detergent) which we definitely needed during our 5 night stay in Kyoto. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend Resi Stay Heart to all our friends & family visiting Kyoto!

So glad we booked this property for 5 nights in the middle of our holiday to Japan. There is so much to see nearby, and the apartment was clean and comfortable like a home away from home. It had a great bathroom and washing facilities. Only improvement I could suggest is it would be good to have ice cube trays in the freezer. The weather was hot and we all wanted ice in our drinks when we got back in the afternoon.

I was very disappointed with this stay. Actually, we only stayed 1 night and decided to stay at another property. It should be clearly updated on Expedia that there isnt a check in desk at the hotel location. You need to check in two blocks away , upstairs via a tiny elevator that tries its best to crush you. The check in office looks like a boiler room. After check-in you go to the hotel which is more like a dorm house. There isn't really a front desk person - you pick your keys up via a lock box and enter.

The room was very small for 3 people. Most of it the square footage is narrow hallway. The bath tub was the size of a foot bath, and there is a step that is designed to trip you or cause one to break a toe in the middle of the night. Terribly designed room.

They have a phone at the front that is only for calling a taxi or 911.
After checking in to a much better but similarly priced hotel. I spent my own money to uber back and return the keys. They do not have a check out process other than "drop your keys in the box". I dropped off my keys and then was harassed with two phone calls and an email saying i only returned 1 key. Note, they will charge you a tourist fee on top of the expedia price, they are also trying to charge me for the key they lost.

I dont know how this place received good reviews. Never again.

The apartment was clean and the mini kitchen comes in handy for making breakfast everyday. The family suite room is really spacious. Walking distance to main Kyoto station and nearby Keihan Railway station. Is great that there was no issue during the whole stay there and we do not need to activate any of the staff within or after office hours.

We stayed for one night at the Resi Stay. The staff was very nice and clearly explained the check-in procedure and provided us with a brochure with all the instructions. The room was clean and basic.

The only thing we didn't like was that we had to check in at a separate building. We were exhausted from a long day and being tourists, it took us a while to find the reception building which is a 5-minute walk from Kyoto station (but took us longer because we could not find it). Once you check-in, it is another 10-minute walk to the property.

Booked 4 nights. About 8 mins walk from Kyoto station. There is a kitchen and laundry area in the service apartment. 3 washers and 3 dryers, however you need to queue for the washers or dryers esp in the night time. Room is ok. The only trouble is check in is at another building which take about 5 mins walk.

교토 가성비 숙소, 강력 추천합니다.

교토에서 찾을 수 있는 가성비 숙소중에 끝판왕이 아닐까 하는 생각이 듭니다.

1. 가격도 말할 필요 없을 정도로 저렴했지만,
2. 숙소가 신축이라 화장실 포함하여 상태가 매우 좋습니다. 또한 청결도도 매우 좋았습니다.
3. 가격, 시설 상태 말고 위치도 좋습니다. JR교토역에서 300m정도로 걸어서 약 5~7분정도의 거리에 위치해있으며, 숙소 바로 앞에 위치한 버스정류장과 교토 시영 지하철로 교토 각지의 관광지, 오사카나 나라 등 다른 도시로 이동하기 용이합니다.
4. 숙소 내에 공용 주방, 로비, 세탁기 등의 편의시설이 잘 구비되어 있고, 바로 옆에 세븐일레븐 편의점이 있어 아침도시락이나 간식을 사먹는데도 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다.
5. 리셉션에 계신 안내하는 직원분들이 매우 친절하시고 영어를 유창하게 구사하셔서 일본어를 못해도 체크인/아웃에 전혀 문제가 없었습니다.

단점을 적기 힘들정도로 좋은 숙소이지만, 굳이 단점을 말씀드리자면
1. 숙소는 기본적으로 무인으로 운영되기 때문에 체크인 장소가 JR교토역 인근의 체크인 전용 사무실에 가야합니다. 다만 체크인 사무소가 JR교토역 인근이라 이 숙소에서 그리 멀지 않았고, 그리고 개인적으로는 저렴한 숙소를 이용하면서 충분히 감당할 만한 부분이었습니다.
2. 일본의 대부분 숙소가 그렇듯 공간이 비좁은 편입니다.다만 침대나 화장실, 테이블, 의자, 옷장 없는게 없어서 개인적으로 큰 불편함은 아니었지만, 숙소를 선택할 때 넓은 공간을 선호하시는 분이라면 참고하시면 좋을 것입니다.

房間很大有陽台，可以從房間看到京都塔，只是Check in有點複雜，沒有客房服務，所以必須自己清理垃圾，一樓大廳有廚房可以使用，方便於超市購買食材回來自己烹飪，伙食費能省下來！

Love the Kitchen area. Clean & comfort. We can heat up our food. The washing machine is user friendly too. There is manual in English too. Good for small group people especially family with kids because very near Kyoto Station. I would choose this hotel again if i will back to Kyoto.

This place is very near Kyoto station and makes travelling a lot easier. The amenities available for the residence was very convenient for me - travelling with an infant. I like that there are washer and dryer for residence to use. Makes unpacking at home a lot easier.

Gem of Budget Lodging

Gem of a budget hotel! Loved the use of automation to keep costs down. Checked into staffed booking center around 8:00 am to avoid later crowds. Didn’t know that we could have stored our luggage at the inn immediately. We did store luggage after we checked out and it worked great.
Close to train station and lots of restaurants. Room could sleep 4. Inn includes free washers, dryers and even detergent. Didn’t use them nor the communal kitchen (those others did).
Would definitely stay at another Resistaybin the future!

아주 저렴한 가격에 맨 꼭대기층 패밀리형 룸에서 숙박을 하게 됐는데요. 방도 여타 일본 호텔에 비해 넓은 편이었고 위생도 좋았습니다. 청소 서비스나 다른 서비스는 없지만 가격측면에서 굉장히 가성비 좋은 숙박시설입니다. 참고로 리셉션 데스크와 호텔은 다른 곳이 위치하고 있으니 꼭 확인하세요. 또 영어를 구사하시면 훨씬 편하게 체크인이 가능합니다.

Fabulous choice for families

Resi Stay cotorune was fantastic. The staff were very prompt in answering all my queries (within 1 day) before my stay.

The reception building was easy to find. Before my stay, they sent an email reminder. I filled in my passport details in advance and that makes the check-in a breeze. I stayed in the superior family room with kitchen - lots of space for luggages. They provide Netflix and there's a folder in the room with recommendations of dining and breakfast places around the vicinity. Best of all, they also provide transportation info (bus stop location with map and bus numbers) to various attractions.

On my last day, I asked them to arrange 'takkyubin' to send my luggages to the Osaka hotel. I asked for same day delivery. The charges were reasonable (¥1,800 per luggage) and definitely cheaper than what I found on some other 'takkyubin' companies' websites. My luggages arrived in the Osaka hotel before the estimated delivery time of 6pm.

I am happy with Resi Stay and will not hesitate to recommend it to my friends.

簡約乾淨，服務人員都很親切，住宿期間還有app可以聯絡，也可以免費使用洗衣機烘衣機，適合長住，只是住宿期間沒有清潔服務，訂房的時候需要注意，到現場還需多付一筆住宿稅是每人每晚￥200x人數x天數，在hotels.com訂房還要注意，住宿前一星期飯店說因為系統關係沒算到清潔費，又補了一筆費用，價格優勢就沒了
