家族で宿泊しましたが、部屋は綺麗に整備されており、過ごしやすかったです。
受付の方の対応も問題ありません。
周辺に飲食店もあり、立地も良いと感じました。

マンションみたい…

マンションをキレイでおしゃれにリフォームしたホテルです。ホテル内の廊下は屋外になりますが、ホテル内で動く事はほとんどないので気になりませんでした。

大人２人小学生２人で利用させて頂きました。立地、清潔さ、部屋の広さに大満足です。畳の部屋があるのが決め手でした。
スタッフの方の対応も話し易くて気兼ねなく過ごせました。
京都駅近くなので飲食店も徒歩圏内で充実してます。美味しい焼肉屋さんに行けたのがラッキーでした！
高級家電が自由に使えて、美顔器やヘアアイロンなども貸して頂けました。部屋のお風呂も広くて良かったです。
京都で泊まるなら、次もお願いしたいと思える良いホテルでした✨

清潔で京都駅から近い

ロビーには皿や電子レンジが自由に使えるスペースがあり、簡単な食事なら自炊できます。
必要に応じて自転車や傘を借りることができ、便利です。
京都駅から徒歩数分と場所も近く、バスに乗っていけば清水寺などにも行きやすいです。

清潔さが細かいところまで行き届いていて、快適に過ごせました！クリスマスに宿泊ということもあって、翌朝に子供たちへのクリスマスプレゼント（お菓子）がドア外に用意されていて、子供たちは大興奮でした！
駅からも近く、次回も利用したいと思います。

Everything was perfect. The location is great too, close to Kyoto station. The stuff were friendly and very helpful. They recommended very nice restaurants and helped us to make reservations. We all had such a great time.

部屋は綺麗で気持ちよかった！
外に廊下がありましたので、室内であれば尚よかった。
お借りした浴衣が生乾きというか汗のような匂いがして少し残念でした。3泊しましたが、毎日取り替えでなかったので。
でもまた泊まりたい。

大人３人小学生２人で一泊しました。ロビー、お部屋、水周りもとても綺麗です。エアコンや空気清浄機も最新なので、とても快適に過ごせました。
浴衣やアメニティも無料で貸してくれます。
快適すぎてなかなか出発できなかったくらいです。

洗練された雰囲気と気さくなスタッフさんが印象的

オープンしたばかりのホテルで大丈夫かなぁと思いながら訪ねてみると、こじんまりしてるもののロビーは明るく開放的で洗練された雰囲気がありました。そして、何よりもいいのがスタッフの方の対応です。特に夕方フロントで対応してくれた女性のスタッフさんは、とても気さくで気がきく方で、チェックイン時から満足度アップしました。その後も色々丁寧に対応頂きアットホームなおもてなしに大満足でした。価格も京都駅近でこの価格はリーズナブルだと思います。オープンしたばかりでしたが、サービスや清潔感が維持されるのであれば、京都の定宿にしたいと思いました。
一寸コメントするとすれば、インバウンド向けだからだとは思いますが、室内履きは、草履だけでなくスリッパも選べるといいと思います。そして部屋の隅に埃が堆積してたのが少し気になりました。

I like the design of the hotel, the bedrooms and even the bathrooms. It’s very new and well designed.
Half the room has a tatami with space for three futons, and the bathroom has a separate design so one area for toilet and one area for bath and shower that can be used separately.
The staff it’s nice. No restaurant, but they have facilities for cooking, laundry, and movies. They also have a rooftop for when it’s not raining.

This is a fantastic hotel with the friendliest staff. I cannot recommend enough! The staff are an asset to the hotel and bend over backwards to help the guests. So welcoming.

We loved our stay at Hotel Imagine Kyoto. The hotel is a short walk from Kyoto station. There is a nice common area our room was pretty spacious. Nice rooftop area to relax, too.

Of all the places we stayed on this trip, this was our family's favorite. The space was perfect for a family of four and we loved that the room got a lot of sunshine. We also appreciated the rooftop space for hanging out between excursions as well as for our morning cup of coffee. The lobby was also a great place to hang and it had a nice espresso machine and a place to cook simple meals. We made use of the easy to operate coin laundry which allowed us to bring less clothes to free up space for souvenirs. Getting places was also convenient since we were a 5 minute walk from the main train station as well as 5 minutes from the less crowded subway stop south of the hotel. The only word of warning is that this is a more traditional Japanese style room with futons and mattress on the floor, so no chairs to sit on but this is what made the room more comfy in my opinion. With that said, my wife made use of the lobby area tables to do a few business calls and it worked great. Finally, Yugo and Shin were very helpful answering any questions we had. We'd definitely come back to use this hotel as a home base to explore more of Kyoto.

Loved this property. Has a chill vibe with a beetles theme and cool music playing, very kid friendly, story books, art supplies, origami, a shop inside the lobby, room sizes are huge can sleep up to 6 the futons were super comfortable, the bathroom is so fancy and luxurious, owner was very nice, laundry facilities are so clean.
Loved all the amenities available and free yukata to wear during stay.
Has a vending machine and kitchen in lobby.
Very close to Kyoto station.
And the cutest rooftop terrace to chill has stage and cute fairy lights qnd a stage. Only 4 levels so not so crowded.

The room is a little small for 5 people. The room is nice the only thing is the bathroom is sooooo hot you are sweating while in the bathroom. The tatami mats are ok.

The location is great. Just minutes walk to Kyoto station. Tons of food options.

Perfect for families

Very nice place to experience a Japanese style kind of living environment. Place is spacious too! Futons perfect for kids to sleep on. Very close to the train and bus stations! Highly recommend. Will love to come back to this hotel again.

Great hotel, conveniently close to Kyoto Station and Kujo station on the subway. Lots of restaurants around but it was quiet at night in the room. A Welcoming lobby with lots of thought gone into providing guests with things they might need and some kitchen facilities. Loved the loan of the kimono/dressing gowns. The room was spacious. My one complaint are the terrible pillows which are like bean bags! That’s why I’m giving it 4 stars not 5. If you can’t have a good night’s sleep because of terrible pillows, it sort of ruins your day so it’s quite a big deal for hotels to be thinking about getting right.

Overall it's clean, and staff is friendly. But some of the facility are broke and non fixed. such as some shelf, and the sofa rolling down handle in the middle (with nail head seen after rolling down)

Hotel Imagine is so unique, exhibiting the owner's passion for detail. The room fit our family of four very comfortably and we loved the shower/ofuro which I enjoyed every night after a long day of walking and sightseeing! While there was no breakfast included, there is a full-service kitchen with great amenities. We made our breakfeast every morning and the coffee machine was wonderful! There was also a very nice upstairs deck which we were not able to enjoy since we were out sightseeing during the day and too tired to use during the night. We will definitely stay at Hotel Imagine again!

Aside from being a beautiful hotel, the staff and owner went above and beyond our expectations of hospitality. They were able to resolve issues (not created by them) and also very helpful with suggestions of places to visit and places to eat. The location of the hotel was very convenient since it’s close to the Kyoto station. Thank you again to the owner and amazing hotel staff, you made our Kyoto trip unforgettable!

Friendly and polite staff. Nice lobby with a family feel, including a small pantry. Roof floor is nice gathering place if weather is not too hot nor raining outside.

Be cautious that hot water will stop if it's used more than 60 mins continuously. So stop hot water in bathroom right after use.

Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert! Sie liegt nur ca. 10 Minuten (zu Fuß) vom Kyoto Bahnhof entfernt. Was mich und meine Schwester unfassbar begeistert hat, war neben dem wundervoll gestalteten Zimmer, das sehr zuvorkommende Personal. Sie waren sehr nett und hatten immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht.
Gleichzeitig fanden wir auch die Möglichkeit gut, dass man im Eingangsbereich einen kleinen Küchenbereich hatte, den man jederzeit nutzen konnte. Falls wir jemals wieder nach Kyoto kommen sollten, werden wir definitiv wieder im Hotel Imagine buchen. Danke für alles!

AMAZING hotel - definitely stay here!!!

AMAZING stay at Hotel Imagine. Seriously loved everything about our stay. We had a family of 6 in the Deluxe Twin Room for 5 nights and it worked out great.

The design of the hotel is top notch - everything has been throught through.

The shared kitchen is FULLY kitted out with everything you need to cook. We cooked breakfast each morning - eggs, dumplings, etc. There's a decent grocery in Kyoto Station to make it easy to stock up on groceries.

The rooftop is a lovely extra space and we used it every evening.

Hotel staff is very friendly. The room is very spacious and we love the villa concept. Enjoyed the tatami and the bath tub. They have a common dining area for hotel guests to use and there are toys to borrow / bring up to the rooms. Highly recommend this place!

Clean, with a blend of modern and traditional

A new hotel, it was quite clean and bright. It's a bit unique in that it also has more informal aspects - like a common kitchenette and laundry facilities (although the washing machine and dryer are not the best). It's centrally located, within minutes walking distance to a major train station.
