私の狙いの演芸場、飲食店に徒歩5分。近くて便利。田原町駅からも7分程。
エレベーター内が少しゴミが多く残念だったが、我慢できる範囲。

立地とサービスから金額は高すぎ。
アメニティも少ない上、フロントは、感じが悪すぎる。ホテルというサービスではなくコンビニレベル。
風呂場は、生乾きの匂いで衛生的に行き届いていない。

東京に用があり宿泊しました。一瞬ラブホテルかと思い躊躇しましたが、普通のホテルでした。中は綺麗で1人で泊まる分には悪く無いです。ただ一つ気になったのはWi-Fiが不安定という点でした。それ以外はとても良かったです。

浅草界隈の町歩きに利便性が高い

一泊で利用しました。
浅草界隈の観光や、他の地域への移動の利便性がよくアクティブに過ごすのに適しています。
お部屋は禁煙でしたが、臭気もなく広さは普通だと思います。
建物が浅草の小路にあるので、眺望を重視する方やお部屋に長時間いたい方には不向きだと思います。
清掃について、室内に髪の毛が落ちており不快でした。他は問題なかったです。
アメニティはコンビニエンスコーナーで必要なものが手に入ります。無駄が無く良いと思います。近くにローソンがあり、便利です。
ホテル横に居酒屋、ジャズバーがありました。

壁紙が破れてる部屋だった。
最低ですね。2度と泊まらない。空気清浄機もあったが、加湿機能も付いてるタイプだったが、置いてあるだけで水も補給されてなかった。門限のあるホテルで、それ以降は呼び出しで開錠してもらわないといけないようです。

普通に泊まるだけなら全然良い。駅に近くて周りもお店があって立地もいい。
アメニティの種類の少なさは確認しておかないと困りそう。

ホテル周辺にある韓国料理屋さんがとてもおいしかった。コンビニも近くにあった。アメニティもないと思っていたが、歯ブラシもくしもボディスポンジ？もあり、日本茶と紅茶のパックもロビーに置いてくれていた。窓の開け方がちょっと分からなかった。壁紙が個性的だけどあまり気にならないし海外の方は好きそう。
ツインだけど床広めじゃないため2人して広げるのは大変そう。友人は玄関あたりのところで開いていた。シャワー、トイレルームは全体的に狭めで、洗面台も小さいけれど、足は伸ばせるサイズの浴槽だとおもう。小さめの長椅子一つだけだった。冷凍庫は無かった。コップとコーヒーカップは2個ずつ常備してあった。ハンガーは1人2本ずつで用意されていた。

3日間、滞在しましたが居心地満点でした。スタッフさんの対応もよかったし、親切でした。チェックアウトした後も快く荷物を預かってくれて、おかげで荷物持たずに浅草観光ができました。部屋も清潔感あって、毛布も無料で貸し出してもらいました。ふかふかで気持ちよかったです。ありがとうございました。

キャスターが付いているベッドなのか、ベッドの上で少し動いただけで、ベッドが斜めになって落ち着かなかった。

またベッドが硬いので、寝心地はイマイチ。

フロントのおばさんがとにかく不快でした。気遣いが全くできず、酷い方でした、再教育してほしい。肝心の客室もWi-Fiが全く繋がらず、いつの時代のホテルか、、と感じました。

Loved the area! Beds were stiff but can easily fall asleep on.
Staff was +++ great, especially for only knowing 2 Japanese words.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked great and the rooms were clean. The location of the hotel was great too with it being around all the great spots in Asakusa. The only thing stopping me from 5 stars is the beds were like bricks with how hard they were. The pillows were just a bit better but still felt like my head was on a rock.

Staff was helpful and accommodating after the airline left my baggage in the US by accident. They were quick to let me know when my baggage was shipped to the hotel and they kept my bags safe until I picked them up. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms have a lot of really convient features. The bed was ridiculously comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!

overall the experience was great! the staff was super accommodating the only negative is the bed for me personally was very hard but I asked the staff if i could have a mattress topper and i got one that was brand new as well. the self service area for other amenities was very good too! the subway station is around a 8 minute walk away so it depends on how close you would like to be. also they were very helpful and shipped my luggage to my next destination.

Het begon met een uiterst vriendelijk ontvangst. Omdat wij veel te vroeg waren en nog niet konden inchecken, mochten we onze koffer bij het hotel stallen(veilig en gratis ook bij vertrek pas later op de dag). De kamers (2) waren netjes en schoon. En zoals anderen al zeiden, de matrassen waren wat aan de harde kant. Maar niet vervelend, als je dat gewent bent. Het was er verder stil en rustig. Er was verder beneden een koud/warm water , koffie en thee bar. Daarnaast waren er 2 vending machines met drinken net als in bijna elke straat en niet duurder. Winkels en bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand net als verschillende metrolijnen. Een uitstekenden locatie. Wil je iets meer centraal van andere bezienswaardigheden dan moet je iets meer naar het noorden. Ik raad dit hotel aan. Ik geef een 5 want 4 is gewoon te laag, zeker voor de prijs welke wij betaald hebben voor 2 kamers.

A Excellent Choice

The hotel was great, and the neighborhood as well. The staff were very helpful. The rooms are very small as is the bathroom. But, like a cruisehip cabin, it is beautifully designed and comfortable. One thing I did not care for were the windows... (or window, as there is only one)... It was not see-through glass, so you could not look out of it.
But otherwise it was a great, comfortable place to stay. And it is a short walk from so many wonderful things. A great way to experience the real Tokyo.

Amazing stay at the Hotel Ann Asakusa ! Very comfortable room, perfectly located in Asakusa, close to the Senso-ji temple. Staff is caring and helpful. I really recommend this place !

Exceptionally helpful and accommodating staff. Overall very nice small rooms. It’s Tokyo so space is at a premium. Walkable to plenty of shopping, trains and food.
Coffee, tea and use of microwaves in the lobby.
The beds are hard - true. If softer beds then rating would be 5 stars.

Stayed here for the majority of our trip and it was walkable to a lot of places. Super helpful staff that are at the front, always! Definitely was a bit of a squeeze because the room we had was a little small so you could only open one suitcase at a time in the little area we had. Also has laundry service you can use as well. Overall great place!

A nice hotel right by sensoji temple. about 10 mins walk from the ginza line. the room is a bit small as we couldnt open 2 luggages at once but is well kept and has nice interior. The bed was a bit hard but thats fine for me. The staff were helpful and helped me ship luggages. Overall a nice stay

Rooms are small. Like the fact that the AC can stay on all day so when you get back to the room. The room is cool. Trust me, it makes a BIG difference after being out in mid 30s heat with 60% humidity !! Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend if you want somewhere clean to stay, convenient location with NO frills.

Check out time at 10am is just too early. Property is clean. Mattress is very hard. Comforter is soft and comfy. Bathroom is cramping so small smaller than the usual Japanese small bathroom.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful whenever I had a query. The area that the hotel is in is very convenient it’s close to a lot of food places and is about a 5 minute walk from Asakusa Station. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely re book at this hotel

great location, and nice that we could do connecting rooms. however, the beds were extremely hard (more so than other japanese hotels we stayed at) and with only one pillow per person, sleeping was difficult
