どこに行くにもアクセス最高です。

バス停や駅に近く、どこに行くにもアクセスが良くて最高です。
お部屋は清潔で快適、そんなに広くありませんが充分です。
スタッフも優しくて大満足のホテルです。

Wonderful Hotel

We had a wonderful stay: great location, helpful staff, spacious room, tastefully decorated everywhere, and the high-end washer/dryer in the room was exceptional. Would definitely stay here again. The only negative was the heavy quilts on the beds in summer weather: using them requires setting the air conditioning much colder than preferred to prevent overheating while sleeping, resulting in wasted energy and an environmental cost. A sheet would have sufficed and been more appropriate.

とても快適できれいです

急遽京都に旅行にいこう！と思いたち翌日予約出来るホテルを探しました。
前日予約でしたので安く泊まれました。
ホテルも東急グループなのでとても綺麗でした。
ただ一点、家族で2部屋とったのですが5階と8階でしたがルームキーのカードキーは宿泊階とロビーしか行き来出来ないため、ほかの階で降りることが出来ず少し不便でした。

便利なロケーション

ロケーション良く、備品も各部屋にでなくフロントに置かれたものを必要な分だけというシステムはいい考えだと思った。
京都に行く時はまた利用したいです。

ロケーション、部屋の広さともに非常に満足出来るホテル

阪急京都河原町から近く、新京極の入り口辺りにあるのでとても便利。
部屋も広くて快適。
乾燥洗濯機や、電子レンジ、シンクもあり長期滞在にも短期滞在にも便利。

値段が異様に安かった。かなりグレードは高かった。初日にも書いたが水のサービスは2日目は無かったので連泊は無しなら明記必要。総合的にはかなり良かった。

部屋の臭い

部屋が湿気臭く、変更をお願いしましたが、提案されたお部屋もやはり臭いました。それ以外は快適でした。館内は臭わないのですが、部屋だけ、、洗濯機があるからでしょうか。

長期滞在にオススメ

接客も部屋の清潔さも満足でした。

アメニティは1回分の個別包装されたものがフロントにあり、必要な物を選んで持って行けるのが良かったです。

部屋に洗濯乾燥機があったので、3泊4日でも荷物が少なくて済みました。
フロントで洗剤は貰えるのですが、柔軟剤はないのでジェルボールを近くのドラッグストアで買いました。
洗濯するなら、必要量を持って行くことをオススメします。
(買うと量が多いので。)

立地も良く、観光・買い物にも便利です。

ただ、ホテルの入口が分かりずらかったこと、部屋の照明が少なく暗かったことが残念なポイントでした。

それ以外は満足です。
また、京都に行く時は利用したいです。

ロケーション、広さ、綺麗さ◎

チェックインを早めにやっていただいたり、とてもスムーズに宿泊ができました。ロケーションがどこへ行くにも便利で親子3人でトリプルの部屋へ泊まりましたが広さもあり、新しさが清潔で快適な宿泊でした。
また京都へ行く時はお世話になりたいホテルです！

とても良いホテルでした

とても快適に過ごせました。

4泊しましたが、室内清掃＆ベッドメイクは省略され、タオル類の交換・アメニティ補充・ゴミ捨てだけ行われるようです。
むしろ、その方が気楽で良かったです。

室内に標準で電子レンジ・乾燥機付き洗濯機・電磁調理器(鍋なども有り)が完備されていて、長期滞在などもしやすそうです。

ロケーションも新京極入口(四条側)すぐのあたりで、とても便利でした。

次回もお願いしたいと思います。

デッキスペース最高

ロビー２Fに屋外に出れるデッキスペースとコーヒーのサービスがあり快適です。街中ですが解放感を感じました。コスパがとても良いです。これで最上階にレストランがあると最高でした。美顔器も借りれて良かったです。

立地が良く便利。

新京極の中にあり、買い物、食事にはとても便利です。今回は観光目的では無かったですが、河原町駅、バス停も近いので移動にも便利です。
今回は1泊でしたが、部屋に電子レンジ、洗濯乾燥機があるので長期滞在してみたいなと思いました。

京都ど真ん中　立地最高便利です。

京都南座へ海老蔵さんの歌舞伎を見るために
宿泊しました。
立地的には最高です。
ただし駐車場がホテルには有りません。
チェックすれば良かったのですが電話すると丁寧に近隣の駐車場を教えてくれましたが
車がでかくて入れませんでした。
直ぐ近くにコインパーキングが有り助かりました。
歌舞伎ギリギリ
ホテルは室内は綺麗で静かで過ごしやすいですよ♪
家内の意見です、女性の方はメイクする場所が
厳しいかなぁ？
少し大きなコンパクト鏡を持っていく事をお勧めします。

長期滞在にはありがたいホテルです

いつも気持ちよく滞在しています。
今回は冷蔵庫が調子が悪く、ちゃんと気遣いもいただき、対応していただけ他ので問題はありませんでしたが、同行の人のお部屋の電化製品も調子が悪かったと聞いたので、メンテメンスが少し不足したのかなあという感想は持ちました。
場所も便利で静かで、洗濯機や電子レンジ、ミニキッチンなどの基本機能が完備しており、長期滞在には助かります。

少しガッカリ、でした。

賑やかな立地、なのに隠れ家風のホテルで、以前から宿泊したいホテルの一つでした。
ホテルの雰囲気、部屋の広さは満足できましたが、ラウンジ でのサービスがコロナの為に停止している事が予約時に明記してありませんでした。　ガッカリしました。
パジャマは上下一体型のもので、寝心地が良くかったです。　　ベッドもパッドが私には柔らか過ぎて腰が痛くなりました。

アクセス良くてキレイ！

アクセスもよく、綺麗でした。ロビーにはドリンクやアメニティのサービスがあります。ただ、宿泊数によって清掃の度合いが違うので個人的に2泊までならば快適に過ごせるかなと思いました！

清潔・快適で非常におすすめ

・部屋、バスルームは広さ十分で非常に清潔で快適。
・洗濯乾燥機、電子レンジ、IH、シンクがあり連泊にも適している。
・ロビーのドリンクバーが充実している。
・立地が良く、観光・食べ歩き・飲み歩きに最適。
・繁華街の近くなのに静かで落ち着ける。
・徒歩30秒くらいにファミリーマートがあり便利。

繁華街の中でも部屋の中は落ち着けます。

フロント、室内全て居心地は最高でした。ただ外国の方ばかりで、ロビーが騒がしく何故ロビーに居るのか　わからない状態が結構ありました。
立地が良すぎて、どこへ行くにも帰るにも道路がいつも渋滞していて困りました。

猛反省すべき

とても便利な場所にあり空きがあれば利用していますが今回はかなりガッカリ。チェックアウトの際、自宅へ荷物を発送しましたが料金を余分に徴収され、またゴミ回収とタオル交換後の部屋がゴミで散らかっていたのは残念。それに対して責任者からの謝罪はありません。宿泊代それなりいいお値段なのにこのサービスの内容じゃダメですね。

ロケーション最高です。

ロケーションが気に入って再訪しました。
新京極という繁華街にあるせいかホテルの入り口のエレベーター前に若者が座り込んでいるのが気になりました。ホテルに責任はないですが。お部屋は綺麗で設備も申し分なく快適でした。バスカードぐらい販売しているといいですね。また次回も宜しくお願いします。

どこに行くにも便利な場所

３泊お世話にぬりました。乾燥機付きの洗濯機は本当に助かりました。洗濯洗剤は１回分だけが無料です。アメニティもフロント階に並んでますが、洗剤はありません。連泊の方は前もってご準備を。
ベッドメイキングが無いのが残念。湯船をまたぐ時、かなり高さがあるので足を負傷していたので大変でした（笑）
電車もバスもタクシーもすぐに乗れる場所で、駅近くに泊まった時よりも快適に過ごせました。また次も泊まりたいです。

何かと便利なホテル

四条通から新京極商店街を少し上った所にある便利な所にあるホテル。錦市場に近く河原町駅が最寄駅ですが烏丸も徒歩圏内と行動するには何かと便利です。部屋には簡易キッチンや乾燥機能付洗濯機もあり長期滞在にも向いています。

フロントスタッフの方々は温かみのある笑顔を絶やさず、ホスピタリティが感じられ、いつも気持ちのよい応対で素晴らしかったです。洗濯機があったため、最終日に洗濯ができたのも大変助かりました。またこちらに滞在したいと思います。

A super comfortable stay for a family of 3

This hotel was in a superb location with easy access to subways, buses and walkable sites. The staff was super friendly, and we weee pleasantly surprised to find complimentary refreshments (coffee, teas, water, soft drinks, sake, and wine!) available in the lobby.

The room was comfortable for our family of 3 (15 year old son). We are Asian and on the smaller side so the small Japanese size room felt spacious enough for us (mind you, not spacious by American standards but comfortable enough). The washer and dryer were great, but note that the dryer takes a while and make a horrific beeping when it finishes (good to know if you’re running laundry late at night - it likely will wake you up). But for me, it was a minor inconvenience.

We would definitely stay here again if we return to Kyoto.

The location was very convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I especially appreciated the free espresso in the lobby and the in-room laundry facilities. They also offered complimentary wine and sake, which was a lovely touch. It was great to have access to essentials like toothbrushes, razors, and more in the lobby 24/7. Highly recommended!

This was a nice hotel literally right beside the Nishiki Market area. LOTS of shopping and food options right outside the hotel's front door. The place is immaculately clean and the rooms very clean. Overall enjoyed our stay. Nothing made it outstanding or special but it was satisfactory.

Outstanding staff who upgraded our room to an amazing, spacious suite. Convenient in room washer / dryer that was easy to use. Comfortable and clean. Fantastic location near Nishiki Market, short easy walk to Gion. We were delighted with this reasonably priced hotel and highly recommend it!!

The hotel had a great mascot “color your stay” it was really cute. The location was right in the SHINKYOGOKU arcade. Easy access to walk right into a cute alley. Tons of sightseeing and shopping with excellent proximity to the hotel. I was impressed with the instant hot water, lots of lighting options. Services in the hotel were fast fiber WiFi, in room laundry. It was great. Looking forward to returning soon!

We loved our stay at this hotel. It's modern and clean. Loved having access to drinks on entry level floor. The room was pretty large and spacious. And the location was the best. We sent our luggage earlier from Osaka, and it was already in our room when we checked in that evening.
Highly recommend this hotel.

Love that we have a washing machine inside our room to wash our dirty clothes at night, and have dry, clean clothes in the morning. The room was good enough for 3 adults to move. There’s free drinks and coffee in the lobby. Also has free sake at night.

Zentral und große Zimmer

Wir hatten ein Zwei-Bett-Zimmer, das viel Platz bot, obwohl wir zwei mittlere Koffer ausgeklappt auf dem Boden liegen hatten. Es gab einen Tisch mit zwei Sesseln im Zimmer und eine Kitchenette; außerdem einen Wasch-Trockner (Waschmittel ist vorhanden). Das Fenster konnte etwas geöffnet werden. Im Lobbybereich gibt es im Übernachtungspreis inbegriffen Kaffee/ Tee/ kalte Getränke und abends Sake und Wein. Es gibt eine Art "Terrasse", auf der man draußen sitzen kann. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert. Das Hotel ist sehr günstig gelegen: Anbindung an viele Buslinien (zu Kyoto St., zu diversen Tempeln und Nijo Castle) und an die Hankyu-Line (die nicht zu Kyoto Station fährt), nahe einer der größeren Einkaufsstraßen, direkt neben Einkaufsarkaden, dennoch ruhig gelegen. Viele Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Family mart, Lawson und 7eleven sind ganz in der Nähe. Dieses Hotel - wie die Kette Tokyu Stay - würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

The location of this hotel is great. It is what we liked most about our stay here. You literally walk out onto the Shinkyogoku shopping arcade and Koe Donuts is right downstairs too.

What stood out for us was that hotel staff was not very friendly compared to ALL other hotels we have stayed at in Japan over the years. 50% of the time, no one sitting at the front reception desk would even look at us or acknowledge us, which was highly unusual for a Japan hotel. They would simply stare at their computer screens even when not helping any guests.

Room service was also a bit spotty and after our room was "cleaned" twice, we would find the trash can out of place, sink area a bit messy, etc.

Hotel was clean overall and location was great. I think the staff needs more customer service training.

The hotel is in the heart of a shopping district within walking distance of Gion. We loved the location. Inside the hotel it’s very quiet and relaxing. There’s free coffee in the morning and sake in the evening. The bed and room were very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was also very convenient. Only suggestion is to add some shelves for clothes. There isn’t a dresser or shelves so we had to keep clothes in our suitcase.

Very clean and quiet! Close to lot of shopping and train station. You do have to walk your luggage a block to get to the hotel but worth it! Will stay there anytime we are in Kyoto!

Literally steps to the Nishiki market/mall. Can shop till you drop and walk over to the hotel just like that. Excellent dining all around walking distance. Even if it rains, the mall/market is mostly covered so you can shop and not waste the day. Very clean and modern boutique hotel. Free sake in the evenings and large lobby to hang out. Close to train and bus stops. Hotel offers breakfast (catered - no restaurant) in-house) but can opt out as there are several cafes nearby.

100% recommended!

It was our favorite stay of the whole trip. The hotel is so conveniently located within a lot to do. You have a ton of shops, restaurants, Nishiki Market is at walking distance, subway station is a few meters away, bus stations are also close-by. Gion is even around a 20min walk. Since this was a VIP property and they had availability, we were able to get upgraded to a suite. It was such a great and spacious room. Great comfort in general. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There was a beverage vending machine inside the lobby, coffee and tea and there was sake available to taste at the lobby in the afternoon. It was all very much appreciated. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We loved our stay very much. We hope to return soon and stay here again.

We loved how this hotel is perfectly located near Nishiki Market and the train stations. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and the hotel amenities are nice. My husband absolutely loved the comfortable leather slippers in the room he wanted to know where to buy it. We'd definitely book again in this hotel if we go back to Kyoto :)

Great location right next to Kyoto-Kwaramachi Station and easy access to the city buses. Downstairs was the shopping strip including Nishinippori Markets around the corner.

We were two adults in a 2x single room. It was a good size room and included a small table with 2 chairs.

Room facilities were excellent including washer/dryer, microwave, kettle, hair care and body soap.

The hotel had free coffee in the lobby.

I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the room and the lobby and the area, but the absolute best thing about Tokyo Stay Kyoto was the staff. So helpful and willing to assist for common tasks like sending our luggage to our next destination to the more unusual request to help me find a place to buy a carp streamer. We loved our stay here also because of the location and how easy it was to pop back over to the hotel during the day for a quick break. Top notch all around!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Kyoto! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were able to check in early, which was a great bonus. The room was clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from a bathrobe and slippers to a washer and dryer. We also really appreciated the free tea, water, coffee, and other essentials available in the lobby. It was very convenient to leave our bags after check-out so we could enjoy the city before our next trip. And the complimentary coupons for donuts and a drink were such a lovely touch. Highly recommended!
