宿泊施設として不適格

お風呂の見える所に水垢が溜まっているなど掃除が不十分。また、照明器具が、ダウンライトの全灯が完全消灯しか選択できず、薄明かりを作れなく、フロントに確認した所全ての部屋が同じ仕様との事であった。ゆっくり休んで疲れをとるという宿泊施設としての基本ができていない。

周りになんでもあって便利だし、部屋もオシャレでキレイ。難点としては周辺駐車場は沢山有るけど日本橋駅の近くで黒門市場は目の前だし、千日前もすぐなので値段設定が高め。

建物自体は綺麗でした。
一言で言うととても汚い。
まず部屋に入ってエアコンの風の吹き出し口が黒カビだらけ。そして浴室の床は一面赤カビ。娘が足を滑らせるほどヌルヌル。擦れば取れる汚れなのに掃除したことがないのかと思うほどの汚れです。ゴムパッキンも真っ黒い大きなカビが数箇所もあり、、、
室内のマグカップには油膜、薄く赤カビのような跡。
流石に気持ち悪くて部屋を変更してもらいました。そちらのお部屋も清掃が行き届いていたかと言われれば完璧ではなかったです。子ども2人の予約もしていたけれどタオルが大人の分のみでした。

たくさんのホテルに滞在してきましたが、今まででいちばん最悪でした。

フロントの方の接客は親切でしたので
ほんとに残念でした。
スタッフ一同、一度お部屋の隅々を見回りされてみてはいかがでしょうか？泊まりたいと思うホテルでしょうか？

立地条件、部屋の雰囲気、朝食は、よかったのですが、一つとても残念だったのが、お風呂の床でした。ピンクカビは、掃除をすれば簡単にとれるはずなのに、床のほとんどの溝がピンクになっていて不衛生不愉快でした。

The hotel did not provide a bottle and a room telephone which was really inconvenient, if I wanted to ask anything I need go to the elevator to use the public phone or go to the receptionist to request. Breakfast buffet is not variety, few items. I had to take my family to Kuromon market for breakfast.
There are only 2 machines in the laundry room, they’re always busy.
The hotel is located in good locations, take 10mins to Dontobori, 2 mins to Kuromon market.

Comfortable stay in Namba

Nice place to stay in Namba area of Osaka. Namba Station in 10 min walk, lots of bars restaurants and shops in the area Kumoron Market is across the street. The room est comfortable and clean. Breakfast was decent but not a large selection. The hotel offers free coffee and snacks in the lobby but the run out fast.

The room was very nice and clean. We were told we could not use air conditioning so it was uncomfortable. The rooftop lounge was nice but you aren’t allowed to take drinks up there so that was disappointing. Location was good

Great hotel, enough for what we needed during our stay. Only downside is the hotel is quite a bit of a walk from the main subway station, and the hotel seemed full of group tourists so the lobby would be extremely packed every morning and elevators were a pain to wait for. Otherwise great area, tons of shopping, restaurants, and bars along the strip. Beside it is a 24/7 Lawson which is a huge plus as well. Staff can be a bit nicer but hey, didn’t bother us too much.

Good Location For A Short Stay

Good hotel best location near everything.
Only downside was the aircondition.

Convenient & Clean

Convenient location for travel around Osaka but the room is smaller than the photos - hard to store luggage and small entryway. Restroom, tub, and sink areas were nice and clean but overall space is limited. Customer service was good but not that friendly.

The location was convenient, but unfortunately quite noisy. While the staff were generally kind and helpful, they weren’t able to assist us with ordering a taxi due to hotel policy, which was a bit frustrating. The biggest issue, however, was the condition of the room. The carpet was heavily stained, and the entire room smelled like an old vacuum. Even after using room deodorant, the odor remained very unpleasant. Sadly, I would not choose to stay here again.

The hotel was extremely busy and whilst the staff were helpful and efficient when approached they seemed under more pressure then at any other of the hotels i stayed at in Japan.
The room was small as expected but what I didn’t expect was that 11 year old was treated as a child which meant for this hotel she was not allocated any bed at all and hence for a family of 4 we had a room with 3 beds!
The bathroom on the other hand was very spacious, including a real separate wet-room and with all the toiletries provided (as expected).
The hotel has a roof top terrace which is great for views but you are not allowed to drink or eat at the terrace.
Breakfast restaurant is on 15floor with great views over Osaka.
Very close walking distance to train station and just outside Kuromon market. Great location if rather busy and noisy.
Overall, reasonable value for money.

Excellent Location. Go elsewhere for breakfast

This was my third and fourth stay at the hotel, and I have to say, the location remains excellent. It's conveniently situated with easy access to a rapid train that takes you directly to the airport, which is a major plus. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, making it my first choice in Osaka despite a recent disappointing experience.

On this visit, I decided to try the breakfast for the first time. While the choices were acceptable, they weren't great. However, the real issue came after breakfast. I found myself queuing for 35 minutes for the lift just to get back to my room, and the staff did nothing to assist us during this frustrating wait. Guests were becoming increasingly agitated, and we were not allowed to use the stairs, which only added to the chaos.

To make matters worse, I called the front desk twice from my mobile for assistance, but both times I was hung up on without any help being provided.

Additionally, I noticed that the hotel switched to central air conditioning in April. I found the room temperature too hot despite the spring weather and had to open the window. Unfortunately, being on a low floor in such a busy location meant it got quite noisy. However, when I returned from Kyoto and stayed on the 13th floor, there was no noise issue even with the window open.

It's disappointing to experience such service, especially in a hotel I have enjoyed in the past. I hope they can improve their handling of guest concerns in the future.

La ubicación del hotel lo hace ser muy bueno, a media calle de la estación de metro, las camas son muy cómodas y el personal amable, aunque su inglés no es bueno.

En el lobby hay lockers donde puedes dejar tus maletas si llegas antes del check in, o bien si necesitas salir antes del check out.

En general, muy bueno.

I chose this hotel based off the breakfast reviews and I was extremely impressed! Very clean and the rooftop had a see thru floor to see all the way to the street-I should've started my trip on the rooftop before spending so much money on other unimpressed areas!
This hotel as in between a few train stations too.

Hotel is in a great location, across from the fish market, and other main areas like Dotonbori river walk. The staff were very friendly and accommodating during my stay. My only criticisms of the hotel were the lack of breakfast choices, although these were changed daily during my stay and the noise of other guests in surrounding rooms was very noisy and disturbing from a sleep perspective as the walls were quite thin or offered poor soundproofing.

Everything about this property was nice - including the breakfast on the 15th floor. Our std.single room was a bit cramped, couldn't open 2 suitcases unless I put them on the bed. I liked the proximity to the covered marketplace and shopping. It rained while I was there so I got to use their umbrellas too. It was easy to navigate to Dotombori St for more dining options. The place was very quiet.

This hotel is clean and modern. Location was great, close to Dotonbori area restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and the amenities and snacks in the lobby were great. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet too! Everything was delicious.

Amazing stay

I had an absolutely amazing stay with my family at the b namba-kuromon. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly kind and professional staff, whose dedication to hospitality truly reflected the essence of Japanese culture and spirit. Their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay unforgettable.

The room condition exceeded our expectations and was notably superior to other hotels in the area. It was immaculately clean, thoughtfully designed, and offered a perfect balance of comfort and modern amenities. Every detail seemed carefully curated to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Small rooms but great Location!

We loved this hotel, however the rooms were far too small even to fit a luggage bag. Reception staff were friendly, bag storage all out in the open in the foyer however, felt wierd leaving bags there. Lots of free amenities and a cool rooftop.

It was my 2nd time staying at b-namba. However I was so disappointed this time that I was assigned with a room with many stained on the carpet which looked dirty and made me feeling uncomfortable. The room was also seemed no maintenance, many scratches on wall, furniture many signs of hits. As I just stayed one night, so no border to request to change.

The hotel was clean. Despite it being noisy outside, it was quiet in the room. Be advised that the rooms are very small. There were 3 of us in a room with 3 separate beds. We all fit, but it a little tight with our luggage. They definitely needed someone else at the desk during peak times because there was always a line. We were only there one night so it was perfect. If you are tall, the bathroom ceiling is low. I would return if I need a short stay of a day or two.

Happy and satified guests

Yhis is our 1st time in Osaka so we decided to try this hotel as it is opposite of Koromo market. The hotel is near to the train station and all the shopping and dining areas so it is very convenient. We booked 2 rooms and were satisfied with the room service. The rooms were always cleaned when we were back. Best gesture from the hotel was to offer free coffee throughout the day and free snacks from 3-7pm for hotel guests which is very thoughtful. All the counter staffs were very friendly too. Strongly recommended.
