朝一6時に清水寺に行きたくて
ここからタクシーで1100円で移動ができました
したがって、立地はよかったと思います

タクシーは朝から道に走っていて、すぐに捕まりました

7時台はタクシーは捕まらないかもしれません

朝食はホテルになかったですが、
清水寺周辺で、リッチなご飯を食べたので、
ホテルになかったことは特に不満はないです

◾️洗濯乾燥機
私は利用しませんでしたが、洗濯乾燥機がありました
長期滞在の人にとって、自分で洗濯ができるので、便利かと思いました
洗濯乾燥機は一階共用部にありました
部屋ではないです

店の多い四条には散歩がてら歩いて行けるし、

大人2人子供1人でシングルベッド２つとソファーベッドも活用させていただきました！
お部屋が広くてキレイ！
湯船はないですが、シャワー室とトイレが扉でくぎられており、シャワーがとってもよかった！！
あれなら湯船じゃなくても充分です！！
受付の方がとてもさわやかで最初から最後まで快適に過ごさせていただきました！

値段が安いのにセミダブルの広いベットでとてもゆっくり休めました。
チェックアウトした後も荷物を預かってくれるので、大変助かりました。
ホテルの評価ではないのですが、五条駅に近くて便利なはずなのに、エレベーター工事をしている為、全て階段で重い荷物を運ぶのが辛かった。

観光目的で友人と利用しました。チェックアウトの時間を勘違いしていて出るのが遅れたり、部屋に忘れ物をしてホテルから連絡が来たりと施設には迷惑をかけてしまいましたが、スタッフの方は常に丁寧な対応で感じが良く、機会があればまた利用したいと思いました。

便利なロケーションでキレイで広々！

便利なロケーションで新しく清潔でした。
4人まで宿泊可能な部屋に3人で泊まりましたが、部屋がとても広くて過ごしやすかったです。

鏡のあるところの照明がどこも暗く、メイクしづらかった以外は最高でした！

地下鉄五条駅からすぐで立地は最高！外観やアプローチは京都風。エントランスは小さいけど綺麗なソファー有り。部屋は綺麗で広くベッドも大きくて快適、ソファー有り。浴槽無くシャワーのみ。近くに銭湯♨️有り。
景観は期待しない方が良い。
受付の方はとても親切でした。
近場はタクシーかバス便利。遠出は電車便利。

無駄がないホテル

シンプルで無駄なが無い。

地下鉄五条駅から大変近く、各観光地へ自由にアクセスできた。部屋は広く、大変清潔だった。フロントの方の対応も大変素晴らしかった。徒歩5分圏内に静かなカフェもいくつかあるので、朝食も楽しめた。ツインの部屋に宿泊した。その部屋には、浴槽はなくシャワーのみが設置されていたが、浴室が十分な広さで椅子も設置されており、快適だった。全身シャワーの機能もあり新感覚だった。周辺に銭湯もいくつかあったが、シャワーで十分満足できた。共通スペースに洗濯機、乾燥機、自動販売機があり、インスタントコーヒーのサービスもあった。

夜間のトラブル

トラブルがありましたが、夜間でフロントもおらず、電話相談をした際に日本語を話せるスタッフがおらず対応が出来なかった。翌日以降、日本人スタッフの対応は迅速で納得出来ましたが、すでにチェックアウトしてたので、滞在中に関してはとても不便しました。

シャワーなので疲れがとれないかなぁと思ってましたが、切り替えするとお風呂に入っているようなシャワーだったので、疲れがとれました。すごくキレイでおススメです。また、駅からもホントに近いです。

部屋は清潔でセキュリティも完璧です。
部屋も広めで、ビジネスホテルよりは過ごしやすいと思います。

Excellent new small hotel that is very family oriented. You can book adjacent room if with older kids. The larger room we got upgraded to has kitchen, a full bath, great space, and look very new. It is only 1 stop away from Kyoto station and can easily take bus or subway (1 min away). Even if you taxi, it's 700+Y to Shinkenshen station.

2 stops of subway, you get to Yasaka shrine, Gion, etc. and less than 1200Y taxi to Kiyomizu Dera. Very walkable (15 min) to Pokemon center, Daimaru, Hands, etc. but away enough to be quiet. (the next door is building something but only day time noise).

Overall a very good experience (from my 20+ visit to Kyoto) and will definitely bring family back in future.

I’m not sure how this hotel get good reviews. First, the walls and floor are very thin that you could hear your neighbor. We were not able to sleep at night because the the guest above us was noisy. I complained to the staff twice but they cannot do anything about it. Second, we got a nasty insect bite from their bedsheets. Third, their common washer dryer is not clean. There’s really no reason to like this hotel other than it’s cheap. If you’re staying with kids, better to find something else. If you’re on a tight budget, just expect that this is a less than average hotel.

Todo el lugar es muy agradable, la ubicación cerca del metro es algo muy bueno, se encuentra a 20 min caminando de la estación de Kyoto, todo es muy bueno, el unico pero es la cama y las almohadas, no son nada confortantes, después de un largo día de caminae lo mejor seria descansar muy bien, pero los colchones y almohadas no ayudan, pero si lo recomendaría, en otros hoteles de Japón ha pasado lo mismo

Great location—steps from a subway stop, restaurants, and most importantly, a 7-Eleven. A 20 minute walk to Kyoto Station. Great room—good space, nice separate spaces for shower and toilet. We walked in many instances to places, but easy to take the subway as needed. Would definitely stay again!

Room was very large by Japanese standards. We stayed in the connecting rooms with two large twin beds and a sleeper sofa in each room. Our family of 5 had a bed to themselves and it was nice having two bathrooms to use.

The area is really nice and the hotel is very close to the subway and is only one stop away from Kyoto Station. The area has convenience stores and restaurant options which is great too.

This is a very comfortable experience. The room is very comfortable, and the service staff is very considerate.
they are very friendly.
The location is also very good.
Take the elevator from Exit 6 of Gojo Station and walk for 3 minutes to the hotel.

We had a very comfortable stay with Hauza Kyoto Gojo Karasuma. It was a few steps away from the Gojo station but no train/traffic noise at all. There were plenty of amenities. The self checkout was a great idea. Bonus for them to store luggages as we roam around the busy city. I do wish they do luggage forwarding but a Yamato is like 7 minutes away and the convenience store is flanking on both sides so plenty of options. I would stay again.

Comfortable stay

Room was nice, clean and met our needs. Hotel is walking distance from Gojo subway station, off a small side street. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Liked the fact that access to the room is via electronic key pad as there were 4 of us and we can go in and out of the room independently. Appreciated the hotel guide in the hotel room that described guest expectations in English.

Nice small boutique hotel in excellent location. Mix of modern and traditional decor. Cheerful staff. Hotel is within 2 minutes walk of Gujo metro station, - exit 6 with lift access, otherwise 15-20 minutes walk to JR station, walkable to the shopping and main food area of Kyoto. Lighting is on the dark side in the room, could do with a few more lights.

Stayed for 2 nights in a 3-bed room. Very clean, new, well-maintained building. Shower room and toilet room are off the entryway hallway, with a door to the bed room. Wifi speed is decent, nothing to write home about, but also not intolerably slow. Only steps to Gojo station and located in a pretty easy access area to the tourist attractions on the east end of kyoto like Kiyomizu dera and Fushimi Inari via bus. Arashiyama bamboo forest is also accessible through either the metro or the 28 city bus. Lots of breakfast options in the area too (there's a Yayoiken and a Machikadoya across the street next to the Mcdonalds).

Overall, a great stay and an easy recommend.

It was the mid of summer during our stay, and unfortunately the aircon was not strong enough at all, even with it turned on to the highest. We were sweating in the room and I had to use handheld fan. I nearly wanted to stay in the lobby where there was enough aircon!
The staff was very patient and really tried to help. Pity that we tried the aircon of 3 different rooms and they are more or less the same. And there was no portable fan for us to use.
They said they called the manufacturer who explained that the outside temperature is too high that this one machine would not be enough to make the room cool (which doesn't make sense to me to be honest...).

Fair accommodation

This hotel is conveniently situated near the Gojo metro, which is a real convenience. It is in a quiet lane, so you do not hear the traffic. The room is standard and should offer room service every day or two, which it does not. There is usually no one at the service desk, so you have to call for assistance. The receptionist's use of the English language is minimal.

This property was well located and the rooms were spacious. The staff were helpful and the luggage storage was self service but secure. The hotel was quite noisy on our floor however and the walls were very thin. We could hear people using their hair dryers at 1am and again at 7am which was quite a disturbance. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay and felt the hotel was good value for money.

Our room at this hotel was one of the best of our stay in Japan. Quite spacious compared to most Japanese hotels

My family had a comfortable overnight stay. Clean and comfortable bed. It's good they have a holding area for your luggage if you want to roam around the area after checking out. English speaking staff were so helpful and knowledgible to give direction around the area . Close to Kyoto train station.

This is one of the best stays compared to others stays I've been in Kyoto. It's clean, modern, and staff is very welcoming.

This being my 3rd visit to Kyoto, I felt that I ran out of different options to visit. I asked for suggestions, and they found countless of other ideas for me to do.

They don't specialize on this but it comes to show how great of people they are. Can't wait to rebook next time.

The only cons would be some usual concerns you'll see around the country, which are not having enough outlets to charge devices and dryer taking more than 1 session to dry. That's me being picky.

Overall I enjoyed the location. It's the middle of everything.

Stayed 4 nights. 2 minutes from the Subway and maybe 7 minutes to Kyoto station. Most comfortable bed of my trip so far. The shower was amazing. Like a carwash for humans. Getting back to the room to take a shower was a real treat. Comfortable and relaxed. Great Yakiniku around the corner. Also washer and dryer near the lobby. Just one of each but nobody leaves clothes in for long. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

去哪裡坐地鐵跟公車非常方便
房間比（照片看起來）想像中大很多
四人房行李箱可以全打開
我們臨時增加一位朋友也沒有加價因為床很大
四人房睡五個人也十分足夠

This hotel was very pretty from the outside and the rooms were massive on the inside. Compared to our hotel room in Tokyo we were quite shocked when we first opened the room door! The hotel is in a very quiet street and just around the corner from the station, and just one stop on the metro from Kyoto Station where the bullet trains arrive. We used the trains quite a bit as it was very hot and humid this July for walking long distances. We also used taxi's and it was about an 800 yen cost from the hotel to Kiyomizu temple. There is a McDonalds within 2 mins walk from the hotel, a good onigiri shop at the end of the street and a few dining options nearby. There is a coin operated washer and separate dryer on the ground floor and also a drink vending machine which was very handy.

Très bel endroit. Chambre spacieuse pour le Japon. Personnes à l’accueil très gentilles. Laverie près de l’accueil. Un super petit magasin d’onigiris à deux pas. Et pas très loin de la rue marchande.
Juste un petit moins, si vous avez des voisins bruyants, vous les entendez assez fort.

If you’re looking for place to stay for one night, this place is awesome. They don’t change anything so if you’re staying longer, you might consider other places.
If you have a car or someone is picking u up, you need to coordinate the time perfectly since there is NO WHERE TO PARK.

Excellent service and hotel. Would surely return. No daily housekeeping. You just leave the use towels and trash can by the door every morning and staff will leave you with fresh towels and clean trash can. There’s a lot of restaurants near by also a Kimono rental shop. Also close to bus stops and station.

We enjoyed our stay at Kyoto with HAUZA KYOTO Gojo-karasum. The location is perfect and just nearby the subway station and bus station. The hotel staff are friendly and always service with passion. I will definitely select the same hotel next time when we visit Kyoto again.

Spacious room for Japan. Easy access to the subway and bus stops. Only one stop from Kyoto station and to Nishiki Market. Good restaurant nearby if you don't want to head further out. Refrigerator didn't really keep items cold enough but we had similar challenges at another hotel during our stay in Tokyo. Could be they are set to cool and not cold like we are use to. We would stay again if we return!
