部屋も綺麗で満足でした。
ボディタオルがなかったのが少し残念でした。

畳通路

エレベーターのすぐ前にドアがあるのでびっくりしますが、全館畳通路でお部屋も綺麗でゆったりできました。

料金以上のホテルです！

接客対応やお部屋の綺麗さは今までの口コミ通りで、大変満足致しました。

テーブルには、綺麗な和柄折り紙で折られた鶴と金平糖が用意されていて、気の利いたおもてなしにほっこりしました。

また京都に来た時には、利用したいです！

清潔感があり部屋も広く、小物も可愛らしく快適でした。従業員の方達も丁寧＆フレンドリーに案内してくださり安心して宿泊する事が出来ました。ただ外気温が寒かったせいか、部屋の温度とシャワーのお湯が温かくなりにくかったかなと感じました。

京都駅から徒歩10分ほどの場所。部屋の綺麗さ、快適さはもちろんのこと、スタッフの方々の対応があたたかく、今まで宿泊したどの施設も比にならないくらい素晴らしかったです。また京都に行く際は必ず利用したいです。というより、ここに宿泊するために京都に行こうと思います。素敵な時間を過ごさせてもらい、ありがとうございました！

The room was so spacious and clean. The staff was extremely kind and friendly, which made my stay that much more enjoyable. They took time to talk with us and give us a few recommendations for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. When I come back to Kyoto, I will make sure to stay here every single time.

旅館方便, 房間很大很清潔

最初只有少量評語還有點擔心旅館質素, 但入住後發覺旅館很好.
旅館員工雖然不懂中文及英文, 但員工非常友善,房間很大, 而且房間很清潔, 如房間能夠提供支裝水會更好, 不過旅館附近有便利店, 所以不是一個問題.
京都車站只需步行6分鐘左右, 非常方便

Very nice and good hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good rooms and location. I really loved that it is not such a anonymous big hotel. I liked very much the charme of the hotel when i stayed there.

The room was extremely comfortable and had a microwave and toaster. The table and chair also made it easy to eat in the room. The bread breakfast with jams and fruit was also very nice.

This is very clean and new hotel, tucked away in a quiet alley. The location is very close to the Kyoto train station, transportation is convenient.

Staffs are very friendly and nice, they speak fluent English, a big plus for foreign travelers.

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Great place to stay in Kyoto

Beautiful room with very comfy beds, hosts are super helpful and friendly. Centrally located easy to get to subway and main Kyoto stations. Only minor let down is breakfast consists of jam and breads but if thats ok then this is the best place to stay in Kyoto. Also no dark shutters for window so be prepared to wake up early. Would be hard to not give it a 10 out of 10

Excellent service

I had an excellent experience at the Hachi Inn. The proprietors were friendly, polite, very adept in English and very helpful. The room was large, with its own kitchenette. It was also very clean and the care in the structure of the room was evident. The Inn is located right in the downtown, a short distance from the train station. Overall, an excellent experience. I plan to stay here again the next time I visit Kyoto.

완전 강추!!

시설이나 서비스 모든 면에서 정말 만족스러운 숙소였어요.
주인분들이 엄청 친절하세요~~
단지 구글맵으로 첨 찾아갈때 좀 헤맸어요~
숙소 간판이 작기도 하고 뭔가 입구가 애매해서 숙소를 앞에 두고서도 찾기 힘들더라구요~ㅋ
다음에 교토 갈 기회가 있다면 꼭 다시 머물고 싶은 곳입니다.

Amazing amazing place..

The hotel is run by an amazing couple. So clean and the staff are always available and willing to help. It was our best accommodation throughout our trip in Japan. A big thumbs up. We will definitely book again!

Nice stay in historic city

The Hachi Inn is located only about 500 m away from the Kyoto main railway station but in a quiet street. The managers are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms offer everything you need (even an iron to fix washed clothes) and contain also a small kitchen and bathroom/toilet and everything is very clean. Of course, compared to european standards the room itself is quite compact but this is usual in Japan. If I would come back to Kyoto in the future, this would be one of my favorites.

Hachi Inn is a wonderful place to stay in Kyoto. The location is great; only 5 minutes walk from Kyoto station (handy if you plan to do some day trips from Kyoto) and a short walk from the river, bus stops and the metro. The staff at Hachi Inn are so lovey, friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, restful, clean and comfortable. Stay at Hachi Inn!

For me, Hachi Inn is the perfect hotel to stay in Kyoto. Walking distance to the Kyoto station and the rooms are quite spacious. Would definitely use again for another visit in Kyoto. Highly recommended.
