とても良いホテルですが、バスルームが使いにくいです。
アメニティもエコの為充実して無くシャンプーが私には合いませんでした。
広さも記載の広さより狭く感じました。

南海難波駅の頭上に建つホテル。インバウンドの宿泊者が多い。部屋は広さ、使い易さ、インテリアデザイン、いずれもまずまず。朝食は最上階のレストラン、段差が多くて、ビュッフェには不向き。コーヒーマシーンが凝りすぎていて、カプチーノが飲めなかった。料理も種類豊富だが、どれも味が凡庸。雰囲気はあるが、これといって特徴の無いホテルかな？

快眠出来るベッドです

寝心地の良い枕とベッド、寝具で、首の痛さがなくなりました✨深い睡眠が出来て体が楽になりました。ありがとうございました。

清潔です。
大きいホテルなので、フロントまで行くエレベーター。そこからまた別のエレベーター、と歩くのは仕方ないのかも知れませんが、時間かかります。

日本的でないホテル

部屋に何の説明書もなく、時計すら置いていないのには呆れた。目がおかしくなりそうな位部屋が暗くスタンドを持ってきて貰った。すべて無駄を省いた様なホテル、部屋代や朝食代の明細も言うまでなかった。冷蔵庫も冷えておらず
コーヒーもあんなややこしいのでなくていいから欲しかった。客は良く、環境は◎。

ホテルの部屋のボディーソープがなくて、ヘアコンディショナーが2本あって、サービスに頼んて持ってきてもらったのがまたおなじコンデショナー。
チェックインも時間がかかるし。
このホテルに6万円の価値はありません。

アクセスが良い。
プールには貸し出しがあり何も持たないで利用できるので便利です。
冷蔵庫には水は入っているが、他の飲み物は常備されていないので、持ち込んだ方が良いかなと思います。
アメニティーがほとんどなくチェックしておいた方が良いと思います。

1、隣部屋との間にロックがかかっているドアから隣部屋からの物音が普通に聞こえて、知らない人とスペースを共有している感がすごい
2、ヘアドライヤーに長い髪の毛がついていました（前のお客さんの？）
3、ヒゲ剃りがないため、わざわざ買いに行きました

素敵な『海外』ホテル、でしょうか

景色の良いホテルが好きで、もう何十年も
気になっていたので宿泊しました

自分は欧州やジャカルタ在住の経験があります
フロントで初めて知りましたが、ACCOR系列でした

必要充分なサービスですし、海外からのお客様の
方が多かった印象です

なので、日本の方で『高級ホテルならではの優遇感』を
お求めになる場合は少し違うように思います

たとえば、朝食ビュッフェに少人数で行くと
『カウンダーでいいか』と聞かれます
（私は、『窓際をお願い』と言いました）
また、日本人顔だと思いますが、
『Sir, it is 30 mins. until closing』のようなことを
英語で言われたりします
『受付でルームNo.言ってるのに』とか、
日本特有の過度な期待をしないなら快適です

お部屋は十分な広さ( 32m2のほう)でしたし
窓際のソファでゆっくりできました

立地もよく、大阪ミナミの散歩にも最適です

駅に直結しているのでとても便利です。サスティナブルを意識している為か、ルームキーや歯ブラシは木製でした。(歯ブラシは日本人には少しサイズが大きく感じました。）宿泊客は海外の方が多いようです。スタッフの方々の対応もとても丁寧でした。
ビュッフェの朝食も種類が多く美味しかったです。人手が足りなかったのか、味噌汁がなくなっているのでスタッフの方にお願いしたのですが、10分待ってもそのままだったので諦めました。
お部屋のタオルが各サイズ1人1枚ずつだったので、前日と同じタオルを使用しなくてはならなかったのが気になりました。

女性用のアメニティもパジャマも1セットのみの準備しかなく追加するには連絡しなければならなかったのが残念。
日本ならではの細かいおもてなし感は感じられなかったが、宿泊客も従業員もほぼ外国人で逆に海外旅行気分を味わえて楽しかったです

エレベーターホールについて

入り口からロビーまでが分かりづらく、私以外に一緒にいた海外の方もチェックインまでに迷っているようでした。もう少し分かりやすい表示が欲しかったです。あと、部屋の有料なものと無料のものの区別を分かりやすくして欲しいです。

No laundry. Dated Hotel

Dated. Like a business hotel from the 80's. No laundry machines as advertised- had to use their laundy service which cost $70 for a few items. You can do better for sure.

The sheets and blanket are CRISPY. Not soft at all, very rough and stiff. Pool felt very unwelcoming and over all just stuffy vibe. Room views were great, overall everything was ok but not top of the list.

Location is incredible and hotel layout is fantastic.
Rooftop restaurant has some of the best views of the city you could get with great dining.

Rooms and hallways smell of cigarettes, have clearly been smoked in before for a long time despite being non-smoking.

Comfortable rooms, Netflix and other streaming apps are disabled so you can only watch Japanese TV.

The property was fine. It had what we needed but it felt overpriced for what it offered and that every little was monetized and expensive. Examples: a basic cup of coffee in the lounge was Yen 1500. Streaming services were on the tv remote controls but not enabled for the tvs on the room (even with our own subscriptions). The pool and spa facilities were basic compared to other Tokyo hotels. Nothing at all wrong with the hotel but you pay a lot for what you get.

Staff was very helpful, and helped us get an early check in as well as a late check out. The pool is made for exercising (swimming laps) not made for families to enjoy, however they did not have any tattoo restrictions. Truly enjoyed this property. Only downfall, there is only one set of elevators to get to the hotel lobby which can get tricky to find.

很方便的五星酒店

酒店在近鐵站上面，樓下是商場和地鐵連接，很方便，走路可以到心齋橋，地鐵難波站。吃飯逛街很方便。酒店的早餐很好吃，比其他的酒店的多很多。房間比較大又乾淨。大堂在6樓，可能不好找。人員很友善，可以寄行李。樓下火車可以直接到附近城市和機場。床也是比較舒服乾淨。每天會打掃。

While the location is truly unbeatable,right above Namba Station with easy access to shopping, dining, and transit,the hotel itself falls short of its 5-star claims. The room was quite small for the high price and the overall decor feels dated.
Service was excellent, and breakfast was a highlight with a good selection and quality. However, essential toiletries were missing, which is surprising for a hotel of this category. The window in the room was also disappointingly small, limiting natural light.
The lobby was extremely busy and felt more chaotic than welcoming, which took away from the sense of luxury.
Overall, you’re paying for the location and service, but not the room size or 5-star experience

Unterkunft ist sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen. Bei Ankunft Schimmel beim Auslass der Klimaanlage vorgefunden. Zudem hat das Zimmer sehr komisch gerochen.

The hotel was above the Nambe metro and train station for Osaka. We could walk to close nightlife activities or take a metro train anywhere with ease. Rooms were large, great view of Osaka, breakfast is at top of hotel with spectacular views. The pool was great for lap swimming. I would recommend. Store in train station by hotel had large selection of luxury goods. Recommend train to Osaka rather than car..would be quicker and elevator right to hotel. Limited express train to airport also below hotel and it has room for luggage with reserved seats.

Pros: The hotel is in a great location and it’s clean. Namba station is very easy to access. Lots of great food spots nearby.

Cons: in my opinion, this hotel is not worth the price and is not 5 star quality in service or appeal. It is old, there are no ice machines, the bed is uncomfortable, and the shower sprays on the floor. Other hotels offer better value for money.

The check-in process was seamless. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job in cleaning our room daily. Swissotel Hotel will always be my #1 choice.

Superb stay

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very good and convenient, making it easy to get around and explore nearby attractions. The staff are all very nice, friendly, and accommodating, which made my stay even more pleasant. The room was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with good amenities that added to my comfort. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again

In one word CHEAP. This is not a 5 star hotel and literally on top of one of the busiest train stations in Osaka. They do not have air conditioning in the 2 hallways towards the lobby and in the hallways between rooms - and they only give you two towels. The shower door is not long enough to keep in all the water and water always get all over the floor. The pillows are terrible and do not hold their form. Sleeping and using the bathroom is a terrible experience. The hot spring and cold plunge were my favorite parts of my stay, and the gym was 7 out of 10. I only picked this hotel because it claims to be 5 stars but it is at best a 3 star hotel. I suggest staying at New Hotel Otani, which is near the castle and away from the hustle and busy city. This location is NOT GOOD FOR FAMILIES. Avoid!!!

The location of the hotel is amazing. Lots of shops and public transport nearby. However the state of the hotel needs to be addressed. The building so 35 years old and it shows.

The hotel was very nice with lots of amenities. The room was clean and the staff was very nice. The location is excellent, it is in the middle of so much and a short ride away from the castle and a 30 min ride from Universal Studios. For parents with kids, just be aware that the pool is not for kids. You have to be 6 to enter and kids are not allowed in after 530 and ha e to leave by 6. The pool is 3 swimming la es and is meant for swimming.

We had a lovely stay, and one of the highlights was how consistently clean and organized our room was, thanks to the attentive staff. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The area where you come out from the first elevator felt uncomfortably warm, almost like a sauna every time. Additionally, having to transfer to the second elevator to reach our guest room was a bit inconvenient. Despite these minor setbacks, our overall experience was truly delightful.

Other than the excellent location ( right on top of Namba station and next door to all the shopping and street food district!), this was probably the worst value of the 5 hotejs we stayed in during our 20 day visit to Japan.
The staff and customer service, which was outstanding in every other place, was the most conspicuous differevce from the other hotels we stayed in.

Overall, bad value for your money
