よい滞在

部屋の露天風呂が最高でしたが、周囲のビルから見えるかも、と気になりました。タオルはふんだんに用意されていて、とても良かったです。お布団をひいて下さる時に、最低限のゴミを片付けて頂けたら良かったなと思います。支配人と思われる方およびフロントの男性スタッフが素晴らしかったです。感じの良いスタッフがたくさんおられました。食事も良かったです。

創作料理が、苦手な父でしたが、ここのは美味しいと、喜んでいました。😝

ネスプレッソも。
又、行きたい旅館です。

家族旅行で宿泊しました。久しぶりの登別のお湯最高でした。個室でのお料理☆創作料理が苦手な父でしたがここのは美味しいと喜んでいました！
冷蔵庫の飲み物も、お好きにお飲みくださいと！
見てみると、ビール、お茶、お水も！部屋のコーヒーはネスプレッソ！無料でした。
又、行きたい旅館です☆

丁寧な接客、行き届いた清掃、温泉、食事、全てに満足です。
同グループホテルの入浴が可能なので温泉目当ての宿泊者には嬉しいかも。
シェフの腕も素晴らしいので、食事目当てでも良いかも。
つまりお薦めホテルです。

支配人の方に大変親切にしていただきました。
お料理も質、量、美しさ、全てにおいて申し分なく、大変美味しく頂きました。良い思い出になりました。

部屋の源泉掛け流しのお風呂は、湯の花いっぱいで、帰宅後も一週間ほど経っても皮膚への温泉の効能が残っていました。温泉好きには堪りません。

また機会がありましたら利用したいと思います！

フロント係、部屋係の対応も良く、また泊まりたい宿です。　露天風呂付の和洋室に泊まりましたが、部屋露天も掛け流し温泉でアツアツでとても気持ちが良かったです。

하나유라 가족여행

매우 조용한 소도시 노보리베츠에서 매우 한적한 휴식을 취할 수 있었다. 대형 호텔이 아니라 대욕장 온천시설도 편안히 이용할 수 있고, 방안에도 작은 욕조가 있어 온천을 즐길 수 있었다.일본 전통식사인 카이세키는 처음에는 눈으로 다음은 입으로 두 번 즐길 수 있는 아주 훌륭한 저녁식사였다. 아침 식사는 일본 가정식과 세미 뷔페가 준비되었는데, 모두 매우 만족스러운 식사였다.

Great food …. but

Reception staff was unfriendly and not very welcoming during check-in and subsequent enquiries. Restaurant staff on the other hand were very friendly. Food was fantastic. Hotel is dated and some of the room furnishings reflect that. The Onsen experience was reasonable. The hotel was quiet and not swamped with lots of noisy tourists.

We had stayed here about 5 years ago. Best thing is the small number of rooms so there are no crowds. Great location close to Jigokudani and shopping/dining street. Somewhat older property but kept in nice condition. Loved the private open-air onsen in our room overlooking a stream. Excellent service.

Stayed in Japanese Traditional Room with Private Open Air Bath. The pictures on Expedia are a true representation of the accommodation but the stay was even better than anticipated. Kaiseki meal in private dining room was wonderful and showcased a lot of the local food. The tatami room and sitting area in the room was nice and relaxing and the futons were perfectly set by the time we returned after dinner. The balcony onsen was a lovely warm contrast to the chilly wintry air. The public baths were also very clean and had a variety of temperatures for both inside and outside.
Very close walk to the temple and Hell Valley.
Included breakfast was also very delicious with impeccable service. Sad to have only stayed one night!

選擇呢間酒店係因為有私人風呂，隨時浸溫泉都可以！一泊兩食要到餐廳享用，晚餐份量很精緻，大食者可能會唔夠飽，飲品要另外加錢的，早餐半自助形式，相當豐富，距離景點地獄谷，步行街，棕熊牧場都係7-10分鐘路程，酒店可以幫忙預約的士到登別駅，巴士太多人排隊了！

The Hanayura is fantastic. The facilities are old but it's all clean and well kept. The front doors smell of sulfur but that's because you're in an onsen town. The meals were fantastic. Very filling and very intricately prepared. Be aware that the meals may not be to everyone's taste. Or you may not notice the intricacy or details in the preparation. But you're here to experience a traditional ryokan and traditional meals. If that's not for you then you shouldn't pick some place like this. The in room onsen cools down at the bottom in the morning so mix the water before hopping in. Assortment of public onsen was great as well. The hotel has a walk through to another onsen that you can access for free as well. We only found out on the last day

We were a group of friends that wanted a little getaway from the city of Sapporo to the onsen capital of Hokkaido in Noribetsu. We enjoyed our stay at the ryokan. The dining experience felt a little rushed at times but i understand we were a bigger group so there were some time constraints. The staff were wonderful and always ready to help. Overall, a relaxing time to enjoy the hot springs.

객실 안에 있는 노천탕이 아주 좋았습니다:)
직원들 서비스도 좋았고, 전반적인 환경 시설도 만족했어요~! 가이세키와 조식도 푸짐하게 나옵니다!
다만, 뭐가 뭔지 잘 모르고 먹느라 좀 물음표를 많이 찍었네요!

난방이 믾이 더울때 창문을 열고 싶은데
창문이 없어서 공기가 많이 답답했어요 ㅠㅠ

Hotel was beautiful. Dinner and breakfast was superb. I just wish hotel sent some information about how to check in and how to get to airport from the hotel. I found out all the transportation out of Noboribetsu needed to be booked in advance when we got there. We panicked when we found out everything was booked. My husband ran to the bus station and was able to book the bus

가이셰키(?)는 개인적으로는 하코다테에서 먹은게 더 맛있었지만 그냥 편안하게 대접받는 느낌이라고 생각하면 될것 같습니다. 목욕탕은 깨끗하게 관리 되어 있고 객실에 있는 목욕탕은 야외에서 탕에 들어있는 몸은 따뜻하고 신선한 공기를 마실수 있어서 좋았습니다

The two days I spent at Hanayura were truly amazing. The friendly staff, the clean and tidy room, the kaiseki dinner and the neat breakfast impressed me and my husband. I would definitely visit again with other family members.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The room was very clean and tidy with different snacks provided each day; private hot spring in the room with nice view was very enjoyable; staffs were friendly, helpful, detailed-minded with exceptional hospitality; the food were freshly made and taste absolutely delicious. It was an unforgettable experience for us.

很舒適的溫泉酒店，值得推介

房間及兩餐質素很好，房間有自設風呂，十分舒適。酒店樓下商品售賣貨品種類多，能滿足購物要求。美中不足是晚餐比較趕時間，可能服務員要趕收工。酒店差不多在最頂端，有接駁車到酒店會比較好，現在晚士停在商業街街腳，要拉行李上山。

The ryokan is overall stunning. The room we stayed in had a private onsen bath. It was absolutely amazing to be able to wake up and use the bath in the luxury of your own room. The dinner was absolutely amazing, an extravagant Japanese Kaiseki dinner. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

추천하지 않습니다. It should be better.

노보리베츠에서 가장 비싸고 좋은 료칸이라 기대했는데 서비스, 특히 식사를 내어주는 서비스는 기대에 한참 미치지 못했습니다. 음식 사빙하는 속도가 들쑥날쑥하여 서버는 계속 I am so sorry 만 반복하고, 메뉴 설명과 료칸 안내 등이 전혀 영어로 이루어지지 않았습니다. 특히 여기저기 관광객만 많아 분위기가 편안하지 않고 매우 산만했습니다.

제 경험으로 이 정도 가격으로는 훨씬 퀄러티 좋은 료칸을 경험할 수 있었습니다. 여긴 가격대비 퀄리티가 많이 부족합니다.

친절한 스태프, 훌륭한 음식.. 포근하고 편안한 호텔

가족끼리 조용히 쉬면서 온천을 즐기고 싶다면 료테이 하나유라가 최고인 것 같다. 대학생, 고등학생인 두 아이와 함께 한 여행이었는데, 물이 어찌나 훌륭한지 온 식구들 피부가 정말 신기하게 좋아졌다. 호텔 스태프들은 모두 매우 친절했고 오래된 호텔이지만 아주 깨끗하고 편리하게 관리되고 있었다. 저녁 가이세키 요리는 정말 훌륭해서 이 호텔이 왜 특히 음식으로 유명한 지 확실히 알 수 있었다. 다시 노보리베츠에 간다면 또 료테이 하나유라를 선택할 것 같다.

Amazing stay at Ryotei Hanayura.

We had an amazing stay at Ryotei Hanayura. The ambiance is just beautiful with Japanese cultural motif. Every piece of decor is exquisite. We had a traditional Japanese room facing the mountain with private onsen. The room is very spacious. The kaiseki breakfast and dinner were delicious. We stayed for 3 nights and our last night’s dinner was Crab kaiseki dinner, with different kinds of crab. Breakfast has Western buffet with the sweetest fresh fruits (apple, pineapple, kiwi and oranges) and with our kaiseki breakfast, our table was full of this scrumptious food. Service is par excellence. We had our own personal hostess for dinner, Yui Ikeda. She is friendly and sweet and gave us the best service during dinner in our private room. Every personnel that we met we’re respectful and friendly. The indoor and outdoor onsens we’re a bliss, very clean and ambiance at the outdoor onsen was just amazing. The Ryokan is 12 minutes walk to Jigukudani (Hell Valley) and to shopping street. Bus stop to JR Noboribetsu Station and Date Jidaimura is across Ryokan and you just pay driver 340 yen. I received a phone call from them while on the train to Sapporo telling me that I forgot my credit car in my kimono coat. They we’re going to send it to me to Sapporo TV Tower at Shuttle Bus’s receptionist. How honest is that? I will stay at Ryotei Hanayura again if we go back to Noboribetsu.

Feeling luxury stay in Japanese Ryokan. Recommenda

It was a really good experience for our family. Except for smell of smoke, staying here was so good - good service, good hot spring, and definitely good food (Kaiseki). It is recommendable although it was not cheap.

The place was amazing. We had stayed for 2 nights during our honeymoon. The staff was warm and friendly. Our room actually came with breakfast and dinner. The fact that the staff knew what he had the previous meals so our set meals were not repeated left us overwhelmed. Definitely worth every penny. Go for the traditional Japanese room for the experience!

退步！！！失望！！！

之前已住過，但這次有點失望！以往會有專人安排到自己房間晚餐，但這次只安排在1/F餐房，相信因人手問題已取消在房間晚餐。而善食也大不如前，以往是一隻蟹的，現在只給你蟹腳。房間方面，竟然在房間浴室內仍然有上手客人遺留之毛巾和物品，收拾房間欠細心！最失望是，本人住了兩晚後退房，要求前台的男職員安排的士到登別JR站，佢竟然不情不願打了一次5秒的電話，便掛線跟我說busy，並說明在上午10:00-11:00是繁忙時段，是不能找到的士，但本人不相信在日本的士是這麼好生意嗎？因此，我太太便向另一位男職員提出安排的士要求，當然非常順利下10分鐘內的士便到達酒店門口了！這樣服務太可怕了！不會再選擇此酒店了！

숙소의 청결도도 매우 좋았으며, 직원 분들의 친절함도 너무 좋았습니다.
온천도 이용이 편리했으며 시설 면에서 너무나 좋았습니다.
노보리베츠역에서 버스로 이동하더라도 호텔 앞에 정류장이 있어 내리기 편했으며
체크아웃 후 삿포로 송영버스 덕에 여행이 더욱 편안했습니다.

价钱有啲贵！

间房好大，比较合适一家大细！服务态度几好。晚餐噶怀石料理都ok，不过有啲赶咁！酒店位置多几方便，系登别火车站有巴士直达。嗰咖啡机无说明书，所以无得用！

기대보다 별로였어요.

가이세끼가 생각보다 너무 별로였어요. 비싼가격만큼 비싼재료를 쓰기는 했으나 맛이 너무 별로여서 좀 실망스러웠어요, 늦은시간에는 영어로 소통하는 직원이 없어서 좀 불편했어요.

석식조식다 너무 훌륭했습니다. 부모님모시고 다녀온여행이였는데 너무들좋아하셔서 행복했습니다. 특히 온천물이 너무좋아서 하루있는동안 여러번 드나들었네요. 또가고싶은 료칸입니다.

酒店乾淨，膳食不錯。
由於住高層，私隱度高。
露天溫泉不錯的體驗加上酒店屬於低密度，一層得6間房，所以可寧靜享用溫泉。
不過房間沒有wifi比較可惜。

온천 시설은 최고예요

개인 온천탕이 딸려있는 룸을 사용했습니다
응대하는 직원들 매우 친절했구요
룸 컨디션도 매우 훌륭했습니다
다만 기대했던 가이세키는 입맛에 안맞았어요
디저트 빼고는 넘 짜거나 비리거나 해서 ㅠㅠ
