出張での滞在

　ホテルは新しく建築されたホテルのようで設備や寝具なども新しいです。オフィスエリアにあるため夜も静かでコンビニへのアクセスも便利です。地図上は駅から近いですが実際は地下を少し歩きます。


　ホテルフロントは三階にあるのですが、チェックインとチェックアウト、朝食の時間帯などはエレベーターが混み合うため時間に余裕を持って移動する必要があります。

　シャワーのみで湯船がないためゆったりしたい人には向きませんがその分部屋が広めになっているのでトレードオフと思います。

　セルフランドリーも使えるので長期滞在にも最適だと思います。

　部屋にはデスクのない部屋もありますが、ホテルフロントに広めのデスクやカウンターデスクなどもありますのでリモートオフィス的にも使えそうです。

エントランスに入った瞬間から良い匂いでした。
掃除もきれいにしてあり快適にすごせました。
朝食付きでこの値段はとてもリーズナブルだと感じました。

二泊しましたが、清潔で良かったです。朝食時間はどこも混雑しますが、エレベーター前迄行列ができていて、どっちの行列なのかわからず、その点がちょっと気になりました。また利用したいです。

非常に良いホテルですね。

出張で初めて利用しました。
少し遅くにチェックインしたためか、フロントの受付はスムーズ。案内も過不足なく丁寧かつ迅速で良かったと思います。ただ、オンライン予約なのに住所を手書きさせられたのはびっくり。
部屋は広くて清潔。タオルやトイレットペーパーも良質なモノで、とても快適です。シャワーのみでバスタブなしなのは気にならず。ただし冬だと辛いかも？
水回りの清潔感が少し気になりましたが、まぁギリ許容範囲かと。
残念だったのは朝食。朝早い用事があったので開始時刻の7時10分前にレストランフロアに行ったら、既に入口前は人だかりでエレベーターから降りる事も出来ない状態。諦めてチェックアウトする羽目に。フロントで訊いたら、最近はほぼ毎日同じとのこと、、、、
であれば改善策は？と言いたくなる。時間帯指定するとか、開始時刻を早めるとか、是非検討して欲しい。
とはいえ、全体的にはとても快適なホテルです。予算が合えばまた利用したいですね。

Very good location, we could walk to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi-suji shopping areas. Facility is in excellent condition and in great neighborhood. We had great view of Dotonbori area from the room. I wish the breakfast bit better. Overall, we are very happy with the facility.

Die Ausstattung ist super, alles ordentlich und sauber. Zimmer sind allerdings sehr klein und wir hatten ein Fenster mit Milchglas welches in Richtung Hauswand ging. Somit keine Aussicht und sehr dunkel im Zimmer.

We loved our stay here! The room was excellent for a family of 4. After experiencing some very tight rooms around Japan, coming to this hotel felt great! The room was clean and spacious, staff was great and the breakfast buffet had lots of choices for many palettes/nationalities. Location was also excellent. Metro station is less than 5 minutes walk. We’d definitely stay here again.

When booking for Osaka it seemed you would be either paying a lot or have a dingy room until we found this hotel! As expected it was very busy, lots of businessmen etc resulting in very busy breakfasts which weren’t the greatest.

The room was small but well spaced out and the pivoting TV was great! Also never seen such a futuristic shower😍

If you don’t mind a busy hotel where you may wait 5 minutes for a lift then this is a great choice! Walkable to shopping area and easy links to trains.

Hotel is nice and clean but it's far from restaurants and shopping area and the room is too small for the price. Breakfast line is ridiculously long! i asked if i can take breakfast to go the staff said yes but I wasn't allowed to get anything but bread and fruits. Moved to Holiday Inn Namba and was allowed to take I want from the buffet line.

Buen hotel en una ubicación muy bonita y agradable aunque muy tranquila por la noche, por si eres nocturno.
La vista de la habitación era hermosa, el tamaño de la misma era bastante aceptable y el baño estaba excelente.
Nos tocó bastante ocupación y a excepción de una ocasión, en la cual esperamos muchísimo tiempo en los elevadores, todo funcionó perfectamente.

Bra og trivelig opphold

Bra opphold og bra bad! Badene var større enn de øvrige hotellene vi bodde på. Hotellrommet var lite, som alle andre hoteller innenfor samme standard i Japan. Meget fornøyd med vårt opphold! Ett lite minus var lydnivået fra gaten. Det var veldig lytt og vi hørte mye lyd fra trafikken utenfor, og vi bodde høyt oppe. Frokost var også helt ok.

Located for close to shopping centers and metro stations. Place was very clean and staff were very nice and helpful. You can send luggage to next hotel from this hotel. Breakfast was good for a self serve and they are very accommodating. Would stay here again.

Short walk to train station. Clean and updated facility. Coin-op washer-dryer had built in soap, very convenient. Breakfast had eastern and western choices, all good. Right by upscale shopping, in case you want to buy a Ferrari or designer clothing, but also close to reasonably priced dining.

The hotel was really convenient, a short walk away from Hommachi Station and walkable to main areas like Shinsaibashi, Dotonburi and Amerikamura. Room facilities were top notch, clean and very comfortable! Although it may be abit cramped to fully open a full-sized luggage, but that can be easily managed. Overall a fantastic stay!

Fantastic hotel

I would give this hotel a well-deserved 6-star rating! It exceeded our expectations in every way.

The hotel's generosity with check-out time was a lovely surprise - they allowed us to stay until 2 pm. This is particularly impressive given that most Osaka hotels have a strict 10 am check-out time, with extensions usually incurring an extra charge.

The hotel's location is also fantastic, situated just 50 meters from a station with three convenient lines. It's nestled in the modern side of Osaka, making it perfect for guests seeking a quieter, more calming experience.

But what truly made our stay special was the exceptional service from the staff. They were incredibly helpful and courteous, leaving a lasting impression.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka!

I booked a triple twin bed room as it was the only option for four people assuming that the double bed sized couch would be made up into a fourth bed. The three twin beds are only big enough for one person so we asked for bedding for the couch and was only given a blanket, so if you need a room for four people do not book the triple. The room is quite small but has everything you need, the breakfast is ok but does not offer much variety. The lobby has a cozy seating area with good internet and the area around the hotel is good for shopping and food options. The hotel was good for a one night stay but I would not want to stay for any longer than that with a family.

We stayed for 5 nights and we were extremely happy about it. The room was spotless clean, shower was great and the staff were friendly. Breakfast could have more variety but it was still nice. The hotel is on the main street, next to the main walking street with a lot of shops and food options so it’s quite convenient to walk around. Hommachi station is around 10mins walk which is not a lot but the exit to the hotel doesn’t have escalators so you’ll need to walk up stairs. We found this is the most tiring part since we got 1 big luggage with one hand carry one. Other than that, it was a perfect stay. Highly recommend.

Great choice for us

The peak season in Osaka is quite challenging and i was glad to get multiple rooms with 2 beds. Location was good. Quieter area compared to dotonbori side except for loud revving motorcycles at night. Hotel does not have a lobby and no driveway because its a straightfoward hotel. Aside from being modern, what sets it apart is the service of staff. Except for one of the reception ladies everyone is so accommodating and helpful specially the brothers at the breakfast buffet. All in all it did not only serve its purpose but it was a good stay overall.

Thoroughly surprised and really enjoyed staying at this property. It was conveniently located near Hommachi subway station approximately 5 minute walk or Shinsaibashi station approximately 10 minute walk. Really liked the location because of the quietness but yet close enough and walkable to Dotonbori which is a very tourist concentrated area. (approximately 15 min walk). The property was new, clean and service staff was great. Really enjoyed the included breakfast (which can get busy at times) but line moves fast. Rooms are a little small but that is to be expected in most properties in Japan. Exceptional value we think for this place, and would stay here again on our next trip to Osaka!

This hotel provided what we know and love from the brand. It was an easy 7 min walk to the subway station, a 711 to be able to get anywhere otherwise this location was a 20 min walk to Dotenburi, and not much else. The bed was comfortable the room layout was good. The breakfast is not great but did appreciate the grab-and-go option, otherwise skip it.

Perfect experience at Holiday Inn Express!
We booked this hotel last minute because our original hotel didn’t feel safe and clean. Iona at the reception was exceptional in accommodating our stay and room selection and completely understood our concerns.

Was given the top floor room where ceiling had major leak stain... however everything else was great.

Breakfast was good, the shower was amazing.

There is a lack of amenities compared to other hotel chains, but overall, it's on par with other hotels at this price range.
