京都旅行のいい思い出になりました。

お風呂、トイレ完全別でお風呂がとても広くてくつろげました。
部屋もとても綺麗で広くて過ごしやすかったです。

古民家を改造して造られたホテルで、朝食もなければ特段のサービスも何もない割には、評価が高すぎるのが理解出来ない。
おそらく交代制で常時1名受付当番しているだけでは?

最新スタイルの快適なホテルでした

とても清潔感が有って、過ごしやすく快適なお部屋を提供頂きました。何より、ベッドの大きさ、硬さが完璧で二人で眠っても全く相手のことを気にすることなく休めました。また、お風呂もバスタブにシャワーが落ちるタイプではなく、洗い場でシャワーが使えて、広々として本当に快適でした。

コスパ良し◎

周辺の主な飲食店は7時〜8時には閉まってしまうので、晩の食事に少し困りましたが許容範囲内です。
家族3人の宿泊でしたがお部屋は充分広く、ベッドはキングとシングルの2つあり、ドリンク(有料)やタブレット(無料)の備え付けまであり快適でした。
特にタブレットは子供が大変喜んで滞在中はYouTubeなどを見て楽しんでいました。
清潔感のあるお部屋でお風呂やトイレも広めで使いやすく、とてもコスパの良いホテルでした。
強いて言うなら朝食のサンドイッチが微妙かなと。すぐ近くにコンビニがあるので朝はコンビニで良いかもです。

嵐山のきれいなホテル

非常に清潔間がフロントから部屋まであります。部屋は広くて、マンションをリホームした作りかな。スタッフの気遣いもいいです。
嵐山には散策するならペスト。周りにも外食屋さんがいっぱいあります。
駐車場はないけど、1日最大の所多く、900円で停められました。文句ないホテルですよ。

渡月橋付近の繁華街からは少し離れますが、すごく綺麗で部屋も広く、スタッフさんも親切な方ばかりの素敵なホテルでした。アメニティも充実していて部屋の設備も整っており、文句無しです。値段以上のクオリティでした。祖母も喜んでくれました。本当にありがとうございました ☺︎

大満足の宿泊でした！

受付ではすごく素敵な笑顔で
出迎えてくださいました。
チェックインを終えてから
部屋まで案内していただき、
非常口の説明や 部屋の説明などを
丁寧にして下さいました。
こちらもニコニコしてしまうくらい
愛嬌のあるスタッフさんでした。

カードキーがはいっている袋には、
タクシーの運転手にこれを見せれば
ホテルまで帰ってこれるんだな。と思える
地図、文面が日本語と英語で書いてあり
すごく親切なホテルだと関心いたしました。

内装も綺麗でアメニティグッズも丁寧に置かれています。

キングサイズのベッドなので夫婦+4歳児でものんびり寝ることができました。
ホテルの情報欄には5歳以下は大人と同じベッドと記載されていましたが、
ソファがベッド仕様されていて
ニーズに合わせてくれているんだなと
心遣いを感じました。


駐車場がなさそうでしたが(ホテルの方に確認していないので誤情報でしたら申し訳ありません。)
信号をはさんですぐのところにお手頃価格のパーキングがあり車でも気兼ねなく伺えました。

素泊まりでしたので食事関係の口コミはできません。

他の部屋の方の音が聞こえることも
一切なかったです。

すごく良い気分で宿泊でき、
夫婦共々大満足でした。
息子もふかふかベッドとても喜んでいました。
ぜひまた宿泊したいです！

JR嵯峨嵐山駅から徒歩3分と好立地でした。小さなホテルですが京都らしい雰囲気の佇まいです。チェックイン時間より早く着いたので荷物を預けて観光に向かいました。暑いでしょうからと、とても素敵な絵柄のうちわをくださいました。チェックイン時には冷たいおしぼりと日本茶でおもてなししていただき感動しました。部屋ではスタッフの方からの丁寧な設備等の説明がありました。ウェルカムギフトにも驚き、再度感動いたしました。お部屋の設備も新しいこともあり文句のつけようがないくらい整っており、快適に過ごせました。最高のおもてなしをしていただける、本当に良いホテルです。また嵐山に行くことがあれば必ず利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました！

The room, bathroom, AND the shower are probably the biggest of all the hotels where we’ve stayed in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto.
Did not feel cramped whatsoever.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Just a short walk to the Arashiyama bamboo forest. The location is perfect if you plan to visit the surrounding areas there

Small property but packs a punch. Offered a refreshing tea upon arrival. Close to the bamboo forest, but you can the escape the hustle and bustle of the sea of tourists. Rooms and clean and tidy. And very large! Would stay there again for sure.

Place is amazing, visiting about 3 weeks ago, and it is very spacious, very clean, and staff is very friendly and supportive. Located a 3 min walk from Arashiyama station, 10 min walk to Bambú Forest and aArashiyama touristy areas. This place it’s absolutely recommended.

Beautiful room with balcony overlooking the city and mountains. Location is by the bamboo forest and we thoroughly enjoyed that! The room was spacious for a Japanese hotel not to mention very comfortable.

We used the JR train which is only a short walk away, along with buses (not as convenient depending on our destination) and taxis, which aren't very expensive compared to US.

The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful.

There's a cute little sushi place down the street. Overall the area isn't overwhelmed with tourists or restaurants (a plus), but there are plenty of great options within a reasonable walking distance.

I would definitely stay there again if I'm in Kyoto.

Perfect place to stay if you’re spending time in the Arashiyama Kyoto area. Everything is within walking distance, including great restaurants, beautiful temples, the Bamboo Forest, etc…The room was large and the staff extremely accommodating, helpful, and friendly. What a beautiful area to visit. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel has excellent amenities (PJ, slippers, coffee in room, good size room, king bed, mini frig). The location is within walking distance of bamboo forest, monkeys, rail station. Easy taxi ride to other sites. There are breakfast places and dinner places also within walking distance. Definitely would recommend to family and friends.

The staff offered me a cup of tea as I was checking in. The room was spacious. The shower and tub area was great and included a rainfall shower too. The bed was comfortable. The tea and water in the room. The balcony with a view of the mountains. And it was so close to the train station. I would come back for sure. I wish I could have stayed longer. GREAT place to stay.

Don't be fooled by the unassuming entrance/exterior, this hotel is NICE. The rooms are spacious and lovely, the washroom is big with a rainfall shower. The bed is massive. The amenities are excellent and the staff was absolutely lovely. It feels like a hidden gem. Very close to the train station and walkable distance to the bamboo forest. A lovely, quiet oasis in the middle of busy Japan. The best parts of the hotel were: the location two short blocks from the train station, the mix of traditional and modern decor, and the super helpful staff.

My only complaint is that they are so rigid about early check in. The hotel is small and with a check out at 11am they is no reason they cannot accommodate early check in for those guests who need it.

No Parking Available

The room and location were excellent. However there is no parking in the hotel so you have to use the paid parking on the street. It’s close by but a little on the pricey side. Overall the hotel is great and comfortable.

I love this hotel. The staff were nice and welcoming. I also love the view of the mountain from our room. Also, 2 mins walk from the train station. Area is very quiet and clean.

The bed was amazing, slept like a baby

The bed made me slept like an angel. It was a very comfortable space and distance to the attractions of the temple, kimono forest and bamboo forest was like 14 minute walk. The train station is 4 mins walk. Plenty of nice restaurants, has some of the best wagyu near there and soba noodles. The host by the desk was very helpful. If you need a quiet place stay outside the bustling downtown. This is it. The shower was great too and they had a tub which we used daily to soap our foot and in bath salt. I love it and would stay again.

A small (maybe 8-10 rooms) hotel in the Arashiyama area of Kyoto. Minutes from Saga-Arashiyama Station on the San-in line (about 20 minutes from Kyoto Station, ¥240). Several excellent restaurants in the neighborhood. Easy walking distance to several shrines and parks. The hotel itself is small but the rooms generous in size. Nice bathrooms. Extremely clean, quiet and with a friendly staff. Breakfast in your room (choice of Japanese or Western) was quite good. Recommend highly. Not centrally located in Kyoto but in a nice, quiet neighborhood with easy transportation access to all the sights. Much better priced than the big 4- and 5-star properties. Recommend highly.

The property is located in a convenient location - less than 2 blocks away from the train station, and near the Bamboo Grove (walkable), with plenty of dining options, convenience store and laundromat nearby.

The rooms were roomy, clean, with toiletries and amenities provided. Staff was great and friendly, and very helpful (they told us about the laundromat that was a block away from the hotel when we asked for laundry services).

I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit Arashiyama.
