送迎バスを利用する予定だったが、当日は混雑で４０分ぐらい待つとの
ことだったので、利用せず歩いた。

全体的には高評価です。次回も利用したい施設です。
しかし、WIFIについてはマイナス評価です。どなたかぎ大容量ファイルをダウンロードされていたのかも知れませんが、夜間全く繋がらない時間帯がありました。部屋毎に通信制限するなど運用改善を希望します。

とてもキレイですごく良かったです。
ただ、洗濯機のアラーム音？が、けっこう長く鳴っているのが気になりました。しかし、すぐ対応して頂けたので良かったです。

駅前の予約カウンターでチェックイン後、ホテルまでのシャトルバスに助かりました。まだ部屋に入れない時間でしたが、ホテル玄関のストレージに荷物を置けました。ここはチェックアウト後も使用できます。ホテルは五条駅から少し距離がありましたが、近くの清水寺まで朝の7時から8時ごろまでに行くと、タクシーで山門まで入れます。
部屋は清潔で広く、備え付けのミニキッチンや食器、置いてあった水やコーヒー類が助かりました。

Disfruté mi estadía, tenían todo lo que describían en la página, son muy amables el personal, excelente seguridad, es accesible al metro o al camión, excelentes amenidades, solo comentar que si la habitación en grande, y caben bn las maletas. Fuimos 5 y estuvo bien, pero si solo entran 4 estaría perfecto.
Lo recomiendo ampliamente

Stayed there as a family of 4.

First of all the tax issue is odd and you will find a ton of people commenting on it in reviews as well.

Second is the fact that you check in close to the central station - they assume you will have to pass by that, then take a cab/uber or whatever back from the train station to where you are actually staying. Both tax & the place to check in are inconvenient to say the least.

Third comes our bad luck i guess - our room on the 6th floor. This is the "theater" one i think it's called. Carpets were dirty (i am not talking dirty compared to how clean Japan is, i am talking dirty in any standard in the World)...our garbage bins were full and then the finale was the vent had a very loud noise to it while off...to get rid of it and manage to sleep we had to keep it on! Yes we kept it on to avoid the noise it had while shut!

Location is fine (8 minute walk to Ueno station) and a 7/11 around the corner.

Would not return to RESI under any circumstance.

A great place to stay.

an amazing place to stay and very clean. The beds are comfortable, the towels are clean. with coffee and tea bag plus a litter snake with surprise.

ten mins of walking distance to the train station.

all in place nothing needs further.

Two night stay in Kyoto

Overall our stay at Resi Stay Brix was great. Definitely deserve acknowledgement for great customer service. The property is in new condition and well kept. My only complaint was that our neighbours were loud.

Check-in process, even thought centralized and not at actual property, was quick and pleasant. You are shuttled by Bus to your property afterwards.

Fabulous living space in Kyoto

Everything to like about this apartment. I stayed 11 nights. It was new, modern, immaculately clean, and everything clearly explained with typical Japanese efficiency in a Welcome folder. They even provided little biscuits with the complimentary tea and coffee!

Для начала, надо было пройти 5 минут от вокзала до здания, где офис гостиницы, где заполняешь контракт, оплачиваешь небольшой туристических налог и сканируешь паспорта.
От офиса до гостиницы ходят бесплатные шаттлы. Пешком до гостиницы занимает 15-20 минут.
Сама гостиница в новом здании, комната большая, две кровати 140 см и одноместное кресло-диван, современный ремонт. Качественная техника. Балкон (где можно курить). Есть общая прачечная на первом этаже. Довольно тихий район. От гостиницы до метро 5 минут пешком. До главных районов Киото - 20 / 30 минут пешком. Рядом есть продуктовый магазин 24 часа. Соотношение цена/качество хорошее. Рекомендую.

The room looked great, really modern and clean. The keypad for the entrance was easy to use and added a feeling of security. The reception counter is at a different location then the actual rooms but they were kind enough to give us a free shuttle to out accommodation, which we really appreciated. The english speaking receptionist was friendly and easy to understand

Hotel muito prático, com cozinha e geladeira. Reservamos para 2 pessoas mas cabem até 4 (deve ficar um pouco apertado). Ótima localização. Único porém é a necessidade de check-in em outro local.

The staff we met at reception were exceptionally helpful. A shuttle bus was provided to the accomodation and along the way we had the sweetest man accompany us, providing some information on Kyoto and it’s history. This was helpful and good information to know. Our room was small but perfect for the three of us. Clean, tidy, great amenities and exactly what we needed - close to local hotspots and public transport. Will definitely be staying here when we return. Overall a great stay, and the hospitality we received from the staff made it the more enjoyable

Appartement neuf, très bien aménagé et bien situé

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement petit mais tout neuf, parfaitement aménagé avec confort, propreté et un équipement bien pensé.
Cuisine avec réfrigérateur et congélateur, plaque, four micro-onde. Lave-linge et sèche-linge de très bonne qualité en libre-service.
Appartement bien situé à proximité de nombreuses lignes de bus.

Bad luck for us, there was a cockroach in the fridge and we needed to use the fridge.
The check in place is not in the hotel which is not very convenient. If you are satying for a short time in Kyoto, then, you will prefer to save the travel time to the check in place.
The staff only care about the tax that you need to pay during check in and they only accept cash.

Good location near places of interest - walking distance, mostly 30-45 mins walk to places of interest. However it is quite a distance to get to the Kyoto station. The registration area provides a free transfer to accommodation- which is helpful. Near the river which is also a beautiful area for stroll and sit and enjoy the scenery.

Clean and spacious!

We love the room that we booked in Resi Stay Brix. rm 701. It was large, clean and complete with all the amenities that you need for a 7 day stay. Others will find the location far from the station but since we love walking, 15min walk to the main Kyoto station was good exercise and also 15-20min walk to other places and if you are tired, taxi isn't too expensive as most areas are only 5-7min away. I would stay here again especially if you are with family! The only thing is that there is no cleaning service for the duration of your stay so you'll have to keep the room tidy and you have to throw your own trash. But they give you ample towels etc so you don't have to call to change.

是新蓋的建築房間很舒適, 每個床位都有電源插座及USB插孔, 廚房用具很新, 浴室掛勾夠不會沒地方放衣服, 一樓有免費自助洗衣機, 功能齊全. 旁邊有超商但是要生鮮超市就要走10分鐘才會到. 離清水五條電鐵走路5分鐘到.

Comport and use again in next trip

Please select it. We were there at first in check in center. People is very kind and bring us by shuttle to Hotel from Kyoto station (checking center). Apartment has washing and dry machines for free. Room was very clean has Netflix ^^ on Smart TV.
We enjoyed using small kitchen as well. Typically it is very quiet but 5-10min can be reached market and subway. It was best choice for my holiday.

Very clean, around 10min walk to the jr station. Easy to find food and drink. Very clean , gd shampoo , good air conditioner, and it has shuttle car to take u from the place u check in. The room very big. Tv channel seem just have Japanese channel.

Great Surprise

We (family of four) was pleasantly surprised when we arrived: a spacious apartment with 2 double beds, a sofa bed, and a small but fully equipped kitchen. Very nice interior design.

Before we arrived, we forgot that Check-In (near the train station!) is only open until 8pm, so they actually called me on my cell phone right before closing and deposited the room key in a locker. All that worked flawlessly. I am so thankful they called me!

The apartment was clean. Tiny bath but fully functional.

Nice location in Kawaramachi. Would definitely book with Resi Stay again.

Very nice and comfortable room

We loved our stay at resi stay brix. Room was spacious, clean and nicely put together. Decor was nice and room had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the location was ok. About a 15 minute walk to nearest train station but walk was nice. We didn't use the shuttle service when we checked in because we would have had to wait ~40 mins before the next one would come so we walked to our hotel. Check in was easy. Everything great for this price!!!

Has an excellent location for visiting most of Kyoto's landmarks. The place has enough space and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The beds are comfy, and the amenities are a plus.

교토역 맞은편 RESI STAY 사무실에서 키를 수령해 예약한 아파트형 호텔을 자유롭게 용하는 방식. 원한다면 체크인 후 셔틀로 데려다준다. 신축이라 그런지 흠잡을데 없이 깔끔하다. 더블배드 2개와 변형 소파로 최대 5인까지 가능한 숙소이나 그렇게 사용하기엔 좀 버거운감이 있어보이고, 3인이서 4박5일 동안 여유롭게 지내기엔 너무나 충분했다. 교토역에서 크게 멀지않고 기요미즈데라, 산넨자카, 니시키 시장과 걸어서 이동할만 한지라 위치도 꽤 좋은편이다. 걷는걸 감수한다면 하루에 기요미즈데라-산넨,니넨자카-야사카신사-헤이안신궁-철학의길-은각사 루트로 둘러 본 후 버스를 타고 바로 숙소로 복귀할 수 있다. 후시미 이나리 역도 숙소서 가까운 기요미즈고조 역에서 환승없이 한번에 이동 가능하다. 세븐과 로손이 좀 멀지만 바로 옆옆 건물에 패밀리마트가 있고 그 대각선 맞은편에 24시간 영업하는 나카우도 있다.
