シャワールームの水はけが悪かったのがとても残念でしたが、スタッフさんが、とても親切でした。

ベッドは広め、シャワーとトイレが別々、水圧も十分。テレビは大きめ。
自分の部屋にいるように過ごせました。秋葉原駅も徒歩圏内、岩本町駅はすぐ隣り。
また泊まりたいホテルです。

フロントは機械が対応。清潔で快適な部屋。

メトロ岩本町からが1番近いが秋葉原からも徒歩圏内。清潔な室内でリノベーション後なのか設備もいいしミニキッチンもある。宿泊したフロアは1部屋のみでプライベート感があった。

秋葉原駅にも近いし、この値段だったら満足です。
ただ、連泊したけど、シーツ交換、タオル交換がしてもらえなかったのが、残念でした。

チェックイン時の番号がメールで届いておらず、チェックイン時に時間がかかりましたが、電話で対応して頂けなんとかチェックインすることが出来ました。
室内は清潔でとても快適に過ごせることができました！

フロントに常時スタッフがいないらしく、チェックインの仕方が分かりづらいのが難点。
奥からスタッフの方が出てきて説明していただいたからよかったけど、もう少し分かりやすいといいかなぁ。と思いました。ファミリータイプの部屋はすごく広くて、とても清潔感があり、トイレバス別で浴槽もついていて、子供連れには最高でした！
また、近くに来る機会があれば利用したいと思います！ありがとうございました！

Det var nemt selv at tjekke ind med koden vi havde fået i forvejen.
Værelset var i en rigtig god og pæn stand. Rent, pænt og forholdsvis nyt badeværelse. Ingen larm fra de andre værelser og begrænset støj fra gaden (vi boede på 4 etage)
Vi var 1 voksen og 2 store teenagers, og vi fandt værelset meget lille, trods vi ikke er specielt store mennesker.
Udover 1 køjeseng (med dobbeltseng for neden og 3/4 seng for oven) var der 1 taburet, 1 lille bord, 1 lille køleskab, 1 føntørrer + 1 lille tørrestativ ( der var latterligt lille, hvis man fx. ønsker at hænge håndklæder på den)
Beliggenheden er perfekt både til metro, s-tog, restaurant og shopping.

We liked the ease of check in and the bunk beds. But the room was very small. There was no one at the property to assist with things, such as a hot room or how to store luggage after check out. If you’re looking for an inexpensive hotel, this is the place. Not far from a train station, but about 20-30 minutes from popular spots in Tokyo.

El lugar es demasiado pequeño para 3 personas, no hay donde colocar ni las maletas pequeñas y tienen literas que son muy dificiles de subir, pegadas a las ventanas lo Cual genera un riesgo, la cama de arriba esta muy pegada al techo, y no tiene colchon solo una colchoneta asi que no es comodo. Y Hasta podrias golpearte la cabeza al intentar bajar.

Exceeded Expectations

Cute hotel close to a subway station. Very clean and definitely exceeded expectations for the price paid. The only struggle was settling up the air condition. It was only in Japanese and we were not able to figure it out even with a help from Google Translate.

有噪音問題

東京的客房偏小在預料之中，清潔度佳、床很好睡，地鐵和JR電車都很近，但因飯店在大馬路旁，所以很吵，晚上還聽得到JR電車行駛的聲音 ，睡眠不佳的人可能要考慮一下囉！

What an amazing experience and so thankful for staying here! From the easy check in to the perfect room for my daughters and I to the proximity to everything that is beautiful and fun about Tokyo. Thank you Sakura Cross Hotel Akihabara! Highly recommend for all that want a home away yes even far away from home! And literally within steps are photo ops, groceries for the room, and transportation, and most importantly good food and spirits!

Short Tokyo stay

Short walk to the station, convenient stay close to dining, arcades, and shopping options. You self-check in/out which was a smooth process. Take note that there are no physical customer service people there and they do not clean your room everyday. Room is super small but not bad for a super short stay for two people.

I don't recommend it if you bring kids because they told us we shouldn't make noises. I think because its surrounded by office buildings.

Just spent 3 nights at the hotel; the room was spacious and bright, the only downside was the noise of trains and cars at night but it didn’t bother us too much as we are not light sleepers. Power went out for one evening but staff came to fix it within an hour. There’s no staff at the front desk so it’s all self serve check in and check out, staff are accessible by phone for emergencies or questions. Overall it was a nice stay, will consider returning for the location and the price.

We had a comfortable stay. Location is great if planning to base near Akihabara. Plenty of convenience stores and walking distance to subway stations. Not suited for those looking to use luggage delivery service.

Check in was straight forward. You check in on the iPad and you get your door code there. The location of this hotel is not bad, it was a little noisy (but it didn't bother us) because it was on the busy street that's why they give you earplugs. The worst part about our experience is that we were given the top floor room and but the elevator only went to the 9th floor so we had to lug our 8 bags up the stairs to the 10th floor from the 9th floor. If you have luggages, make sure you request to stay on the floor with elevator access. The room is meant for 5 people but it's too tight if you are not light packers. There is not much sitting space to hang.

The shower was surprisingly big with a tub and stand up shower and a separate toilet area.

Another thing to consider if you plan to stay at this property is that there is no front desk person, there is no one to answer questions if you have any. But we did catch the staff on site and she let us extend our check out by 1 hour. Which we appreciated because our flight was not till 630pm that day.

Overall it was a comfortable room if you're only going to sleep in it.

We liked that it was in a safe area for our young family to venture the area all hours of the day. Its conveniently located to the subway station which was great to get around Tokyo and not have to rent a car. The kids loved the bunk bed. It had a big and clean bathroom. It was really really nice!

Stayed here for a quick overnight in Tokyo. Family of 4 with a 12 and 24 year old. It was great for us. Nice room, very clean, good location to walk to shopping /dining etc..

The room was tiny. Barely enough for two people to stand up. It said it had a balcony but you can’t go out on to it /it’s just a window with no access to the “balcony” part.

Value for money

We stayed in the family room for 4 adults 3 kids. Close to train stations and has a large drugstore Matsumoto Kiyoshi just few steps away. Value for money as its hard to find such a space that could acco 7 at such a price. However, room was pretty small, without much space to open up our luggages, max 2 opened luggages each time. A little noisy as its next to the road and u can hear each ambulance passing by clearly.
