私の狙いの演芸場、飲食店に徒歩5分。近くて便利。田原町駅からも7分程。
エレベーター内が少しゴミが多く残念だったが、我慢できる範囲。

立地とサービスから金額は高すぎ。
アメニティも少ない上、フロントは、感じが悪すぎる。ホテルというサービスではなくコンビニレベル。
風呂場は、生乾きの匂いで衛生的に行き届いていない。

東京に用があり宿泊しました。一瞬ラブホテルかと思い躊躇しましたが、普通のホテルでした。中は綺麗で1人で泊まる分には悪く無いです。ただ一つ気になったのはWi-Fiが不安定という点でした。それ以外はとても良かったです。

浅草界隈の町歩きに利便性が高い

一泊で利用しました。
浅草界隈の観光や、他の地域への移動の利便性がよくアクティブに過ごすのに適しています。
お部屋は禁煙でしたが、臭気もなく広さは普通だと思います。
建物が浅草の小路にあるので、眺望を重視する方やお部屋に長時間いたい方には不向きだと思います。
清掃について、室内に髪の毛が落ちており不快でした。他は問題なかったです。
アメニティはコンビニエンスコーナーで必要なものが手に入ります。無駄が無く良いと思います。近くにローソンがあり、便利です。
ホテル横に居酒屋、ジャズバーがありました。

壁紙が破れてる部屋だった。
最低ですね。2度と泊まらない。空気清浄機もあったが、加湿機能も付いてるタイプだったが、置いてあるだけで水も補給されてなかった。門限のあるホテルで、それ以降は呼び出しで開錠してもらわないといけないようです。

アメニティの種類の少なさは確認しておかないと困りそう。

ホテル周辺にある韓国料理屋さんがとてもおいしかった。コンビニも近くにあった。アメニティもないと思っていたが、歯ブラシもくしもボディスポンジ？もあり、日本茶と紅茶のパックもロビーに置いてくれていた。窓の開け方がちょっと分からなかった。壁紙が個性的だけどあまり気にならないし海外の方は好きそう。
ツインだけど床広めじゃないため2人して広げるのは大変そう。友人は玄関あたりのところで開いていた。シャワー、トイレルームは全体的に狭めで、洗面台も小さいけれど、足は伸ばせるサイズの浴槽だとおもう。小さめの長椅子一つだけだった。冷凍庫は無かった。コップとコーヒーカップは2個ずつ常備してあった。ハンガーは1人2本ずつで用意されていた。

3日間、滞在しましたが居心地満点でした。スタッフさんの対応もよかったし、親切でした。チェックアウトした後も快く荷物を預かってくれて、おかげで荷物持たずに浅草観光ができました。部屋も清潔感あって、毛布も無料で貸し出してもらいました。ふかふかで気持ちよかったです。ありがとうございました。

キャスターが付いているベッドなのか、ベッドの上で少し動いただけで、ベッドが斜めになって落ち着かなかった。

またベッドが硬いので、寝心地はイマイチ。

ホテル自体は新しくきれいだし、スタッフの対応も非常に良かったと思いましたが、以下の点が少し残念でした。1、掃除が雑に感じた・・照明に照らされてホコリが舞っている 、トイレのフタの上や、壁に髪の毛やホコリがついており、気持ちよくなかった。2、便座が冷たい。設定、操作の問題なのか私はできませんでした。贅沢かもしれませんがこの時期辛いです。 以上、細かい部分を指摘しましたが、総合的にはリーズナブルで綺麗なホテルで良かったです。

Rooms are small. Like the fact that the AC can stay on all day so when you get back to the room. The room is cool. Trust me, it makes a BIG difference after being out in mid 30s heat with 60% humidity !! Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend if you want somewhere clean to stay, convenient location with NO frills.

Check out time at 10am is just too early. Property is clean. Mattress is very hard. Comforter is soft and comfy. Bathroom is cramping so small smaller than the usual Japanese small bathroom.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful whenever I had a query. The area that the hotel is in is very convenient it’s close to a lot of food places and is about a 5 minute walk from Asakusa Station. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely re book at this hotel

great location, and nice that we could do connecting rooms. however, the beds were extremely hard (more so than other japanese hotels we stayed at) and with only one pillow per person, sleeping was difficult

Bel hôtel, bien situé,

Très bon séjour dans un emplacement de rêve pour découvrir Tokyo. Hôtel très bien situé à 600 m du temple Senso-ji et des galeries marchandes typiques du Japon. Le quartier est très agréable et les transports en commun à 5 mn à pied. En dehors de la chambre un peu étroite pour deux personnes, le séjour à l’hôtel Ann a répondu à toutes les attentes. Tout est propre, les effets de toilettes sont à disposition en libre service.

Hidden Gem near Asakusa

Have stayed at Hotel Ann before, so I knew about the small rooms (which is fine for a solo traveller). Very comfy bed for those who like firm beds - I do. Free tea/coffee/water/ice at reception plus other emergency supplies if you need them. I really like this place, especially because of its location. Very close to Tsukuba Express Asakusa Stn and Tawaramachi Stn on the Subway. Located in a quiet and safe side street and also only 15 minutes’ flat and straight walk to the heart of Ueno.

It was very nice and quiet. Some light pollution through the blinds made it slightly difficult to tell what time it was. Not a huge deal but a little confusing if you are traveling over seas. A very nice place. I would highly recommend as the location is very convenient. Steps away from asakusa, but far enough away that it’s quiet!

網站註明房間尺寸為15-16m²，但完全沒有空間可供打開行李箱，只有登機尺寸的小行李能夠全開。若勉強打開，家人完全不能離開/進入浴室！
另外浴缸也比一般細，雙腳不能伸直。

Bathroom is small tight space which using the sink was a challenge as in if you want to use it running it’s like full blast water or you will need to turn on and off continuously. As for the bed slightly hard yet sleep able. Staff was kind enough to help us call a taxi to get to the airport

Though the room is small, every section is utilized to maximize space and usability. We had total 4 luggages, 2 backpacks, and 2 duffles and made it work but it was definitely a struggle at times. Loved the amenity bar and the drink stations. I wish I could add extra points for the location because you’re super close to Senso-ji Temple and the surrounding shopping area (Uniqlo, Muji, Jins, 24hr DonQi, GU, Daiso). Also extra points for the staff who were super kind and helpful with our questions on how to get to Narita via train.

I think two things need to improved.

The mattress is absolutely awful and hard. We had a very difficult time getting comfortable sleep and this really brought down our opinion on what was otherwise a great hotel.

The bed frame itself does not take advantage of the small room. The bed frame should be replaced with one that has room for luggage underneath. With how small the room is this would greatly help.

Nice little spot in the heart of Asakusa. Less than a 5 minutes walk from the Senso-Ji temple and train stations. The staff were very nice and eager to help with any request.

Very good location. Quick walk to the subway station so you can get to all the tourist areas fairly quick. We appreciate this the most. As other said, the rooms can be very tiny, but they’re very cosy if you like small rooms. I’ve been in Japan a few times and many of these chain hotels are like this so nothing on an extra extraordinary for Japan standards. It was very clean and we appreciate that the most. To get to the hotel, we took the Kensai express airport train to Ueno and then took a taxi from there to the hotel and the cost was $15 by Uber. Just save us from dragging our luggage on the train station or walking from Ueno station. If you’re young and don’t mind driving your luggage definitely you can just take the subway and walk 10 minutes. I think the only one complaint I have was I did find a bit a bit hard but my wife said it was fine for her so definitely it’s up to the individual. There was coffee and tea and a bunch amenities that you can pick up near the front desk. They also have a few laundry machines and surprisingly they weren’t that busy. There are just so many restaurants around so you won’t have trouble eating nearby. I will definitely consider staying here again.

Nice lobby, amenities (great coffee), staff, kitchen and the rooms are nicely decorated. Well located for exploring the Asakusa area. Also appreciated that LUUP bikes and scooters are parked at the entrance.

My only complaint is that the beds are not comfortable — they’re rock hard with barely any cushioning. So if you need a soft bed, you may want to stay elsewhere.

I’d stay here again. Really liked the location- easy access to transit shops and restaurants but tucked away in a quiet area. Only thing is that the room is extremely tiny!
