4ベットの部屋が安価で泊まれて綺麗でおしゃれな部屋で大満足です。万博にアクセスよく選びました。朝ごはんの時間に間に合わないとお伝えすると、紙袋を渡されてパンやバナナ等をテイクアウトできると聞き、利用しました。無駄なサービスがなく、欲しいサービスが詰まったホテルでまた泊まりたいと思います。

いい意味でアメリカンなホテル。私はアメリカに数年いたので、なにかしら懐かしさを感じます。
私が泊まった日はインバウンドの方が95%以上を占めていた印象ですが、とくにアメリカ人には快適だろうなと思います。

出張での滞在

　ホテルは新しく建築されたホテルのようで設備や寝具なども新しいです。オフィスエリアにあるため夜も静かでコンビニへのアクセスも便利です。地図上は駅から近いですが実際は地下を少し歩きます。


　ホテルフロントは三階にあるのですが、チェックインとチェックアウト、朝食の時間帯などはエレベーターが混み合うため時間に余裕を持って移動する必要があります。

　シャワーのみで湯船がないためゆったりしたい人には向きませんがその分部屋が広めになっているのでトレードオフと思います。

　セルフランドリーも使えるので長期滞在にも最適だと思います。

　部屋にはデスクのない部屋もありますが、ホテルフロントに広めのデスクやカウンターデスクなどもありますのでリモートオフィス的にも使えそうです。

掃除もきれいにしてあり快適にすごせました。

二泊しましたが、清潔で良かったです。朝食時間はどこも混雑しますが、エレベーター前迄行列ができていて、どっちの行列なのかわからず、その点がちょっと気になりました。また利用したいです。

非常に良いホテルですね。

出張で初めて利用しました。
少し遅くにチェックインしたためか、フロントの受付はスムーズ。案内も過不足なく丁寧かつ迅速で良かったと思います。ただ、オンライン予約なのに住所を手書きさせられたのはびっくり。
部屋は広くて清潔。タオルやトイレットペーパーも良質なモノで、とても快適です。シャワーのみでバスタブなしなのは気にならず。ただし冬だと辛いかも？
水回りの清潔感が少し気になりましたが、まぁギリ許容範囲かと。
残念だったのは朝食。朝早い用事があったので開始時刻の7時10分前にレストランフロアに行ったら、既に入口前は人だかりでエレベーターから降りる事も出来ない状態。諦めてチェックアウトする羽目に。フロントで訊いたら、最近はほぼ毎日同じとのこと、、、、
であれば改善策は？と言いたくなる。時間帯指定するとか、開始時刻を早めるとか、是非検討して欲しい。
とはいえ、全体的にはとても快適なホテルです。予算が合えばまた利用したいですね。

My accessible room was very good. I would offer feedback to help make small changes. The shampoos etcetera are across from the bath making them difficult to access. The shower chair cannot fit in the bathtub. The bathtub needs a non slip matt to help disabled/elderly so they can utilise the bathtub instead of being limited to showering. A small seat that fits would help. Mr Ujin(?) was so helpful on our phone call. The female staff handled the phone call but it was more difficult than it needed to be. Breakfast staff were very good. Overall, excellent and we look forward to staying with you again.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Osaka and found it to be a comfortable hotel in a great location. The included breakfast was convenient, though I felt the options were somewhat limited. The room was small, just adequate for a couple, so keep that in mind if you need more space. The metro station is about a 10-minute walk, which is worth noting for planning. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made the stay pleasant. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and location.

The service was great, and the location is in a ritzy and convenient part of Osaka. The mattress was more comfortable than most in Japan. As a side sleeper, I found that it had just a bit more give than others in Japan, but still what might be considered Extra Firm in the U.S. The breakfast buffet is good and lively with lots of visitors.

Room was a bit too small and breakfast was not good (e.g. bad coffee, no eggs. Very crowded room).
The view out of the window was onto a concrete wall and therefore unpleasant.

Apart from that we enjoyed our stay, the bed was comfy and the bathroom nice and clean.
Location of the hotel is very good and central in Osaka.

Amazing property with great access to Subway trains, shopping and great coffee areas. Room was amazing and bed and pillow and bathroom and room amenities was luxury. Pure luxury.
I didnt like the breakfast as I am a fitness minded person and choice and selection was very very minimum. However, there are many cafes closeby which will be the best roasteries in Japan. Normal checkin was 3pm but I arrived early. The staff were so great, they gave me a an amazing corner room with views without hesitation. iHG Membership goes a long way. Even got late checkout at 2pm. Loved this brand, people and the hotel. Will come back 100%z

Very good location, we could walk to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi-suji shopping areas. Facility is in excellent condition and in great neighborhood. We had great view of Dotonbori area from the room. I wish the breakfast bit better. Overall, we are very happy with the facility.

We loved our stay here! The room was excellent for a family of 4. After experiencing some very tight rooms around Japan, coming to this hotel felt great! The room was clean and spacious, staff was great and the breakfast buffet had lots of choices for many palettes/nationalities. Location was also excellent. Metro station is less than 5 minutes walk. We’d definitely stay here again.

When booking for Osaka it seemed you would be either paying a lot or have a dingy room until we found this hotel! As expected it was very busy, lots of businessmen etc resulting in very busy breakfasts which weren’t the greatest.

The room was small but well spaced out and the pivoting TV was great! Also never seen such a futuristic shower😍

If you don’t mind a busy hotel where you may wait 5 minutes for a lift then this is a great choice! Walkable to shopping area and easy links to trains.

Hotel is nice and clean but it's far from restaurants and shopping area and the room is too small for the price. Breakfast line is ridiculously long! i asked if i can take breakfast to go the staff said yes but I wasn't allowed to get anything but bread and fruits. Moved to Holiday Inn Namba and was allowed to take I want from the buffet line.
