タオルや寝巻き、歯ブラシなどのアメニティは順番準備されてました。
シャワーブースだけなのでゆっくり入浴はできませんが、大久保駅から近く、この料金で3人宿泊できたので満足してます。
ただ、上階からの音が夜中に気になったのが残念でした。

駅チカで大久保、新大久保共に近くて、歌舞伎町からも徒歩圏内です。部屋も快適でした。ゴージャスなホテルがいい方は違うと思いますが、周りのお店は夜遅くまで開いていて、便利で、部屋内に洗濯機もあり、私たちはリピありです。

鍵返すド戻されますが長い旅の中で

行くのは初めてで不安でした。

色々と気になるところが、、、

チャックインの方法が独特で、客室がある建物から100mほど先まで歩く必要があります。当日は大雨だったので、かなり不便しました。
なお、チャックインにデポジット1万円が別途必要です。チャックアウト時に返却されましたが、事前の説明はありませんでした。

客室は一見すると綺麗ですが、虫が壁に張り付いており、衛生状態は気になります。
また、下水の匂いがひどく、気分が悪くなりました。臭い取りのためか、部屋の至るところに芳香剤が置かれていましたが、下水の匂いと芳香剤の匂いが合わさり、地獄のような状況になっています。

そのほか、気になる点として、バスタブが使用できないこと、Wi-Fiの電波が弱いこと、クローゼットがないことなどたくさんありますが、何より問題だと思うのは、火災報知器が取り外されていることでしょうか。
消防法令上の義務をどう考えてるのかうかがいたいですね。

My fella and I felt like giants in the room. He’s six feet tall and I’m five nine. There was a loft in the room that we didn’t have access to according to notes saying that they’d know if the ladder was used and we’d be charged a bunch of money if it was found that we touched it. It was a full on key for the room door instead of a card that was fun at first but later became annoying because it’s pretty bulky. The part of town was a bit rundown. I was uncomfortable walking around alone at night. All that being said, it was cheap and close to two train stations which was great. However, in hindsight I think I would have been happier spending another $100+ staying somewhere I wasn’t constantly hitting my head on things and to have a bathroom that was big enough to pull my pants up in instead of having to open the door and step out into the room to do it. We got what we paid for and it was fine for the three nights we were there but I won’t be staying there the next time I’m in Tokyo.

Very simple clean small hotel with basic amenities. Located in a lively and fun area. Manager permitted us to leave our bags earlier in the morning and return to check in. Larger than a capsule hotel but no extra space to sit or hang out. Just a place to sleep. Perfectly functional.

El.hotel esta muy bien ubicado, estas a unos pasos de la estacion Shin Okubo. Lo malo es que no hay nada de espacio para tener tu equipaje, entiendo que las habitaciones son pequeñas pero deberia de tener un espacio especial para las maletas, por lo que si llevas maleta grande no es opcion este lugar. El servicio de limpieza para la habitacion muy bien sin embargo el.aite acondicionado estaba muy sucio se ve que no les dan mantenimiento, por lo que respiras polvo asi mismo como las cortinas se veia y se sentia que les habia falta una buena lavada. El lugar es solo.para llegar a dormir, nada mas.

The lobby picture shown on the website is absolutely not true. You need to check in at one of the units of the hotel. Our first night was scary because a stranger came to our door, doorbells 4x and woke us up. We called the receptionist & responded quickly eventhough it was after 11pm. Our second night was ok.
The hotel is a budget-friendly, close to train station, restaurants and store.

Property smelt like sewer and very limited cleaning. Didnt have trash bag for trash. The area is great for walking otherwise will not stay here again. For a hotel that smells awful with loud noises to reuqire 10,000 yen deposit is crazy.

Good accommodations, room is a decent size and has a small fridge and washing machine. Check in desk is not at this location but about a 1 minute walk. Only complaint was the people in the room above us were stomping around very late at night/early in the morning and couldn’t sleep while this was going on. The hotel itself and staff are good though.

Very convenient with a washer.

Pretty convenient, just a 3 min walk to the nearest subway station. The block however is remote from the main hotel and so there was a no front desk on site but about 2 minutes away round the block. We had an early morning flight out of Tokyo and had to wake the manager up in a another round om when ch was a touch embarrassing! And the room was tiny but it had a washer in the unit!

This area is in a great location to walk to various tourist sites and is a 5 minute walk to a central train station. It was extremely clean; the bed was comfortable and it was enough space for my partner and I to rest comfortably. If you're using this just as somewhere to rest your head it is ideal. However; the sleeping was terrible. The sound travels and depending on your neighbours this can prevent you from having any rest as I could hear footsteps constantly all night long and banging from the upstairs neighbours. You can also hear the neighbours talking. If you need proper rest this is not the place for you!!

Area was great and the apartment its self wasn’t bad at all, size was okay compared to other places I stayed in around Japan. My only issue was the staff. Unfortunately, extremely rude and unhelpful and had no idea what was going on, the person I communicated with over email and the person I spoke to in person at the hotel had conflicting rules. Was told not to listen to whatever the person who responded to my emails said because they change the rules daily which made absolutely no sense to me at all. I wouldn’t stay here again because of the unfortunate experience since there were several issues. It’s kind of sad as the area was great.

The hotel is very close to the JR station, but the soundproofing is not very good. The room has a washing machine, which is great, but it is very small and there is no place to hang clothes to dry. The room also has an exhaust fan, but its placement is inconvenient, and I’ve hit my head on it several times.

저렴한것 외에 단점이 더 많은 애매한 숙소

일본 여행 중 제일 별로였습니다
직원분은 친절했고 가격도 가성비(매우저렴)있지만

체크 인,,아웃을 각각 다른 건물에서 진행,
엘베가 없는 가파른 계단,
현관문을 열면 실내복도가 아니라 바로 야외복도,
옆방,옆옆방 대화소리 다 들릴정도로 방음이 안됩니다...
+와이파이 없음....

저렴한 것 말곤 장점이 전혀없지만 혹시 또 가겠냐고 물어보시면 단연코 No라고 할 수 있을 것 같습니다...

We had a hard time looking for front desk and taxi couldn't enter alley way to hotel. It was a convenient area to catch trains. It is not suitable for kids and families except for overnight stay to transit. We stayed 5 nights and didn't get a room service after 4th day.

So the room was fine. But the front door was broken so they were opening it with a clamp, clearly dont do maintenence. Having the rooms on a different street to the entrance was annoying.

Was tidy and large enough for us, very convenient location for public transport and local restaurants. I was grateful that they took a booking last minute, but was taken by surprise when they asked for a 10000 yen cash deposit on arrival as this was not made clear to us when booking, so none of us had cash and I had to give them my passport instead.
