RESI STAY 五条坂

Very cozy rooms with two huge sized beds. The place is newly installed and you can cook with kitchenware so recommend to find nearby grocery stores. Also have an android tv projector and you can watch YouTube to other steaming services.

約２週間の滞在でした。自炊もでき、キッチンも使いやすく、部屋も広く、とても過ごしやすかったです。
洗濯機もあり、浴槽乾燥機で手早く洗濯物が乾くのもとても良かったです。
観光ではなかったので、部屋で滞在する時間も多かったのですが、滞在２日目頃に、お風呂や洗面所、台所などの排水口の掃除をしようとみたら、年期のはいった汚れでした。
網戸の目詰まりも目立ったので、一泊など短期で観光の宿泊なら、気付かないところも、目についたようです。

この様なところは残念でしたが、
テレビの調子が悪く、問い合わせしたときは、迅速に対応していただき、大変ありがたかったです。

また、京都へ宿泊する時は、このような自炊や洗濯もできる宿泊先を利用したいと思いました。

部屋が広かったので滞在しやすかったです。道路に近かったので車の騒音に慣れるまでしばらくかかりましたが、便利な立地で食料品の買い物など近場で出来ました

アパートメントホテルのような形で
新築なのかとても綺麗でした！
清水寺までも歩いていけるし
タクシーもすぐつかまるし、
申し分なかったです。
食器類が揃っていたり
洗濯機も好きなときに回せるので

綺麗で設備は整っていました。静かでいいところだと思います。家族旅行ではまた泊まりたいと思いました。少し駅から離れますが、今回は車で行ってたので、特に影響はないですが、駐車場自分で探さなきゃ行けないです。周りにお店などは少ないですが、特にホテルの周りでご飯食べたり買い物したりしなければ、いいところだと思います。

祇園，清水寺徒歩圏内

事前に、周辺地図が解れば、もっと良かったです。京都駅近く受付で分かりやすい地図が頂ければ良かったです遠くから、食料品買って行きました。ホテルも、少し探しました。着いてみれば、二年坂、三年坂にも近く、いい場所でした。何度も電話で聞きましたが気持ちよく答えてくださりありがとうございました。

設備が充実していて快適な滞在となりました。チェックインは駅前のセンターに行かないと出来ないのがちょっと面倒ですね。

モデルルーム並みのピカピカ感

新築されたホテルだからでもありますが、モデルルームの様な清潔感です。
お皿とかお鍋も新品。トイレもお風呂も。
正直言うとあまり人に教えたくないホテルですね。

快適に過ごすことができました。

室内は広く綺麗で設備も整っていたので、とても快適に過ごすことができました。
今まで宿泊してきたところと比べても、どこよりも快適でした。
電話対応してくださった方、レセプションカウンターの方、送迎してくださった方、皆さん親切丁寧な方ばかりでした。
チェックイン前、チェックアウト後はレセプションで荷物を預けることができたので観光を楽しむことができました。

宿泊の前月にできたばかりということで、とても綺麗でした。広々としていて、2人で泊まるには十分過ぎるスペースでした。
清水寺からとても近く、歩いていけます。
洗濯機やキッチンもあり、不自由はありませんでした。また利用したいです！

Fint hotel i gå afstand, eller meget kort bus eller metro tur, til mange templer, shopping og bambus skov. Man tjekker ind et sted inde ved Kyoto station og så kører de en ud til hotellet. Detter er vældig smart hvis man kommer med tog fx. Shinkansen. Men ellers kan det måske godt være en lille ulempe.

The property is only a 3-5 min walk away from Kiyomizu-dera Temple which is convenient. There are some restaurants and shop options close by although we were surprised that quite a few of them close around 6pm (in line with the closure of the temple).
The property was clean and tidy. We thought there was a washer-dryer but in the end it was only a mediocre washing machine. We were 5 and the 5th bed is just a very narrow armchair that folds out. It wasnt ideal but it was manageable.
All in all we had a good experience staying there and it is ver convenientl located.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and would not recommend this property. There is no front desk staff. Additionally, there was a water leak on the main floor and water leaking from the toilet in our room.

This was the best property we stayed while in Japan. Location was perfect, walkable to Gion (10min) and Kiyomizu-dera. Bus stop & Lawson are both 5 min away. Property was very well maintained, and my 7yo daughter enjoyed the large screen from her bunk bed. No traditional dryer but you can dry your clothes in the shower room which has a dryer function! Everything abour this place was perfect. Check in was smooth at the building in front of Kyoto station (make sure to bring cash to pay Kyoto's new tax, not much but you need cash) We didn't use the shuttle service as we were able to catch the bus easily. Kyoto station has many lockers so if you are backpacking you can just leave them there until check in and explore. We would love to use their property all over Japan if we can find them!

Great place to stay for family.

Great place to stay close to temples and other attractions. Great projector and screen we could use in the evenings. Great little kitchenette, spacious bathroom, separate toilet, Beds were a little hard though. Close to convenience shops where you can buy snacks, drinks and even prepared meals. We walked everywhere but bus stop out front if you wanted.

Fire alarm sounded twice over my period of stay - late night and in the morning. I had to evacuate my family and we were left stranded outside in the cold. Poor communication and management by the property team. Would avoid staying here again.

Very nice bedsit.

This is a great property in Kyoto. Very comfortable and well equipped. Washing machine is great. Location is good. Only negative is quite limited options for eating close by.

ㄧ次難以忘懷的住宿體驗

住宿的空間與設備都非常新穎且充足，但可惜的地方是距離超市有點遠較為不便；但除此之外，ㄧ切都令人非常滿意，在住宿期間問題的回復速度極快，服務人員都能給予有效的協助，且在退房後還能寄放行李。總之，下次再有機會到京都旅行，ㄧ定還會選擇再到這裡來住宿。

Avoid booking this place

This place was terrible.

The fire alarm sent off two times, and nobody took action. We heart that someone making an egg started the alarm. No personel and no firebrigade came to the hotel! In case of a real fire, you will experience no help at this place. Add to this: it is literally impossible to hear the alarm from the hotel rooms. For your pen sake: do not book this place if you are concerned abort the safety of you and your family.

Excellent stay in Kyoto

Resistay Gojozaka was just what I wanted. The location was great many of the attractions I wanted to see, and the facilities were just what I needed. The room has a detailed instruction book explaining how to operate everything, from the heating/cooling, TV, microwave and of course, the complicated toilet. It was especially nice to have a phone in the small "lobby" with a direct line to the MK taxi company - I used it to get a cap at 5am to the train station.

Amazing family room.

This place was amazing. It had everything you could possibly want and more. It was big, clean, modern with 2 solid bunk beds to fit 4 comfortably. Instructions for all equipment, maps of local restaurants and tourist spots. Washing machine in room. Even Netflix! Great location. Online checkin which was quick and easy. We loved it!

The property was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. It’s within 15~20 walking distance to Kyomizu temple. However, there’s no restaurant around that area.

My friends and I loved this place! It's clean and modern, and surprisingly spacious. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including tea, coffee, towels, toothbrushes, and laundry detergent pods.

The staff at the reception counter is also incredibly helpful and friendly. They gave us all the information we needed about our stay. An employee even escorted us to the shuttle to our accommodation and provided us suggestions of places to check out in Kyoto.

The only negatives would be that the mattresses were a bit old and thin, and there is no dryer for your clothes, only a washing machine. The heat fan in the bathroom does not dry your clothes that well.

I would highly recommend Resi Stay Gojozaka.

Petit mais parfait !

Tout petit appart mais très bien conçu ! Idéalement situé près d'un des temples les plus connus de Kyoto et près d'un génial supermarché et de petits restos. On recommande !!

I like the layout and the how well equipped this hotel is. I do not like that they did not allow me even a 30 minutes more time to checkout on a rainy day. “No, you have to leave at 10 we will not allow extension”. I was very disappointed as i stayed there for six nights and i cannot believe they did not give me just 30 more mins so that i can stay without rain. Anyways i checked out at 10 so i hope Resi Stay you are happy now !! By the way i must say that they provided me complimentary drop to hotel from there reception desk which was a good service, however i did not like the rude tone of the lady talking to me on the day i checked out so overall i had ok ok feeling about my stay. Property is good, beware of smoke smell on the ground floor, i was bothered by it but Resi Stay did not do anything about it..

สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมีครบหมด เดินตัวเปล่าเข้าไปพักได้เลย แต่ที่เช็คอินอยู่คนละที่กับที่พัก อยู่ห่างออกมา 2 กิโล ถ้าไม่มีรถ ต้องรอ shuttle bus ไปส่งเป็นรอบๆ

住宿的設施十分齊全，可以滿足大部分需要(e.g. 煮食，洗衣)。另外當地環境清靜舒適，可以感受當地居民的生活，交通亦很方便。如果有下次機會，我會考慮再光顧!

Pleasant surprise - Big and very clean room

I travelled with my wife and 2 adult sons. We were all very pleased with the hotel...from the reception where we were attended to immediately, and the comfortable free shuttle service, to the big, new room. We were delighted by the cleanliness and size of the room which had a separate sitting area, as well as the amenities provided. It was also just a 20-minute walk to the majestic Kiyomizu-dera, and a nice 25-minute walk by the Kamo river to the bustling Shijo-dori(or 1 train station away). We will definitely stay here again.

這一間住宿超乎我們想像的好，
它有分離的廁所，
有一個小小的可以聊天的客廳，
有完善的廚房，有非常完備的廚房用具，

離清水寺走路 20分鐘可以到達，
早上散步，還可以走上去感受清水寺的早晨.

離祇園也很近，慢慢散步，20分鐘也可以走到.

離京都車站也很近，公車20分鐘就可以到.

實在是很棒的住宿體驗.

Appartement cosy trop top

Appartement top. On récupère les clefs en face de la gare et une navette nous emmène au logement. Appartement localisé à la limite du quartier de Gion avec à proximité des commerces et des bus et métro. Le petit plus : la machine à laver le linge.
