I recommend this hotel !!

It's easy to access to center of Tokyo. The room is little bit small,but nice and new. I stayed there with my family.2 room is connected. So I could use extra space. That's good point. They clean the room very nice. Room service is economic,as well. We ordered dinner bento. It was delicious. Not so far from Haneda airport, Disney Land,and Tokyo station. This area is ex biggest fish market. So sushi and other restaurants is higher quality and low price. Tempura,okonomiyaki,yakitori,soba,,,etc. You can stay this hotel with economic price. I don't think you can find like that easily with this price in Tokyo.

コンパクトで快適なお部屋でした

家族４人でひとつの部屋に泊まれるホテルが少ない中、とても貴重なホテルです。4人で泊まっても狭すぎず、
洗面台2台あり、お風呂も独立していて良かったです。
また利用したいです。アメニティがかなり削られていて、ボディースポンジがないのが不便でした。だいたいのホテルには置いてあるので、普通持っていきません。フロントでもらえるのかもしれませんが、特に案内もなく、お風呂に入るときに気づくので取りに行くこともできないので、お部屋に置いておいてほしい。あと、洗面台にゴミ箱がほしいです。

綺麗なホテルで受付も対応良い

チェックインしてすぐ、エアコンから水が出てきてベッドが濡れました。
すぐに部屋を替えてくれて対応は早かったです。
でも、ベッドカバーにシミが付いていたので、以前にも水が出たのだと思います。その部屋のエアコンを取り替えるか、客室用に利用しないなど工夫した方が良いと思います。

ツインルームのジングルユースにて利用させて貰いました。

ベッド2つに加えて、ソファーも完備してあり
快適に過ごせました。

ベッドは簡単に移動できたので
少しずらしてエクササイズをするためのスペースも作れたので
良かったです😄👍

ノートPCから、テレビ画面に繋ぎたかったのですが
HDMIの端子が背面だったため、繋げられなかったのが残念。

スマホはミラーリングできたので
そちらで対応してみました。

交通の便も良いので、また利用してみたいです🎵

設備、アメニティ、ロケーション、非常によいです。

設備も新しく、大変気持ちよく過ごせました！
アメニティ、シャンプー、リンス、ローションなども質の良いもので心地よく使用できました。
スタッフもとても親切でした。
銀座で食事して歩いて帰宅できる便利なロケーションで、また利用したいです。

数回利用してます

近隣にいくつかキャピタルホテルがありますが萌木が綺麗で朝食も好みです。今回３階だったのでエレベーターが上から来ても乗ってる方が多く次を待たなければいけなかったのが面倒でした。階段が使えたら楽だと思いました。朝食はガッツリしたメニューが多いのが良いです。価格は相応だと思います。

快適に過ごせました

フロントの対応も良く、部屋は清潔で快適でした。
築地、銀座、東京駅へのアクセスも良かったです。
上京した際には、また宿泊したいホテルです。

3泊させて頂きました。コンビニは徒歩1分以内に有り、スーパーマーケットも徒歩3分に有りました。築地場外市場も徒歩5分の所に有り便利な立地でしたが、最寄り駅からホテルまで歩くのに地下から地上に上るのに階段しかないので、スーツケースを持つて階段を上るのが大変でした。部屋は金額にしたら十分な広さも有りアメニティも充実していて大満足でした。

立地、対応も良く快適。朝食のコーヒーだけ残念。

友人との宿泊に利用しました。お出かけ先に都合のよい立地でした。朝食は期待ほどではなく、特にコーヒーが正直なところ残念なお味でした。マシンの方はおそらくミルクの問題？レギュラーコーヒーも試してみましたが・・・。でもそれ以外は、スタッフも親切でしたし、満足のいく滞在でした。

15号台風

台風15号の影響で新幹線が動かず突然の東京でのお泊り、直ぐHotel s.comで調べ台風の一夜無事にホテルで過ごすこどができました
綺麗で台風の影響も感じる事も無いくらい静かでいい所でした

はとバス経営のホテルという事で、ホテルから東京駅まで はとバスで無料送迎サービスを受けました。無料にも関わらずガイドさんが観光案内をしてくれました。プチ東京観光が味わえ大変満足しています。

히비야선 츠키지역 바로 앞 위치. 츠키지 시장 도보 5분. 긴자, 도쿄역 주요 번화가 이동에 용이한 위치. 체크인 전 짐을 맡길 수 있었습니다. 샴푸 린스 바디워시가 있었지만, 샤워스폰지가 없어서 손으로 문질러서 썼어요. 일회용 어메니티로는 면도기, 빗, 치약, 칫솔이 제공되었습니다. 수건이 깨끗해서 좋았네요.

This property was quiet, clean, and safe. It was an easy walk to the outer market and subway access. It’s always tough finding the right number of beds for our teens and my husband and me. We booked two connecting rooms for a family of five and it was perfect! Everyone was comfortable and happy and I thought it was priced perfectly. There are fancier spots but I think of myself as being pretty picky when it comes to where we stay and I was very happy here.

Conveniently located in Sushi Heaven

The twin room we stayed in was pretty spacious for a Japanese standard. Close to the subway station, Ginza district, and the market. The area is sushi heaven! We started our day with sushi breakfast and closed the day with sushi dinner:) The room could be updated- it looked a bit tired.

The hotel was in Ginza but it is a 17 min walk to the main shopping district. This was fine with us because when we didn’t feel like walking, we could take a train within a few steps of the hotel. The area feels safe and clean, even late at night.

We stayed in a connecting family room which was roomy for Tokyo standards. The kids loved having their own room and bathroom. We were given fresh pjs daily and disposable slippers which were replaced every day. The staff cleaned our room daily which was nice.

There’s many metros near the hotel so most of the things we wanted to do were a 20 min train ride away and maximum 45 mins if you want to go to ueno or shibuya.

We loved having so many combinis within a short walking distance away from the hotel. We also enjoyed quite a few Japanese breakfasts at Yoshinoya which was 5 mins walk from the hotel.

The staff were accomodating and pleasant and they allowed us to borrow umbrellas when it was raining which was so helpful. They also provided with details of a car service that took us to Haneda airport at the end of our stay for approximately 10,500 yen for 5 people and 5 luggage’s.

We used the washing machines twice during our 9 day stay and you can monitor the use of the washing machine on the tv in your room. The washer and dryer was helpful.

We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is about 50m away from Tsukiji station exit3A, but only stairs accessible from that exit. The front desk staff and cleaner are nice, the room is clean. many local restaurants, convenient stores nearby, 10mins walk to Ginza area.

Decent hotel but probably would not go back

Decent hotel but barebones as far as layout, amenities and space. The location feels like a business district. Not as lively as other areas of Tokyo. Beds are very hard and not very comfortable.

Rooms are small but the service is good. I think they are best for individual useor couples rather than some friends as we struggled for space. Staff accommodated our needs.

Spent 5 nights here as I was running the Tokyo marathon. The staff were welcoming and the room fine. The room came with a fridge and kettle. Very close to a metro so getting around Tokyo easy. Highly recommend.

Good location

Good location and easy access to subway station. All the staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms need some updating. Our bathroom had a strong moisture smell. We believe that it may be due to the shower water filtering through the tub edges against the wall. Also, shower curtain could be a little wider to cover length of tub.

This is our second stay. We love this location and had a great experience the first time.

Not anymore.

Our room was filthy. There was vomit or spills on the headboard, residue or some liquid on the bedsheets and bed skirt. When I brought up the issue to the front desk - the gentleman showed no apology. Eventually after insisting he brought the custodian who eventually helped us wipe the mess and change the sheets. We stayed for 3 nights - no offer to change rooms right away or clean right away.

On check out, we misplaced one room card and we were shocked when we were demanded, yes demanded, to pay 500 yen to replace the card. The guy looked at us and talked to us like a criminal. For the filthy room the very least would have been to not charge us for the extra room key which no other hotel does.

I have recommended this hotel to many in the past. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone unless they take their service on par to others. The front desk staff need more compassion and if they hate their job go elsewhere.

I have asked an English speaking manager to call me to discuss these issues. As of today no response or bother to discuss.

Pros: Staff were friendly. Very close to train stations and convenience stores. Room is clean and good size. Window coverings can block out lights.

Cons: Although there are 2 washers and 2 dryers available, the capacity of them are very low. One of the dryers (if i recalled correctly, it is the one on the right side) doesn't even heat up, making it even harder to dry the clothes. We basically need 3 drying cycles to dry our clothes, and we will still feel a little bit of moisture from 2-3 pieces of clothings if using the dryer on the right side. The dryer on the left side is much better, but still need at least 3 cycles to dry your clothes.

Staff was very strict about checkout time (even a couple of minutes after 10am would result in an additional charge), got charged the equivalent of $5 for a lost keycard. Breakfast closes strictly at 930am and is quite bad (far better options in the area). Staff refused to help making a restaurant reservation.

4인가족이라서 적당한 호텔이 없었는데.. 커넥팅 룸이라 4인 침대라 편하게 잘 이용했습니다. 도쿄 여행시 다시 이용할 마음도 있네요. 지하철 역 바로 앞이라 이동에도 편했습니다.

Not recommended

We had connecting rooms w 4 beds total. The rooms were generally dusty. Some corners (around where the safe was), you could visibly see the dust and lint on the surface. Bathrooms had strong mold smell, especially on the shower curtain. You can also hear your neighbors quite closely even though we had a main door and room doors (so double doors). Good value for bed counts but overall hygiene was low and rooms were dark. We wouldn’t come back.

Very nice hotel

The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. We stayed in connecting rooms and the rooms were more spacious than I would expect for hotel rooms in Tokyo. Travelling around is easy as the hotel is not far from two metro stations. The area is quiet at night and you could enjoy comfortable rest in the hotel.
