直前でも空いてました。
部屋は狭いですが清潔。
一階が美味しそうな飲食店で混んでました。
コンビニは近くにセブン、ローソンあり。
ちょっと歩けば温泉もあります。
ゆっくりできました。

コンパクトですが、洒落た清潔なお部屋で、二段ベッドもあり、子どもが大変気に入りました。駅からもコンビニやお店からも近くとても便利です。アメニティもちゃんとあったので安心しました。

立地が良く、使いやすいホテル

今回2回目の利用です。前回の滞在が良かったので今回も利用させていただきました。
コンビニ、お店やレストランが近くにあり立地は非常に良いです。
ベッドが部屋の半分ほどを占めていますが、広い為問題なし。きちんと清掃もされている為快適に利用できます。

駐車場がなく、近くのパーキングを利用する為、利用時間にもよりますが駐車場料金が一晩で3000〜6000円ほど掛かります。
その出費は大きいですが、それでもまた宿泊したくなるようなホテルです。

滞在2日目に部屋にあるティッシュが2つとも無くなってしまって不便でした。残量はちゃんとチェックして欲しかったです。あと、タオルの匂いが独特なので柔軟剤を変えた方がいいと思います。それ以外は、値段が値段なのでこんなものかなと思います。

便利な立地と気軽に泊まれる価格がありがたいです！

二度目の滞在です。
一年前と変わらずキレイでした！
お風呂が癒されます。

できれば…栓抜きがあると嬉しいです。(近くのセブンイレブンにも売ってます)
あと金庫があると嬉しいです。
あとは鏡前に照明あるとメイクが捗るなあ…

でもでも！そのままでも充分大好きなお宿です。
また泊まらせて頂きたいです！

清潔で快適でした

当日の予約でしたが、予約も簡単でセルフチェックインの方法もわかりやすかったです。
駐車場徒歩5分ほどの駐車場を利用しましたが散歩しながら川沿いを歩けばすぐ着きました。
駅からも近く便利だと思います。
1階のイタリアンも美味しく、ピザが焼けたら届けてもらえました。
お部屋の清掃は隅々まで行き届いてるわけではないですが、清潔感があり過ごしやすかったです。

箱根湯本駅から大変近い立地で便利でした。ホテルに温泉はありませんが、駅からタクシーを利用すると、多くの日帰り温泉に行けます。スタッフの方は誰もいませんが、コーヒーもセルフサービスで用意されていましたし、不便に思うこともありませんでした。ただ、スタンダードルームはとても狭いので、男性二人の場合はつらいかもしれません。

部屋は少し狭いと感じるが、とても雰囲気が良くきれいに整っていた。バスルームも綺麗で言うことはない。
コロナ対策が施しており、基本的に無人で人と接することがないのがとても良い。
部屋の案内にあるレストランで、テイクアウトができるのか、デリバリーしてくれるのかその辺が書いてあるとさらに良い。電話番号が書いてなかったので、何の意味があるのだろうと思った。

駅から近く、子連れでも普段のない旅が出来ました。
スイートはお風呂の間接照明やテレビが豪華でした！
アメニティも揃っていて、冷凍冷蔵庫やポットなどの設備も便利で良かったです。

概ね満足

チェックインアウトは人を介さずストレスフリー。部屋は快適で、広くはないが畳にちゃぶ台、ミニ冷蔵庫あり便利。寝具タオルもあり。寝具のクッションも丁度いい。風呂は1坪で体を洗うスペースあり。共有設備は電子レンジ、コーヒーサービスあり。トースターもあればなおよいかと。　　
ただ、周辺のコインパーキングがかなり高いのは要注意、少し離れた町役場前でも24時間1300円します。とは言え、家族で旅館となると相当高い箱根でリーズナブルに泊まれるここは貴重だと思います。

シンプルで綺麗なお部屋でした！
アメニティも揃っていてバストイレもしっかり清掃されていました。ウェルカムドリンクのサービスや無料コーヒーのサービスなど素敵なおもてなしがたくさんで非常に満足です。また利用したいです。

大満足！！

到着が遅くなったのにも関わらず、丁寧かつ、親切にご対応いただきました。1階のイタリアンレストランもラストオーダーが終わっていたのに、ご対応いただきました。とても美味しく、残ったものは、部屋まで運んでくださいました。部屋もお風呂も全てとても綺麗で大満足です。また利用させていただきます！

とても素敵なホテルでした。外観は少し狭そうに見えますが、とても清潔感のあるお部屋でした。スタッフの方もとても丁寧に対応してくださり、一階のイタリアンもすごく美味しかったです。彼との初めての旅行だったので、とても大満足でまた行きたいです。

当日予約したので、確認のお電話を頂きました。
その際、チェックインは21:00までと教えて頂けて大変助かりました。メールに記載はありましたが、見落としていたため、ご連絡頂けなければ21:00を過ぎてしまいチェックインが出来ず路頭に迷うところでした...

また急遽人数変更をお願いしたにもかかわらず、返金のご対応も頂けて大変助かりました。

Comfortable bed and very clean, close to the station. Nowhere to put luggage except the hallway in to the room.. Coffee making available but out in the hallway nook. No staff onsite but messages were answered very quickly.

廁所有點令人不舒服

酒店沒有電梯，需要自行搬行季上房，比起酒店更像一間學生宿舍。 房間整潔乾淨，只是馬桶有點黑色的污垢，水龍頭位置也有發霉的狀況，令人感覺不舒服。位置則是100分的。

No good information for the parking lot !!!

The room which I stayed was very small, a wash basin-too small, the shower hose was dirty, however I like this hotel and right enough for me. Need to be mind it that the parking fee was more than 13,000.Yen for a night.

The hotel was extremely close to the train station, but far enough away from everything in a quiet area. It was easy to find and above a nice bistro. The cost of the stay was reasonable and we enjoyed it. We saw the pictures and we knew we were getting a small, efficient room. Some would be surprised, but we liked it. We had a nice toiletry bag set up with essentials and a jinbei/ PJ set. The coffee bar outside the room was convenient. We would stay again.

Great place to stay

Very close and convenient to shops and the station. Staff was very friendly and good at English. They helped us book a private onsen at a place close by from the station.

Would definitely stay here again! Bed and pillows were great.

We stayed for 1 night. It was a pleasant stay. The room was well appointed and the hotel location is great - its literally just outside the Yumoto train station. Only minus is that the room was on the 3rd floor and they do not have an elevator. But Mizuho - the girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and even helped us carry our bags to the room. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others and stay there again.

The positives - very close to the train station, staff very friendly and helpful and speak English, stylish features in the room, bed the most comfortable I had in Japan (where I found most too hard). The negative - room was tiny and over-furnished to enable four to sleep there when it should not have catered for more than two (we were only two) so inadequate space to open suitcases. They need to remove one set of bunks to provide more space and light and thereby make the room more comfortable.

Very surprised by this small hotel in fantastic location. Room was very comfy for the 4 of us even though quote small, exceptionally clean and well designed. Nespresso coffee machine and deep tub to soak in. Wish we had stayed another night.

Petit hôtel récent à proximité de la gare

Belle chambre style japonais bien équipée
Taille correcte pour 2 (mais c’est la chambre dite « quadruple »)
Grande salle de bain mais lavabo trop petit
Pas de double vitrage et sous une terrasse : un peu bruyant notamment quand il pleut.
Petit déjeuner au restaurant pizzeria attenant non utilisé car à partir seulement de 9h00

Small and convenient stay close to station

Small compact room in a great location with a fairly comfortable bed. Staff were helpful and friendly. Restaurant on site for pizza which looked nice but we didn’t try. Facilities on site such as nespresso machine and microwave were very handy.

Nice place to stay

At first glance from outside this hotel seems a little bit cheap and old, but this is a wrong impression. The rooms are really nice : big, clean, comforable and up-to-date equipments. The only flaw is the noise inside the rooms on road side. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect little hotel

This was a spectacular little hotel tucked around the corner near the train station. The room was small but extremely well designed and comfortable and the bathroom was huge. The little Italian-ish restaurant downstairs was absolutely perfect. Would recommend and stay there again and again.

I rated this property tops marks for specific reasons.

I knew from reviews what the hotel offered. I needed a nice place for the night, close to station as I was on an overnight trip from Tokyo. I only planned on sleeping in the room as I was touring and needed to leave early.

The bed was a double bed, plenty room for two. It provided a good nights sleep. The room was small, with the bed taking up the complete space, except for small entry way and complete bathroom. The hotel is very clear about the size. The room works only if you have one or two carry on luggage. You can open bigger bags outside in the common space, however I would not recommend you take large suit cases. Use Japan's famously efficient luggage forwarding for larger bags.

The size of room was what I expected, but where it earned tops marks, was it's convenience close to the station (2 minutes) and restaurants, it's cleanliness, and comfort of the bed. The town is a quite place at night, so no concerns about noise.

You also get many more amenities than expected. However, it was the staff that were so helpful on arrival that gives it an extra positive to earn a top rating. The coffee machine in common area is also a nice touch.

Try out the restaurant connected to the hotel. We had brunch there, and enjoyed it thoroughly.

Overall I rate this hotel highly because it is what it says it is and delivers on that. It is very good value for money, in what is normally an expensive accommodation town.

We arrived earlier than check in time and they told us if we wait for a few more minutes we can check in as the room will be done cleaning so we got to the room early which was really nice. They were very nice and friendly. We got a welcome drink which was refreshing. The location is perfect as it’s by the train station.

convenient to town and stations

The lodging is small but very convenient to town and train/bus stations. The staff were very friendly and could speak English which was helpful. The attached restaurant was tasty but a little pricey. The rooms were very small and created challenges with suitcases and waking.

Fab location, great staff

very small hotel, tucked away off the main road, so very quiet. However there is great access to everything and only a few minutes from the train station.
7-11 nearby with food,drinks and everything you need (convenience stores are v convenient in Japan).
No lift but staff helped with bags.Microwave available in a small common area.
Room was compact but well planned and bathroom was great

Perfect!

Ideally located near the train station, this hotel is tiny but very well equipped and maintained. The room is clean and the owners are very kind and attentive.
Special mention for the Italian restaurant, close to the hotel where you can have your breakfast and diner. Very convenient and delicious food.

Room is small but for a single traveller it was comfortable enough. Only thing to remember though is not to bring a big luggage. Location wise, it was perfect as it was near to the shops, restaurants and bus stops. It is a about a 3 min walk to the yumoto station as well. Check in and check out was easy too.

Staff was super friendly and did everything they could to help. They give you a welcome drink, and map with Onsen (hot spring), restaurants and things to do. It was really only like a 2 minute walk from the Hakone Yumoto station. It is on the left side on one of the side streets, but they have a fairly large sign with their name on it. Centrally located, I would definitely stay here again. I had the Hakone Free pass, and it was nice being able to just walk a couple minutes to the train or bus stop.

The Yumoto Station Hotel Mirahakone is a lovely place to stay.
The staff members are very attentive. Before we even arrived we had several e-mail messages preparing us for our stay, it was made clear that the rooms are very small but that the hotel would do all it could to meet our needs. They certainly met our needs. They are all friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but they are clean, very quiet, comfortable and have a lot of amenities in them. The location of the hotel is fantastic. We will certainly return to Yumoto Station Hotel whenever we visit Hakone.
