また泊まりたいです。

どちらも清潔でした。なんと言ってもお部屋に露天風呂があるのが良かったです。ゆっくり出来ました！テラスとも繋がっています。室内は段差は無いので高齢の方にも安心ですが、ベッドの高さはかなり高めなので高齢の家族には安全の為に横に椅子を置きました。レストランとお部屋は結構距離があります。スタッフの方々は皆さん親しみやすく親切！お料理は外国人に配慮されている感じの演出で、お味は普通かなあ…次回はバーにも行ってみたいです。

最高のおもてなし

チェックインからチェックアウトまで一貫して最高のおもてなしでした。室内のコーヒーも足りなくなったら補充して貰えるなど、ホスピタリティに溢れてました。

自然の中ではあるもののもう少し手入れされていてもいいと思う。なんか中途半端でただ草木がたくさん生えている印象。
スタッフの対応は値段相応かな？と思うものの客層が悪い。コロナ禍であるのに飲食や入浴時に騒いでる人がいて注意もしない。注意してもらえないかお願いしたところ、違う場所での食事を提案してくださったのは良かった。
部屋のお風呂は良かったけど食事もそこまで美味しいわけでもなく、この値段を出してまた泊まりたいとは思わない。

お部屋が少し埃が多かった箇所が気になりました。夕食時の担当の方が新人さんだったんだと思いますがお食事の不明点等を質問して分からないのは仕方がないのですがその後、確認するなりして、回答するのがサービスだと思います。朝食時のスタッフさんはとても、気持ちよく接客していただいたので今後はあのように成長してほしいと思います。
駐車場は屋根付き等に改善すべきだと思います。出発にする時にびっくりするぐらい汚れてました。土地柄、汚れると思うのでぜひ改善していただきたいと思います。

お部屋に屋根のある広めの露天風呂がついているので大風呂に行かなくても楽しめます。
レストランは、ボックス関は高めの仕切りで隣が見えなく、窓に面したカウンター席はゆったりと取られ違うグループとやはり高めの仕切りがあるので安心です。
スタッフのホスピタリティもとても良く、お料理もたっぷりで美味、お部屋も広く設備が至れりつくせりで何もかも最高でした。

富士山と温泉がとても良いです。

お部屋からもロビーからも富士山が綺麗に見えました。お部屋の半露天風呂も気持ちよく、室内からも外からも目隠し可能でとても良かったです。お食事も大変美味しく久しぶりの温泉を堪能出来ました。お部屋のデザインも椅子やテーブル一つ一つがおしゃれで素敵でした。

Best hotel i have ever stayed in. Really enjoyed the understated luxury and the clean natural decor. Having your own private onsen is such a treat. Dinner and breakfast are both incredible. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

The hotel's staff was professional, friendly and accomodating. We were treated very well. Loved our room and the view of My Fuji. The private onsen was a plus. The loungewear were so comfortable and I am glad we were able to wear them everywhere in the hotel, including mealtimes. The kaiseki meals were innovative and delicious. Loved that there were e-bikes available to roam around. Check in and check out process were efficient. Worth the trip and will definitely return. Highly recommend!

Would skip this one

There were pros and cons to this hotel, but given my choices, I wouldn't stay here again.

The room is nice - feels like you're inside a West Elm. Overall facility was also nice and felt new and clean. The onsen inside our suite was a highlight. Unfortunately we had bad weather, so couldn't see mt.Fuji and didn't do much in the area besides walk to 7-11. We also didn't do any of the activities managed by the hotel. It seemed there were a few things to do on the lake that could be fun on a nice summer day, but not sure.

The staff doesn't know much English, but generally wasn't very accommodating when we asked for help with things. Having stayed at 7 hotels during our trip, the service stood out as lackluster here.

We didnt dine at the restaurant but did order room service once - which was fine.

Additionally, it was a bit of a hike to get here, without much benefit besides views of Mt. Fuji. We took this stay mostly as a rest day - but for that even I'd consider it overpriced. Our experience was certainly hindered by bad rain, but even on a perfect day I'm not sure this hotel would be worth it.

It was such a surreal experience to stay here the environment, the view of Fuji-San, the food and the extremely polite staff makes everything so magical. The next time I come I hope to stay again for a longer period. Thank you again for the lovely experience

The views of Mount Fuji from your room, the included amenities and the quality of food are definitely the highlights. The staff are also very attentive and have a good understanding of English.

Amazing hotel and food was heavenly. Note there’s no shuttle from the bus station (so have to take public transit or walk, which isn’t fun with all your luggage) as there are no taxis. Also there was dust in some parts of the room (doorway to washroom) and cobwebs on patio but otherwise really clean.

Rooms were spacious, love the service of the staff and the meals were fantastic, in room onsen was fabulous as our room was facing mount Fuji. We will be back again!

maybe because we are foreigners, no welcome drinks for us?
if you are looking for mt fuji view, actually only a few rooms will be able to see, others are obstructed by trees.

excellent room amenities and comfort
plenty of drinks included.
onsen was small but adequate .

was not able to use any outdoor facilities since it was raining all covered up

especially point out much praise to the restaurant staff.
for their dedication to service and food quality.

time of dinner was confirmed prior to arrival .
but they had not asked about time of breakfast
upon check in, we were informed only of certain remaining time slots allowed. i dont know why this could not have been communicated earlier prior given the quality of service you would expect from them.

Amazing room with majestic views of Mt Fuji, private onsen, very modern and upscale! We had a car to drive around for sight seeing and food. Fantastic location with cherry blossoms close by, fantastic stay!

服務人員是五星級的服務。晚上餐點非常精緻。客房溫泉池是一直有溫泉水流進來，想泡隨時可以泡，不必再放水。露台的火爐可以請服務人員點火，很有氣氛。
酒店位置就在紅葉迴廊旁，出酒店就是紅葉。

There are faults !

It is easy to rate this hotel as good under many categories with a 7 out of 10. However, there are faults and whilst the meals are mainly pleasing for the adults, the same cannot be said for children. The B/f and dinner options were limited and most requests my 2 children had could not be fully met. I'd like to see as much effort being put in to satisfy the children as is clearly being put in to satisfying the adults. Furthermore, if you order a glass of wine with dinner you just might be a bit surprised as to how much volume you receive ! Shockingly small ! I was also served the dregs from a bottle of wine - I complained and it was changed. However, this should NEVER have happened !!!
Finally, at b/f on my final day my child found an eye lash in her 'Natto dish'. I brought it to the attention of the server and it was changed with an apology, but again considering the level of hotel this should NEVER have happened.

Nice room! Can see MT.Fuji in your room. Restaurant is too noisy, can hear kitchen’s telephone ring at least 5 to 6 times during my dinner time. Staff are friendly. Food is good.

Great design and floor plan, ambience and the surrounding feelings are relaxing and romantic. Everything matches, the background music, the scent throughout the common area and the room, large windows like pictures with plants carefully planned and designed. Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were scrumptious. I will definitely return in the future.

Excellent ambience and hospitality. Dinners were of Michelin-star standard, though delivery of hot dishes from the kitchen should be prompt to keep the temperature.

Very custom oriented. e.g using pictures to tell you which switch controls which light.

Wonderful hotel with onsen and delicious food

This was probably one of the most thoughtfully laid out hotels I've stayed at. The service and food were top notch, the suite was exquisite, with a commanding view of Mt. Fuju (once the clouds parted). The in room onsen bath was lovely, as were the high quality room amenities. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Japan.
