フロントの方の対応は終始丁寧で、部屋の設備も綺麗に整えられていて過ごしやすく良かったです。
ただ、三連休で宿泊客が多かった影響なのか、最初にキーを渡された部屋が未清掃でした。事情を説明すると直ぐに清掃済の綺麗な部屋を案内していただけたので良かったのですが…前述のような事がなければ★5でした。

チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらえて助かりました。
電子レンジがあるのが良かったです。
HPには歯ブラシが有料となっていましたが、無料でした。

冷蔵庫に飲み物を入れておきましたが、あまり冷えてなかったです。
バスタブの排水口が詰まっていたのか、排水に少し時間がかかりました。

寝れれば良かったので満足です。

私の狙いの演芸場、飲食店に徒歩5分。近くて便利。田原町駅からも7分程。
エレベーター内が少しゴミが多く残念だったが、我慢できる範囲。

立地とサービスから金額は高すぎ。
アメニティも少ない上、フロントは、感じが悪すぎる。ホテルというサービスではなくコンビニレベル。
風呂場は、生乾きの匂いで衛生的に行き届いていない。

東京に用があり宿泊しました。一瞬ラブホテルかと思い躊躇しましたが、普通のホテルでした。中は綺麗で1人で泊まる分には悪く無いです。ただ一つ気になったのはWi-Fiが不安定という点でした。それ以外はとても良かったです。

浅草界隈の町歩きに利便性が高い

一泊で利用しました。
浅草界隈の観光や、他の地域への移動の利便性がよくアクティブに過ごすのに適しています。
お部屋は禁煙でしたが、臭気もなく広さは普通だと思います。
建物が浅草の小路にあるので、眺望を重視する方やお部屋に長時間いたい方には不向きだと思います。
清掃について、室内に髪の毛が落ちており不快でした。他は問題なかったです。
アメニティはコンビニエンスコーナーで必要なものが手に入ります。無駄が無く良いと思います。近くにローソンがあり、便利です。
ホテル横に居酒屋、ジャズバーがありました。

壁紙が破れてる部屋だった。
最低ですね。2度と泊まらない。空気清浄機もあったが、加湿機能も付いてるタイプだったが、置いてあるだけで水も補給されてなかった。門限のあるホテルで、それ以降は呼び出しで開錠してもらわないといけないようです。

ホテル周辺にある韓国料理屋さんがとてもおいしかった。コンビニも近くにあった。アメニティもないと思っていたが、歯ブラシもくしもボディスポンジ？もあり、日本茶と紅茶のパックもロビーに置いてくれていた。窓の開け方がちょっと分からなかった。壁紙が個性的だけどあまり気にならないし海外の方は好きそう。
ツインだけど床広めじゃないため2人して広げるのは大変そう。友人は玄関あたりのところで開いていた。シャワー、トイレルームは全体的に狭めで、洗面台も小さいけれど、足は伸ばせるサイズの浴槽だとおもう。小さめの長椅子一つだけだった。冷凍庫は無かった。コップとコーヒーカップは2個ずつ常備してあった。ハンガーは1人2本ずつで用意されていた。

キャスターが付いているベッドなのか、ベッドの上で少し動いただけで、ベッドが斜めになって落ち着かなかった。

Staff was friendly. Greets you and are very prompt with house keeping.
The only down side was that the room was actually smaller than I have expected.
I got the deluxe room but I wished it was lightly a bit more wider in space.

Amenities are hidden so make sure to walk towards the info corner to find them.

Staff were lovely and spoke English, the hotel had all the usual amenities, rooms were small but clean and modern. However, if you're coming from overseas and you're used to soft beds, be warned-the beds are uncomfortably firm. Similar to sleeping on a boxspring. That's my only complaint though. We were able to do luggage forwarding from here to our next hotel, and the staff helped us with that.

I will preface that if you have chronic back issues or any injuries whatsoever like I do, that the bed is VERY HARD. Many people have left scathing reviews based on how tiny the rooms are, but this is par for the course for any kind of building within city limits. My only issue was simply how painfully uncomfortable the bed was.
I hope that Ann will look into any sort of padding in the future, as I enjoyed my first time trip to Japan with them for the following reasons:

This place is fantastic for its location: it's only a walks' distance from Nakamise Dori, Sensoji, Kappabashi street, ROX, and many other great spots for photos and shopping. It's only a minute's walk to Tawaramachi station and Asakusa station respectfully.

The staff at Ann are incredibly accommodating and helpful, and quite friendly as well. They are timely with their cleaning schedules and efficient. The hotel amenities are just right, and there are vending machines in the lobby.
I'd love to come back, honestly, in high hopes that they improve their bedding situation!! 🙏

La pasamos muy bien, nos encantó la ubicación. Es un hotel al que sin lugar a dudas volvería, aunque la cama está dura es lo de menos… después de caminar tanto tiempo llegar y acostarse es algo indescriptible te estiras y te ayuda a relajarte. Al dormir fue muy cómodo tanto para mí como para mi esposa. Como lo dije en un inicio sin lugar a dudas volvería.

Overall stay at this hotel is really pleasant. Location is really good and quiet, walking distance to Asakusa (10 mins) and/or Tawaramachi station (5 mins) and there's a lot of good food and restaurants nearby as well. You have the option to request for daily housekeeping but if you don't need that you can simply have your trash bin and hotel towels replaced daily. The room I got was just nice for one person and is clean and comfortable, with free flow amenities like toiletries and coffee at the lobby that you can help yourself to. My only issue is that the pillow provided is a bit too small and soft, I wish it was a bit more supportive. Bathroom and room are definitely on the smaller side but that's the case for most Tokyo hotels anyway, so this is something to consider if you're on the larger or taller side.

De matrassen waren veel te hard. We hebben in Japan veel beter gelegen op de traditionele futons.
De kamer was iets te klein. Je kon niet fatsoenlijk langs elkaar heen lopen. De kamer was te warm. Geen mogelijkheid om het raam op een kierstand te zetten. Airco aan in de nacht is geen optie vanwege het geluid.
Badkamer ook net te klein. Wel heel fijne douche.
Het was wel lekker stil in de kamer en personeel heel vriendelijk.

Beautifully decorated. The room was spotless, with a great bathroom, wonderful shower, and high-quality shampoo and bath products. The tea at the front was a lovely touch. There’s also a great breakfast spot just around the corner. The front desk staff were courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place!

Cleanly and overall all a good location with friendly staff. If you’re looking for a comfortable quality stay after 20k steps in a day.. then this is not the place for you. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, almost like putting a sheet over a piece of plywood. We won’t be returning due to that reason.

I loved the location of the hotel, it was away from the crowds but easy 5 mins walk ri metro lines, amazing restaurants and shopping. Shrines and walks. I enjoyed coming back from exploring to a more peaceful area. It’s very clean, the staff are very friendly and recommend some fabulous places for us to visit and food to try. Beds very firm but I asked for a mattress pad prior and it was no problem at all. Yes, rooms are small, all hotels rooms are tiny in Japan, if you want big rooms you book a suite and pay big money. I would definitely return to Hotel Ann

We only stayed for one night and wish we could have stayed longer at this hotel in Tokyo. It is beautiful, rooms are big for what Tokyo offers, and they have great amenities, including laundry. There are delicious ramen shops around.

Excellent front desk personnel, easy to deal with and very helpful even with baggage forwarding. Quiet area, beds are hard but the rooms were clean and cool. Amenities had an excellent coffee bags for the morning wake up and go.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Ann Asakusa for two nights. The hotel is conveniently located with many sights and restaurants nearby, yet the street is quiet in the evenings. The mattress is hard and the pillows are uncomfortable.

Everything was great, location, amenities, staff, cleanliness but my reason for not rating this with all 5 stars is the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. We did not have any complete satisfactory nights sleep the entire 6 nights stay.
