電車の駅やバス停から近く、繁華街へも歩いていける距離にあり、とても良い立地でした。
未就学児童2人と大人2人で泊まりましたがストレスなく休めました。

お部屋はとってもきれいでした。行くまでに道幅が狭かったので、大きい車は要注意。後、チェックイン前に荷物が置けるのですが、チェーンキーみたいなのを荷物に引っ掛けて置くだけなので、かばんの開け閉めに鍵ができるものしか置けないですね。
朝食付きかと思ったら違ってたので、朝食はどんなのかわからなかったけど、初めから、冷凍庫に入っていて自分で温めるみたいなので、チェックインの時に、スタッフの人とあったら後は会わないので良かったです

自宅気分でのんびりと!

とても清潔で気持ちよく利用させていただきました。台所やお風呂の使い勝手もよく、お風呂は気持ちよく湯船に浸かることができて疲れが取れました。
機会があればまた利用したいと思います。

アパートメンツタイプで、出張族の私には最高な環境でした。

強いて言えば、カミソリが備品で欲しかったのと、朝食付きと思いきや、超軽食だったのが物足りませんでした。

京都旅行

コロナが気になっての4連休で、せっかくなので京都旅行を。トイレ、風呂がセパレートになっていたのでよかったです。料理も自炊ができて良かったです。スーパー、薬局.100均、ローソン、ファミレスさとなどあり便利。洗濯機、洗剤、スポンジ、ケトル、電子レンジ、洗濯洗剤、包丁、まな板などもあり。計量カップ、計量スプーンはない。

ホテルのチェックインやチェックアウトなどのシステム的にはいいと思うのですが、
急な予定変更であったり、トラブルがあった際にホテル側と連絡がとれないことに不便を感じました。ホテルの中は綺麗で満足でした。

サミット前で、駅のロッカーが使用出来ずに、
チェックインの時間前に荷物を預けて、さらに帰りの日も午前中荷物を預けてギリギリまで、観光てきました。笑顔での対応ありがとうございます。最高に楽しい旅行でした。

フロントスタッフの対応も親切で非常によかった。駅から少し離れているが、静かで過ごしやすいホテルでした。セキュリティもしっかりしていて、安心できました。
ミネラルウォーターのサービスがあるとうれしい

清潔感があり、施設には満足したのですが、
宿泊場所の事前の説明がかなり不親切で、住宅街の真ん中で、目印も少なく、探すのにとても苦労しました。
また、チェックイン場所と実際の宿泊場所の所要時間もきちんと事前に説明があるべきだと思いました。
宿泊施設には、カウンターがないだけに、何か困ったときの連絡先等、チェックインカウンターの方から説明があってもよいかと思いましたが、何もなかったので、こちらから確認しました。
カウンターの対応がいまいち不親切だと感じました。

お部屋ですが、和室と洋室が扉で仕切ることができたらよいのに、と思いました。（和室でテレビを見ていたら、洋室の人は寝にくいため）

Room was so small. It had a horrible wood smell. Service staff is excellent. would not recommend due to tiny space. Not a fan of drying system.

True Japanese local experience

Hotel is located on a quieter somewhat residential neighborhood with little shops tucked here and there. We travelled with 2 adults and 2 teenagers.

Plus:
Felt like you got a local experience.
Hotel was clean and modern. Good space with washer and detergent provided (you need to hang clothes in bathroom and dry them in there via the fan dryer - they provide hangers for the clothes), large closet to store your stuff. No drawer space.
Kitchen area with fridge, microwave, hot water boiler, utensils, stove.

AC worked well. Water pressure great.

Keypad entry. They received our luggages when we shipped them from Tokyo.

Walking distance to Nishiki Market and tons of places to eat/shop.

Downsides:
Closest subway station is about 4-6 blocks buses are closer. Not terrible but we went in the summer so it was hot.

Beds were extremely hard and firm. All 4 of us found them hard to sleep on.

The hotel isn’t super secure as you can just walk in and take the elevator up to any floor. The neighborhood feels safe but being paranoid that was something I noticed.

Other:
They can’t ship your luggage from this hotel but there is a Yamato transport place 2 blocks away that you can ship your luggages from.

Staff is friendly and they had small amenities downstairs (comb, cotton, razor.)

The hotel is very well located, close to all of Kyoto’s attractions (whether you get to them via taxi or public transportation), convenience stores, a drug store and even a Kimono rental place. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly (some of them speak some English some of them none). My family stayed in a room with two double beds and a sofabed, kitchenette and even a washing machine. The room was spacious enough for the five of us, although we had to eat breakfast on our beds, as there was no space for the dining table.
What my family found it terrible with this place were the beds. They were sooooo hard. We had a terrible first night. The staff provided additional duvets for the other four nights. They helped, but not enough for any of us to have a decent night.

Great place, very clean and new. It is a little bit far from subway and convenient store about 10 min of walk. We had a pleasant stay and we will recommend it.

Horrible cleanliness and uncomfortable beds

Place was easy to find and close to many amanities. The cleaning was terrible, place was very dusty that we cleaned it outselves the 1st day of arrival. The sofa bed was beyond discusting (check photo). We notified the clerk but nothing was done about it.

Bed mattresses seemed very used that we felt the spring poking us.

I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience. Book elsewhere!

가족친화적이고, 교통이 편한 호텔.

요즘 호텔 가격이 많이 올라서, 가성비라고 말하긴 힘들지만, 펜션스타일로 세탁기까지 갖춰져 있는 가족들이 이용하기에 최적인 호텔입니다. 다만, 침대가 좀 하드하다는 점과 도어락 시스템에 대한 개선이 필요할 것 같습니다.

Loved our stay! So roomy it was like having a little apartment. So many thoughtful details like separate bins for recycling. Very friendly staff and very clean. We will be back.

Location nearby to Gojo Station, 2mins walk.Very clean & comfortable. Clothes washed are conveniently dried with the installed drier in the bathroom. We like the design of the room.

This was a great apartment for a family for 4 nights. Loved the location easy 10-15 min walk to shopping area and close to a train station. Loved that it had cooking facilities, a washing machine and the bathroom wet area became a dryer to dry clothes overnight, which worked better than a dryer. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I liked the property because it is blended with surrounding residential homes and businesses. What I didn’t like was when checking in no one was in the front desk. My family and other families arrived before us had to wait at least 15-20 minutes before someone showed up at the desk.

They need better mattresses. The ones we got were very hard. Not a proper rest with that type of bed. Other than that it was a good hotel

Excellent apartment for 4. Good size kitchen and washing machine provided. Very good aircon. Only real issue was the ease of drying washing, one drying frame was provided but no way of hanging out on the balcony so had to rely on the ‘drying room’ option which must have used a ton of electricity every time, and also didn’t dry perfectly leaving some clothes smelly and in need of re-washing. Beds comfy, plenty of crockery and cutlery and a good size fridge. Good location within easy reach of main shopping areas and temples etc.

We stayed at the twin suite and it was spacious for Japan standards. It was hard to find a place in Kyoto with your own kitchen and laundry. The location was a bit far from the main tourist attractions but is usually just a short cab ride away.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel.
The rooms were comfy. from the pictures, the rooms looked big, but the deluxe twin room were actually quite small. There were communication issues at the front desk. Everything in the room were in Japanese, so we had to use the house rules booklet to use the AC, TV and appliances. I wish they had channels in english as all channels were in Japanese.

The kitchen, utensils, bathroom were really nice. One can wash and dry the clothes during night.

The best part is is that hotel is nearby to everything you woukd need, groceries, sightseeing, shopping areas etc.

Overall , for the price, the hotel is excellent!!

It was down a very nice quiet back street with a lot of traditional houses. There were many shrines and temples in the immediate vicinity and the Gojo station isnt too far.

Very convenient. Washing machine was great (being Canadian, needed to learn how to hang dry but that was easy once we deciphered the instructions). Responsive staff. Easy check in and check out. Close to lots of shopping, tourist and eating spots. Would recommend.

Great place to stay!! Easy accessible to everything transportations, supermarket, 7/11, fastfoods and restaurants. We definitely enjoyed our stay very spaciuos, feels like at home. The staff is so nice and friendly.

Not too many residences in this hotel, so the environment is quiet. But quite a bit of walking to get there from the train station. It is possible to get within 5 min walk from the hotel via bus, but the bus is probably not an option if there are luggages.
